My wife bought some things here. She took a couple things back as a return. They were rude. My wife said "they had cute Fall things, and I would have stayed and bought some stuff had she not been so unfriendly."

Easy to access, try on clothes and love their jeans and tops. Absolutely fantastic return policy too for items that are ordered online and needing to be returned

I came into Maurices today to pick up an online order. I tried the outfit on and the skirt was too big. It just so happened that they had the size I needed in store, and the cashier let me exchange it. Yay!

Love this store. Plus size selection is awesome. My daughter in law brought me here to Birthday shop. I love my new clothes maid me feel better about myself. Thanks

So, first. I've worked at Maurices before and the way these associates are, just blows my mind. They all stand together and don't focus on their customers. As a customers perspective, walking with several children and holding clothes, not one associate helped or got a dressing room. From both a customer who shops at the Clarksville TN store often and who has worked at Maurices, it is a part of your job to assist customers not just ignore them. Also, this store is so disorganized with stuff clustered inside one of the dressing rooms opened up. Last, organize. It's not difficult and while I do understand things get misplaced by customers, I can say I've seen several Maurices and have never had issues there. Saying you'll honor a cost because someone placed the SAME top (in plus) as regular sizes was in the clearance and wasn't supposed to but then another employee says they can't do that after one just told her too, absolutely mind blowing to me. I love Maurices so much but this store could learn from another...

This is usually my go to place to shop. I normally shop in store and the few times I have ordered online I have never had to return anything until recently. It’s very important that if you order online, DO NOT use PayPal to checkout! I had to return some items from my order. If I returned them in store they could only do store credit since I used PayPal to check out. So I opted to ship my return back to maurices to have my PayPal account credited instead. I returned 7 items and only received a refund for 2 of the items. How do you miss refunding 5 items!? Please learn from my mistake and do NOT use PayPal if checking out online at Maurices. That way you can receive a refund at any store in the original form of payment.
