Google
Thrilling bobsled ride through the Alps! Beware of the giant yeti and the ride rearranging your organs. I know believe that my spleen is more located up near my neck now. It is fast and it is rough! They claim to have renovated the track when they updated the ride, but the only thing updated was the look inside and the cars. It is still a great classic and tremendously fun, just sometimes painful. So be warned. The lines are usually long, as most lines in Disney are, but can are formed completely outside.

This ride almost took me out 😂😭 it's very fast and bumpy. It'll definitely straighten out your back lol

Google
Just like the real one! I only took it down a star because it is a bit older and not as smooth so there are some sharp turns, and it can be painful if you are a bigger person. But this is a great one to look over the park and get some views!

The last time I had visited Disneyland this ride was closed and I was so disappointed at not getting the opporunity to ride it. This time it was open and I made sure to ride it twice-once for now and once for all those years ago. Lightning lane is the way to go to not have to overly wait for this ride. Set up like a Swiss bobsled with 3 seats per car you really have to rush to get all your gear secure so that you are ready to take off into your adventure. The ride starts off in the dark as you are climbing the lift hill and beyond. So, for a while was wondering if there would be any light. Then like a wild mouse type of ride it makes rugged twists and turns and drops that have you screaming for fun!! Inside you will hear growls of the abominable snowman as you whiz by him. The ride goes inside and out and of course my favorite was when our car pushed through the splashdown pool of water near the end. Didn't even get wet for that one. Still it was so fun. Please be aware of the fact that if you have any sort of mobility issues then it is not recommended you ride this attraction. It is noted on a sign. It always has and always will be one of my favorite attractions at Disneyland.

In Fantasyland, since 1959, Theme: Bobsled down the Matterhorn mountain in the Swiss Alps, Height: 24m, Length 650m, Speed: 43km/h, Inversions: 0, Duration: 2:26mins, Trains: 20 trains with 2 cars, Riders: 6/train...

Google
This is such a fun roller coaster that adds to Disneyland’s roller coaster collection. I was pretty disappointed that this was closed for refurbishment when I went last time in 2023. However, I do clearly remember my experience before 2023. This is pretty jerky due to its age, but I honestly think that it just adds to it instead of taking away the fun for me. The mountain also is just an icon for Disneyland. The ride length, good thrills, and the terrifying yeti make this is a great Disney roller coaster.

Google
Disneyland Matterhorn is probably my favorite Disney ride currently and of all time. There are 2 sides. Most people and myself think the left is faster and more exciting. However, it's more rough riding! The right is a little more placade and smooth but still fun regardless! It feels like a different experience between night and day as well. Just don't forget to remain seated please!

Google
Another great Rollercoaster like experience ride at Disneyland. I really enjoy Matterhorn Bobsleds ride because it's fun and fast. The standby lines for when I went was non existence so we were able to basically just walk to the gate to be seated in the ride. It felt like the ride was only 10 seconds because it was so fast. I took off my hat on this ride since I didn't want to lose my Project Rock hat and put my sunglasses away so it wouldn't fly away.

Yelp
A very cool ride that will tear you up if you're not with a bulletproof back. I've been to many parks and been on many rides. The back reaching on this one is aligned to rides at the state fair. Still worthy of your time. One of the most visual focal points in the park. Tip - Good food just across from the entrance to the ride. Nice sausages and smoked turkey legs that are monstrous.

Yelp
Recently went on this roller coaster last month. This was the first time in I wanna say 30 years. It's a solid ride for sure. Not too scary for kids and fun enough for adults to get your heart rate a little up. Also had the lightning pass so the wait wasn't too long at all! Went on this coaster with my 8 and 6 year old nieces. The older one loved it and the younger one was still a little scared, but powered through it just fine. I could tell it wasn't her favorite at least for now. Maybe because it was a little shaky and I think her head bobbed a little more than she would have liked. The design and visuals for this ride feel timeless. Just a well done ride for all ages. Also for me personally, I enjoyed going to the nearby shop and getting the coconut macaroon that is shaped like this ride complete with the frosted cap.

