MAWSIM -Distillery and Concept Bar-

This was my first visit today. We didn't have time to make a reservation, but they still gave us seats. The service was very warm and the staff were friendly. For our first round, my wife and I ordered Battambang Orange Sparkling Water and Gin & Soda. We finished them in a few sips and still wanted more, so we ordered Cocoa Martini and Negroni. Trust me, these are definitely the most unique flavors in Cambodia. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit!

A must go if you’re in town!! Friendly staff. Got to know the bartender and his wife (who turned out to be the chef). The food was fantastic! And of course the gin!! I took as many bottles home as I could fit in my luggage. It will be the best gin you try in your life.

We used the restaurant for dinner on a weekday. Full reservation only, all-you-can-drink MAWSIM and food-course only The food was excellent, made for pairing with MAWSIM.Eating with chopsticks is another cool thing to do. The atmosphere was great with bottles and distillers on display.

We had such an amazing time at MAWSIM for dinner! Highly recommend this dining & gin experience if you're looking for a memorable evening in Phnom Penh. Ryuji was v passionate about the gins and took us through his story of crafting the signature MAWSIM gins as we tasted the various combinations of gin and tonic/ other concoctions on offer. I was also celebrating my husband's 30th birthday and Ryuji went above and beyond in helping me to recommend a Japanese bakery and receive the cake I had ordered to make the event such a special one. The dinner menu also paid homage to his Japanese roots and was delightful. We went home with a few bottles of gin, a full stomach and warm hearts! Thank you Ryuji & team - we will be back again!

Atmospheric and elegant hidden bar and gin distillery. Their own gin is excellent, and they make their own tonic too. Very friendly, interesting and expert bartender / manager (Ryuji) with many years in Cambodia under his belt. In general a wonderful haven to sip artisanal gin and while away the day in solitude or interesting conversation. Highly recommended.

Fantastic gin and a very cool mixologist behind the bar! The place is well hidden and needs a reservation, so the whole experience is a nice adventure! Will def come back soon for some more~

Absolutely 5 star experience, had the 7 course dinner with drinks option. If I can complain about anything then its the fact that there was too much good food. Highly recommended, fantastic vibe!

Fantastic experience. A hidden gem we visited while we were in PP from Sydney. Their gins are fantastic, as well as their very own tonic. Great service, while the owner is very kind. Give this place a visit, you won't be disappointed!
