I stayed at this hotel recently, and overall my experience was good - I really liked the hotel itself and the concept. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant situation that completely ruined my sense of safety and trust.
During my stay, I encountered extremely rude behavior from one of the front desk staff. After leaving, I sent a detailed email to the hotel to share my feedback. Very soon after that, I started receiving offensive and harassing messages to my personal email from an unknown address.
I understand that there is no direct technical proof that this employee was behind these emails, but considering the rudeness I had already experienced and the timing, I personally have no doubt who is responsible.
This makes me feel that the hotel does not protect guests’ personal data properly - because a staff member can apparently take your email address, if they don’t like your feedback, and use it to send you hateful messages and harass you privately.
This is extremely disappointing and unsettling. I used to love this hotel brand and its atmosphere, but now I feel completely unsafe knowing that my personal information could be misused like this by the staff.
I really hope the hotel management will take this seriously, investigate properly, and make sure no other guest ever has to feel the same way.