Yelp
Fun ride, but lines can get ridiculously long. I usually opt for single rider since the wait is much shorter. The ride does breakdown often unfortunately. I've had it happen to me a few times. Overall very thrilling. Can get a bit of a whiplash so proceed with caution.

Yelp
This a great classic ride and I love it. That's the good part. The bad part is that anyone who has "lived life" long enough well quickly notice that the track is old school and not a smooth ride. You will feel (and I mean all the way to the bone feel it) for every "turn" in the curves and the herky jerky movements of the ride. That is not to say you should avoid it - the ride will tell you who shouldn't ride - but even for those of us who don't meet the "suggested" self-imposed "no ride" list - beware!!!!

Yelp
Goodness what a wild ride! I think I lost part of my stomach ...It was a childhood dream for Dean..when he was 7 yrs old he went to Disneyland and he was too short and couldn't ride it...What a empowering feeling he had...and I was able to experience it with him! That's why it is the happiest place on earth where dreams really come true!

Yelp
This is one of Disneyland's oldest rollercoasters that opened not too long after the park opened. The ride is named after the Matterhorn, a mountain in the Alps. I am probably aging myself, but I remember back when Disneyland had a Skyway that went through the mountain. The Matterhorn can be seen from a long distance away as you approach Disneyland. When we were kids, our excitement level would always go up when we arrived in Anaheim and could see the mountain from the freeway. Matterhorn Bobsleds is located in Fantasyland and is a fun bumpy high speed ride on a track that goes in and out of the mountain. It is the world's first tubular steel roller coaster. While on the ride, you encounter a couple of Abominable Snowmen that howl at you as you pass by them. The ride itself has been renovated many times over the years. It is still a fun ride and one of my favorites. I like to ride the Matterhorn Bobsleds at night for more of a thrilling experience.

Yelp
I LOVE this ride so dang much. It's fast, exhilarating, the yeti is terrifying and the sounds you hear of him snarling and growling before you even see him are so exciting. I love how friendly it is while waiting in line but as soon as the ride starts you're just terrified of the yeti eating you! lol
google avatar

Andy M.

Yelp
If you are over 35 or have back issues or taller than 6 feet do not get on this ride! It's the ride of aches, pains & hell. Bobsleds are too small, ride jerks too much & it breaks down a lot & that's the reason why lines are always too long. One of the oldest & worst rides here in my opinion. They need to redo the Bobsleds make them bigger & redo the turns. And If by any reason you get on this ride (& you over 35) because your kids convince you please, PLEASE take Tylenol Extra Strength AND ibuprofen before you get on it & say a prayer, good luck. As for me it's a no, unless they redo it I'll never get on it again, this ride is more for younger people.
google avatar

Kevin A.

Yelp
Still a fun original ride. Little bumpy but still a classic must try. Ride is equips with tube track and seats up to six people in your party per bobsled.

Yelp
Amazing! Make sure you enter on the left for a fast experience! It was very well themed as well :)

Please be aware of the fact that if you have any sort of mobility issues then it is not recommended you ride this attraction. It is noted on a sign. The Matterhorn dates back almost to the time of the park's opening. Walt Disney was inspired by the real Matterhorn in Switzerland to have it built and using forced persepective the ride appears bigger than it actually is. At one time the now defunct Disney skyway went through it and it has been sealed up. An original car from the Matterhorn is currently on display at Disney's 100th anniversary exhibition now touring in the US and London. The Animal Kingdom counterpart: Needless to say the Matterhorn was the inspiration for Expedition Everest. That ride features the Yeti and of course more exciting with a portion of the ride running backwards, it goes beyond words to state that Expedition Everest is one of the wildest coasters in that park. Still it is always good to remember its roots and the Matterhorn does just that. It always has and always will be one of my favorite attractions at Disneyland.

