Max Brown Hotel Midtown

Had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and again served by the kindest people. A fun extra touch was the little basketball hoop and ball above the bed – I had way more fun with that than I’d like to admit. Highly recommend this place!

Super nice staff, outstandingly beautiful design! However, keep in mind there's no air-conditioning and despite ceiling fan and only 16°C outside at night we found it incredibly hot in the rooms. We had no noise issues, since we were on the 4th floor, but it seems our neighboring room found us a bit noisy. One of the two beds was incredibly creaky, so I think some furnishings need some updating; other than that their soaps and shampoo were great (not so horribly drying as hotel amenities can be, and also separate, no 4-in-1 nonsense!) absolutely great location that served us well for the two nights. When you give them your luggage, they put on a label and give you a little number ticket.

My daughter and I stayed overnight on 10/04/25. Upon entering the hotel, we were instantly transported into a retro Cuban vibe. We were greeted by friendly people and a fun atmosphere! The rooms are both entertaining and comfortable. Our first impression was the bed. It is the star! Comfort beckons loudly from the plush blankets and fluffy pillows; it is all you can do to not jump in immediately! We shot a few hoops and spun some vinyl—a fun room to explore. We returned from dinner and enjoyed a nice hot shower, then it was finally time to experience the bed. Sliding in between the sumptuous bedding and cool, crisp, fresh sheet was phenomenal. A great night's sleep is a must in that bed! Thanks for a great stay!

Cosy, charming, and perfectly located! Loved the warm atmosphere and stylish decor. The bed was incredibly comfy. Can’t beat the location either, everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Hotel is well situated in Little Tokyo. Decoration is cute and made me feel comfortable and welcome. The room was really small which was still ok for me (one person- small luggage).|The breakfast was good with a bit of everything.|Intentions are good but this hotel is still lacking: One lamp was missing a bulb, the record player (nice touch) was broken as was the safe. The safe was so small that my iPad didn´t fit anyway. The phone was not working so i had to go down to reception and couldn´t call them. The boiler in the room is great but no place to plug it next to a table, i had to put it on the floor to boil water for tea. |The reception proposed another room but i decided to stay anyway as i had only one night left (realised all these problems at the end). |Reception was ok, not extremely friendly and not unfriendly but overall more was expected from this hotel.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful details that make the stay truly special. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and to our delight, we received a complimentary room upgrade—such a wonderful surprise after a long day. The bathroom is stocked with high-quality lotions and shampoo, adding a touch of luxury. I loved the little details, like the tea set with a kettle, elegant décor, and even a mini basketball game facility. The bed was incredibly soft and fresh. An unforgettable experience!

Amazing stay. I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and a 5 year old and the beds were incredibly comfortable, the amenities are great. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend for longer city stays.

The location is very convenient. It's like a 5 minute walk to the main street where you can find lots of shops. Around the hotel, there are lots of restaurants and cafes. The lobby is amazing, you can't stop taking pictures. The rooms look small but there's enough space for everything. They are really well organized. We were two people and had five pieces of luggage and there wasn't a Chaos in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend it!
