Can't recommend! First the positive. Nice rooms and good location to walk the town... BUT... service is very bad. We got zero information upon checkin (not even which floor our room is located on - which turned out to be underground). Service at breakfast great on day 1 and very slow on day 2 forgetting alot of orders. Finally - upon checkout, we were informed that breakfast was an additional charge even though it was supposed to be included in the booking AND they charged multiple wrong amounts to my credit card...so lots of follow up and extra work. Also when we asked for using bikes, we were not informed of a charge - this was only billed at checkout. Not acceptable. Unfortunately despite the nice location and modern space I wouldnt recommend to anyone - property needs significant upskilling esp at the reception to address mismanagement.

Great hotel, the staff were amazing, the room was quiet, the dinner fantastic and the location close to the center of town.

I had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt clean, and the service was excellent. One highlight was the breakfast experience—they make you feel genuinely welcome before asking for your room number, and the staff serves drinks of your choice, adding a touch of luxury to the start of the day. I also appreciated that the room didn’t have those overly preachy signs about skipping cleaning services under the guise of saving the planet. The cozy lobby further enhanced the overall ambiance. However, one downside was the minibar pricing. The prices were hidden in a booklet, which led to an unpleasant surprise at checkout. I did contact the hotel about this, and they assured me they’re working on improving it. While this issue was disappointing, it didn’t overshadow the positives of my stay, and I would still consider returning to this hotel.

A perfect location close to the beautiful and picturesque Old Town of Münster. I paid extra for the room overlooking a quiet valley, but instead got a room across from the loud elevator, on the 1st floor, overlooking a bunch of loud marihuana smokers - opening the window was not an option and the air conditioning was very loud and very cold- it kept going back to default settings despite changing the temperature manually. The room itself was quite spacious, modern and clean. The huge bed turned out to be two smaller beds put next to each other with no mattress connector, so not a very comfortable option. The breakfast was very basic, but of good quality. The rules for live cooking are not quite clear and could be communicated better. One tip for those travelling with car would be to download EasyPark app in advance, as the mobile data internet connection in the city was extremely slow- and you will need to pay for the parking on the opposite side of the street, as the spots in front of hotel are reserved for packing and unpacking only. Oh, and keep in mind there are some stairs between the reception and the elevator - 3 male members of the staff watched me struggle with a huge suitcase but none of them offered help. Also- if you travel with a pet (there is a nice park just outside the hotel), you will be greeted with a dog bed and some snacks- in our case the bed was worn out and used and the snacks “best before” date expired 8 months ago… You may want to double check before you feed your Pooh. The hotel uses regular room keys instead of cards so you have to choose between going out with quite bulky key, with name of the hotel and room number written on it or leave it at the recepcion and then wait long minutes before someone hands it back to you. One thing I loved the most was the shower gel scent- I would buy it and take back home if there was such option. To summarise: 260 euro for a night for such experience is a ripoff and I don’t think I’d stay there again.

The hotel is nice, however for being a 4 star hotel it is a bit overpriced. The room and bathroom size of the standard double room is a bit small for 2 persons and not comfortable to work both at the same time. The room is very functional though. We had to ask for the wifi password because we did not find it in the brochure. The hotel does not offer conditioner, tooth paste, or brush. Towels were ok. The bed were 2 beds together, so to sleep together the middle part was uncomfortable. I found nice that a coffee machine with 4 capsules was in the room, however it was with 2 sugar packs, 2 sweeteners and 2 cream (I put 2 sugar packs and 2 cream little pots in one cup of coffee so it was not enough for us). The temperature was very warm inside and humid, although our heaters were all in minimum, so from time to time we had to open our window. Sadly, our window faced the bus stop so it was very loud when we kept it open. The personnel is nice and the location is very central. If you have the chance, choose the rooms that face the opposite direction of the street.

I spent a week in Munster for a conference and stayed in this hotel. The rooms are cozy, clean, and quiet. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. The location is great. ||As a vegan, it would have been nice if there were more vegan options at breakfast. However, this did not interfere with my very pleasant stay at the hotel. ||If i'm ever back to the lovely city of Munster, I will stay at this hotel again for sure.

A beautiful boutique hotel located in the town’s center. |The room was perfect.. modern with dark decor the only thing was that in my opinion their standard room is a bit small.. |the breakfast was perfect and their is an outdoor parking right across the hotel! |Excellent choice if you visit this town!

Yelp
3.5 stars. Nothing special but small cute hotel. Location is good. Very close to old town (center) and Hauptbahnhof (main train station). You can walk to both within 5-10 min. Breakfast was good but you can find fresh pastries and good coffee outside of the hotel very easily if you are not in the mood for buffet as it's a bit expensive (18 euro). No formal dinner menu but they offer free food in the evening from 18:30. Usually variety of salad, bread, cheese and dessert with a couple of hot dishes (pasta or etc). You can buy a beer and have full dinner actually. Bed was very comfortable and each room has Nespresso machine. Very friendly staff.