Yelp
I love the Matterhorn Bobsleds ride! It is fast and lots of fun. You get on the ride, and it takes you in and out of a mountain. It is super cool. I always feel like I am in Alaska or something- at least that is how I envision Alaska being lol It is a bit.... jerky? For lack of a better term. So, if you have back or neck problems of any kind, I would not suggest this ride. It goes pretty quick, and you can definitely injury yourself because of the rapid movements. Unfortunately, I believe this ride goes down a lot. There have been a number of times that I've been at Disneyland and The Matterhorn Bobsleds is "out of order" or maintenance is being done. It seems to breakdown a lot. Which is a bummer. So if you are visiting the park and it is working, jump on it! lol

Yelp
My grandfather had been to Disneyland a few times in his life and his favorite ride was Matterhorn Bobsleds. The snowy peak is recognizably stark and visible from from many corners of the Disneyland Park, beckoning curiosity and acknowledgment alike. He loved climbing into the single-file bobsled units and zipping through sharp turns whilst basking in the wilderness adventure spirit and peekaboo Park views that collectively make this ride thrilling. I don't go on this ride too often myself because of motion sickness, but whenever I pass by I pause for a moment to think of my grandfather. He had a hard life as a child of war, and I am happy that Matterhorn Bobsleds could make him smile :)

Yelp
A classic attraction that's a must to ride, though it definitely rearranges your back (why the 4 stars)! Be careful if you have back or neck problems, and try to get the right side as the tracks are smoother! Though it can leave me in pain, I definitely enjoy the ride as it's been a favorite since a kiddo. One day I know it hurts less to ride as it's very jolty.
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
This attraction reaches speeds of 27 mph and requires riders to be at least 42 inches tall. Enter a 6-person bobsled and brace against strong winds as you ascend 80 feet into an icy cave. Enjoy panoramic views from the summit before embarking on an exhilarating, high-speed journey. There are two bobsled tracks, one on the Fantasyland side and the other on the Tomorrowland side of the mountain. During quieter times, only one track may be operational.

Yelp
The Matterhorn Bobsled is a fantastic ride! Be prepared for a little back adjustment, haha. The cast members were professional, and the lines moved efficiently.

Yelp
The Matterhorn is a fantastic ride. Do you know the story about Harold? Do you know that there are two Harolds? Harold I was featured in the Matterhorn from 1978 through 2015. Currently, Harold 2.0 is roaming around inside the Matterhorn to make a lunch of you if you fall out of your bobsled. The Matterhorn is great during the day and during the night. Dare I say, It was better at night. A couple of TIPS TIP 1: The front seat is great but if you're tall, it's a cramped fit. TIP 2: If you happen to make your own lightsaber in Galaxy Edge it will fit on the right side in its carrying case If you want to see the original Harold, you will have to go to DCA to see him Wanna guess where his new hangout is? Let me know in the comments.

Yelp
I love, love, love this ride, I think it's one of the best rides at DisneyLand and worth the wait to go on it at least once. Luckily, the Matterhorn is now part of the Genie+ ticket upgrade and you can reserve a time slot in the Lightening Lane (formerly Fast Pass). I didn't know until this trip that one of the two bobsled tracks has a steep drop and one does not. We were on the steep drop bobsled, it was amazing. I'm glad I wasn't in the front seat because I would've had to close my eyes. Don't worry, you'll get your fill of terror as you criss-cross and pass the other bobsled at speeds that feel like 90 mph. and it severely tilt as if you're gonna come off the rails. Big fun, wish we'd gone twice.
google avatar

Deanne R.

Yelp
They say it's better at night..... but we don't stay till night I am too old lol...Located on the border between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. (You can't miss it)
google avatar

Samantha B.

