Today, my wife experienced extremely rude treatment from a female staff member in the store. My wife was only looking around, not asking anything, and the staff suddenly told her no clothes for you here while making a rude gesture, then told her to go away to another store.This completely ruined our day.
We immediately reported the incident at the information desk, but the staff member refused to apologize and tried to blame her colleagues, even though we know it was clearly her who behaved this way.
Japan is known for its excellent customer service, so this experience was truly shocking and disappointing. On our previous visit, we bought many items from this mall, and my wife planned to buy a lot again today but after this unacceptable behavior, we decided not to purchase anything and to avoid this mall altogether.
We sincerely hope the mall addresses this issue so no other customer has to experience such disrespect.
