So, first. I've worked at Maurices before and the way these associates are, just blows my mind. They all stand together and don't focus on their customers.
As a customers perspective, walking with several children and holding clothes, not one associate helped or got a dressing room. From both a customer who shops at the Clarksville TN store often and who has worked at Maurices, it is a part of your job to assist customers not just ignore them.
Also, this store is so disorganized with stuff clustered inside one of the dressing rooms opened up.
Last, organize. It's not difficult and while I do understand things get misplaced by customers, I can say I've seen several Maurices and have never had issues there. Saying you'll honor a cost because someone placed the SAME top (in plus) as regular sizes was in the clearance and wasn't supposed to but then another employee says they can't do that after one just told her too, absolutely mind blowing to me.
I love Maurices so much but this store could learn from another...