Yelp
I've heard so much about this ride and how much everyone loves it but I just don't. It's clunky with only a few yetis jumping out at you. It just feels like a generic ride from anywhere, not a Disney specific ride. I wonder if they'll keep it forever for the nostalgia or if they'll update it like they did Tower of Terror. But to be honest, I don't know how they'd update it. It's more likely they'd just tear it down. It's just an old ride and was meh.
google avatar

Chanté B.

Yelp
This is one of the rides you want to ride multiple times. The line was long but if you have the DAS pass or lightening lane pass than you can book the next time frame and get there when it's ready to scan you through. It was fast, secure feeling and thrilling throughout the entire ride. It's a must!!!
google avatar

Brandi P.

Yelp
The Bobsleds used to be fun. I do love the concept and how it was remodeled with the Yeti and how he follows you through the ride. The only issue I have is we always get sent to the left hand side of the ride. We rode on both side of the mountain and the left hand side is way more bumpy and not smooth at all. The right-hand side is usually smoother but has been recently only for the Lightening Lane riders only. Overall it is a fun ride but stay away if you do not want to get jostled around a bit
google avatar

Angela N.

Yelp
Lightening Lane perks- We were in line for no more than 5 mins. They have a separate loading line for single riders and lightening lane people vs stand by line. The ride leaves you wanting mores. Drops weren't at big or steep as I remember and the ride was more rough in the turns. It was still fun and I would go on it again

Yelp
Single Rider Line, holler!!! Located in Fantasyland right next to Alice in Wonderland. You can't miss the giant, icy blue mountain. Looks super pretty lit up at night too! This ride is also estimated to be anywhere from 40 mins to 1 hour (or more), unless you beeline it straight to here at rope drop). Yelper Alana M., and I were waiting in line, but decided to do Single Rider Line instead (ended up waiting 5 mins to get on the individual bobsleds as opposed to a possible 40 mins wait if we rode on the same bobsled, lol!). This ride is gentler than Space Mountain over in Tomorrowland. The bobsled ride is a low rider seater. Once you're seated, buckle up your seatbelt and get ready to enjoy the ride! It's full of fast twists and turns, some parts jerky, some parts not. There's no huge drops, whew! Around the corner, you'll end up meeting the Yeti that'll pop up from its hiding place and scare you with a quick roar. Before the ride ends, you pass a waterfall, but won't get soaked (maybe a few sprayed droplets). Overall, it's an enjoyable ride worth checking out!
google avatar

Yelp
Matterhorn bobsleds! Love this ride for the thrills and excitement of it! This attraction is exclusive to the Disneyland park in Anaheim, CA. The Matterhorn is an outdoor mountain roller coaster where you ride a bobsled through the Matterhorn mountain. Quick tip, there are two versions of this ride but, both sides are equally as fun; be sure to ride both versions! Anyways, as the ride takes off, you are blasted into a lot of twists and turns, big and small drops and you will also encounter a Yeti that will pop out at you! Standing in line though (as long as the line is) moves very quickly and gives you the feeling that you are standing in Switzerland complete with Yodel music and lovely vintage ski signs and props. This is a must when visiting the park and a crowd favorite amongst visitors too!
google avatar

Monique W.

Yelp
Matterhorn is one of my daughter's favorite ride's at Disneyland. It's unfortunate that the ride always has a long wait time, unless it's raining outside! Make sure to get a fast pass for this ride, otherwise, you're looking at a 30+ minute wait time. You're riding in almost bobsleds. There are 3 people in each group.. Initially it's relatively dark going up the ride. There is a abominable snowman that makes sounds as you go up the ride. At the top of the mountain, you start to go relatively fast down the mountain. The turns can be a little rough and tough, but no falls or dips, it just turns. At the end, you may end up getting splashed with a little water, but you don't get wet, unlike splash mountain. I wouldn't recommend this ride if you have issues with your back or neck. It does turn relatively fast. Fun ride! If you're at Disneyland, you should at least attempt to ride it once.
google avatar

Travis W.

