Maui Beach Hotel

Thank you all Greg,Lei,Tanya,Sherl,Mini,Tiana,Lyka,Lala,Mateo,Nelsa,Leo,Rexi,Mat,Joe,Jenny,Ruby,Gen,Andreas,ASI for making our stay here at the Maui beach hotel the best with welcoming loving open arm. Kind aloha everyday. Waking up every morning to an ocean view is very beautiful which I love to call it paradise.|The location we stayed in very clean it felt as if we were home. The rooms very clean. There were no noise complaints. Definitely we will always love coming back here.

Location is very easy to find and super close to the airport. The beach next to the hotel is pretty. Quite literally just next to the hotel. The rooms are large enough but old. They charge $20/night “amenity fee” and it only covers WiFi. Parking is $15 per night. Room service was just fine, and I found multiple hair on random places the first day we checked in. Has one mini fridge in the room, which is nice; no microwave in the room. Will I stay here if there’s a next time? Likely not. For the price, it’s not that bad. If you are looking for something cheap and convenient? This place may work. Just don’t expect too much.

Besides the fact that the room and location was perfect (no notes), I'd like to give thanks to receptionists Tiana and Mateo. Tiana went out of her way to help with a difficult situation and made sure my sister was comfortable and truly taken care of. Her empathy knows no bounds. And when I was accidentally charged twice, Mateo took charge and handled it in a professional, kind manner. Fantastic employees and fantastic hotel. Will absolutely be coming back.

Competitive pricing. Confortable rooms. Parking and wifi extra charge. Meals extra charge. Easy access, but exiting can only turn right onto highway, and next stoplight doesn't allow U turns so if you're going anywhere in the direction of the airport it's a bit of a pain.

Everyone was amazing! The hotel has a beautiful view and a great location. I felt very safe being a female solo traveler! Nilza was so sweet and helpful when I needed my bags held for a flight delay :)

I stayed here, I found human hair on the bed and insects on the room on the first night plus moldy smell, second night there was a huge cockroach, buch of ants on the toilet and sink. After taking with fron desk there were no avalable rooms to get another one. Refund was requested and the supervisor declined beacuse " there were no records or notes in there system", after trying to explain here the situation over the phone she hanged up on me, VERY DISRESPECFUL. LACK OF HYGINE, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAKE ADVERTISING. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO STAY HERE, BETTER TO CHOOSE ANOTHER OPTION BEACUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

Definitely not luxurious. The rooms are small. The cleaners needs to be told multiple times to clean the room. When you call the room service, you need to call them twice. The guy who drives the van to the airport is AMAZING! In all the experience was a 6.5/10 especially if you get the room on a deal or promotion.

Lovely people! This hotel is a bit dated, but it is clean, full of charm, ideally centrally located, and a fabulous deal comparatively speaking. I will stay here again!
