Matsuhisa Paris

Matsuhisa Paris by Chef Nobu offers the familiar Nobu experience. Overall the food was quite average and most dishes didn’t bring anything memorable. The standouts of the evening were the scallop and the Sea-bass fish. On the other hand, the lettuce salad wasn’t good, lacking freshness and balance, and the rock shrimp tempura was below average, missing the light, crispy texture. Service and ambiance were pleasant, but overall the dining experience didn’t stand out.

One of the best restaurants in Paris, I recommend trying. Everything was perfectly cooked. Delicious and well flavored order what you love and you will like it.

Quite a disappointing dinner considering the expectations and the class of the place. 2 stars because if you offer a 0.75 L bottle of water at 14€, the service should be impeccable — yet the first course was simply placed on the table without even a greeting or a word of presentation. When the other two dishes arrived, there was no room left and we had to help the waiter ourselves. Another star lost when the menu said temaki but what was served was actually a maki kiranai. The tuna nigiri was very bland, with such an even bright red color that made me suspicious (CO-treated?). A pity.

Overall a wonderful experience, though there is some room for improvement in several dishes. At this price point, the level of sophistication allows guests to expect just a bit more from the food. Presentation-wise, I was not particularly blown away either. The service was very good. Our table was attended by three different waiters throughout the evening, which I personally don’t prefer, though that may simply be a matter of taste. Dishes were served promptly and smoothly, but at the same time perhaps a little too quickly. A short digestive pause between courses would have been appreciated. The location is beautiful, cozy, and overall very sophisticated. The staircase next to the lobby is truly breathtaking. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Love the food here, beautiful atmosphere even though it kind of died down early on a Saturday night. Service is outstanding and presentation is top notch! I loved it honestly, true and honest to its popularity! Sushi is amazing the the cod 🤤 and the wagyu sashimi is insane!

Always a pleasure to eat here !! I personally come for the sushi , one of my fav spots in Paris , I recommend sitting at the bar if you are here for the food mainly. Sushi is great , yellow tail and Octopus carpaccio are a must try , Baby spinach salad as well … plats are good but I def recommend Sushi . Also chefs are very friendly and the staff as well 🩷🩷🩷🩷 Crédits for thé Dj as well the playsylist was also pleasant :)