Yelp
All I have to say is permanecer sentado por favor. This is my all-time favorite thrill ride at Disneyland and has been since I have been a kid. The bobsleds and inside have gone through some changes over the years but this still whips you through ice caves and dodging those creepy Yeti. Take you around treacherous curves, and rickety bridges and then splashes you into the icy cold water at the end. What is not to love? I must say though as I get older my back hurts a little more with each visit. But to me its worth it every time. I am not 12 years old anymore but this ride makes me feel like it. Fun fact for you, the old Yeti can be seen in the elevator room in Mission Breakout up in the top left corner. So in closing; Permanecer sentado por favor. Permanecer sentado por favor. Permanecer sentado por favor. CHEERS!!!!!
google avatar

Kendall A.

Yelp
Oh Matterhorn, a childhood Disneyland staple for me. From the big abominable snowman to your jolted turns, you've always been a favorite of mine. On this fast paced adventure through the snowy Swiss alp, you'll explore the cave of a snow monster and out run him in your bobsled. Seated in your own Swiss bob sled you're ready to take on the mountain to see the waterfalls and secrets that lie within. Perfect ride for young teens and adults, it's a thrill ride for sure. It's hard to miss, it is a giant snowy mountain located in the heart of fantasy land near tomorrow land. If you're solo, make sure to grab a single riders pass from a line attendant and cut your wait in half. Be warned: This ride is extremely fast!! This ride is very jolty and not gentle. You must stay seated and follow all rules for your own safety, seriously.

Yelp

Yelp
A nice classics at Disneyland. Fast, reckless and fun lol is the only way to describe it. If the line is less than 45-55 minuets I recommend it.
google avatar

Ann T.

Yelp
WORD OF THE WISE: If you have lower back pain or are just wary at all, you do get jolted around a lot on this ride and it is super rickety. My friend compared it to being punched repeatedly on the back. We were able to get a Fast Pass on this ride and came back within 40 minutes and did not wait too long at all. This is one of the rides that does have a super long wait time, so make sure to prioritize what you really do want to go on. You sit on the sleds, single file with 3 people per group and you ascend up the mountain before taking the trip down. I heard from my friend that one side shows you more of the mountain than the other, someone confirm that for me ! As you take the trip down, you get jolted back and forth and bustled up and down from how rickety the ride is. The yeti also comes out and gives you a roar and a spook here and there throughout the ride. It ends with a small splash through the water, but you dont get too wet. It's nice, but not an absolute priority for me. I'd rather go on Space Mountain honestly.
google avatar

Tamara P.

Yelp
I miss taking a ride on their 6-person bobsled steel rollercoaster hurdling through Anaheim Disneyland's snow-capped mountain where an abominable snowman resides. Their new seating arrangement from their last renovation (within the past 5 or so years?) makes it easier for passengers to climb in and out of the bobsleds, but I wish that there were a way to cushion the seats and insides of the sleds. I always walk away feeling like I'm hurting in multiple areas from all the jarring turns and stops. All in all it's still a fun, classic ride at Disneyland that is worth experiencing at least once while you're at the park!

George K.

Yelp
This rating is not so much about the ride itself it's more about there timing. There Disney app says 35min wait time but halfway in and no end of return we stayed and 57 minutes in we were on. THIS is unacceptable to deceive people to jump in line like this. The person ushering people in were just letting those with a Genie pass in...after in, after in...which is why the wait took longer then it said on the app and should be adjusted..just ridiculous!
google avatar

Vince N.

Yelp
Opened in 1959, the Matterhorn Bobsleds was the first tubular steel coaster on the planet, and is the only Disney park featuring this ride. EXPERIENCE: Rising on the border of Tomorrowland and Fantasyland, the glistening, faux snow-covered mountain is modeled after the famous peak of the Alps. The coaster features dual tracks, one being a little over 100 feet longer than the other. The first and only lift hill of the ride takes you up through a dark cave, complete with howling wind and monster noises and a cool, life-sized moving image of the abominable snowman giving chase from behind an ice shield (added recently). Top speed is just 27 mph, but the peripheral effects of riding through ice-covered caverns, caves and tunnels, along with cutouts with views of the outdoors makes it feel like you're going a little faster. A combination of small drops, hills and banks ups the fun factor, but it's far from thrilling. Look for the resident abominable snowman (now animatronic) along the way. The finale is a splash through a small pond that actually aids the coaster's brakes with cooling and stopping, and is not a people-soaker.   FUN FACT: The ride is perched on excavated dirt from Cinderella's Castle.  Prior to the coaster being built, the "hill" was promoted as a picnic spot but also turned into a "lovers lane" site at night, LOL. So un-Disney-like! OVERALL: An exclusive classic that'll (hopefully) never die!
google avatar

Zoe K.

Yelp
**TENDS TO BREAK DOWN OFTEN** This oldy but goody is worth the wait... sometimes it goes "out of order" but it's a must if you're able!
google avatar

Matt F.

Yelp
Nice, classic ride. Went here last summer and am only getting to the review now. Due to the lines on a previous trip, I was never able to try this ride before. I mention "classic", since this is one of the older rides (though it has been slightly refurbished) and you can't find this in the larger Disney World. It deceptively larger inside than it appears from the outside - but it's still sizable from the outside. The lines gather quick for this one, so try to make it early or get a fast pass. It's basically a roller coaster with a theme. The coaster is smooth, though some turns and/or bumps and it's quite fast. There are 2 routes you can take, though we didn't get much of a choice and couldn't tell one from the other. I did see both routes on a Youtube video and they look similar enough with the only difference being in one of them you could potentially get a little water splash over the other one. The creatures inside have been upgraded and look good. Some smaller children may get scared on this ride between the speed, darkness, noise, or creatures - so use caution. All in all a good ride located in the Disneyland part of the park opposite the Nemo ride. If you've been to Disneyland and haven't ridden on it, it's surely worth it at least once.
google avatar

Margaret P.

Yelp
Why is there always a ridiculous wait time to get onto Matterhorn? I don't understand. The ride is okay, and sure, they've done some upgrades, but it's not worth waiting 75 minutes for IMO. They have a single rider line that sometimes you can take advantage of. That can cut your wait time into a fraction, but you kind of lose the joy of getting to experience it with your friends - imagine screaming around the ride with strangers...a little strange for me. I would definitely get on this ride again if the wait time is under 40 minutes. Otherwise, you can find me at your nearest churro stand.

Yelp
Disneyland Matterhorn Minecraft Imagineerland and a bunch of other photos. I built Matterhorn in Minecraft and I took loads of shots of the actual mountain IRL.
google avatar

Henry Y.

Yelp
one of the best rides in Disneyland, even though it's ancient. believe it or not it had been almost 30 years since I was on it last and once it started I was mostly worried about my young daughter's reaction. The yeti roared, and there was darkness and loud noises...I didn't have a good feeling about this... but at some point she shouted "this is...awesome!!"
google avatar

Peggy F.

Yelp
Having tried every single ride in both parks within a year, I gotta say this is the WORST ride ever, in my opinion. Gave it two chances but horrible each time. Ride is waaaayy too bumpy and uncomfortable, needs some serious renovation. Regular line was 100 minutes wait on a Saturday afternoon, but i was able to get on the Singer Rider line and it was only a 10 minutes wait! 5 Star for the speed of the Single Rider line! Sorry, still a 1 Star rating for the entire uncomfortable ride.

Yelp
Have you ever wanted to see an abominable snowman? This is your chance. The ride whips you around to create the ultimate adventure.

Yelp
The race is on! We were able to get a FastPass for this ride and just as our group was the next ones to board just our luck a 'minor mechanical glitch' happens. It wasn't a quick fix either but we were given another FastPass to come back once the issue was fixed and cleared to run again. We got out of the line. Meanwhile, Mickey's Soundsational Parade was going on [4:30p] and was going the same route where we were on Fantasyland so we were able to watch a little bit of it. It was hard to see through the already waiting crowd that got there early. After about an hour we went back to Fantasyland and we lined up in the FastPass line and we were able to board this time! Yay! We hopped aboard a 6-person sled and off we went on a high-speed run down the icy slopes of Switzerland's most famous peak, well, okay, off we went in our rollercoaster swooping in and out of shadowy caves and dodging the abominable snowman. This ride has two separate lines! The race is on... the bobsleds are running simultaneously and at times it looked like the two are racing. Queue in one of 2 nearly identical bobsled runs: one is located in Fantasyland and the other along the outskirts of Tomorrowland. Entrance to both lines are one in the same then splits off as you get closer to boarding. Height requirement for this ride is 42". Have fun braving the mountain! Review #0771

Yelp
One of my few all-time favorite roller coasters at Disneyland that has finally become a "Fast Pass" ride. This isn't your typical roller coaster due to the non-stop feel and there is actually only one lift off point at the start of the ride. It's less jerky and rocky than in the past, making for a smoother, more comfortable coaster experience. Matterhorn certainly matches Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Space Mountain in terms of adrenaline and thrills, yet at a more understated level in terms of speed. Nonetheless, still an equally enjoyable theme park ride. I love getting on this ride after dark, increases the intensity and amusement of darting out of reach from the Abominable Snowman! I recommend this ride always, a definite must-ride on every visit to the most magical theme park in the world.

Yelp
2.5 STARS We ended up with FastPasses for Matterhorn on Monday, November 19th. I believe my group of around seven-ish people went sometime in the AM. I think the height requirement for this is 42", so only the older kids could ride. They were aged 4.5 to 7 years in age. I used to love this ride when I was younger. But I guess what I didn't remember was how rickety and painful it was? Ouch! My poor old hipbones kept hitting everything in the bobsled. Was this ride always this bumpy? Made me feel very old. Even the cousins in their early 20s said the same thing. Plus, I didn't recall getting wet on this ride. So be prepared if you plan on riding. Not my favorite ride. I'd make time for others before this one. At least we didn't really have to wait in line.

Yelp
Left no sled very bumpy. Right a bit smoother. Love remake of the yeti look like he high as a kite. Lost my wallet on the ride but was able to get it back that evening. Really appreciate the honest of my fellow mousekateers. The $5 bill was still there.

Yelp
I would've given this ride a 5 star rating if it weren't for its super bumpiness. The seat wasn't cushioned so the bumpier it was the more uncomfortable it was for my b*tt. But the ride itself was so much fun and full of surprises such as an abominable snowman, a water splash, etc. It was definitely one of the most popular rides in the park. Definitely worth trying at least once.

Yelp
I remember going to Matterhorn Bobsleds, when my brother and I were kids. But, we still liked this ride forever since. Also, they got the new animatronic yeti in the ride and abandoned bobsleds, instead of crystals.

Yelp
First time on the Matterhorn. I really enjoyed this ride, but be ready for some jerky stops. There are some parts at the very start and again in the middle where the coaster makes some very hard stops, so be prepared! Otherwise, the coaster isn't super fast and could be a good coaster for younger audiences. The yeti was super cool, and very lifelike. Amazing! Height restriction: 42 inches min.

Yelp
I am sorry to the 8 year old Disney newbie if I lied to you about this ride. I blame it on my short term memory loss that you get once you hit 30. If your new to Disneyland, this classic ride is a must. Even with a 75 minute wait. You should wait it out. If you have been on it before, then no it is not worth the wait. Yes its a fast ride. But there is really no big drops. What you can expect is to be thrown all over the place with the illusion of losing your head especially if your tall like me. At the end there is a small splash. Its best if you just keep your eyes shut, that way you wont see what is coming. Lol. No, you want to see the Yeti. Hes's super cool. Anyways just say yes to this ride and get in line.
