I had high hopes when I visited Polomax hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The biggest shock was seeing mice in the dining area—something no restaurant should ever allow. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority, and this made me seriously doubt their standards.
On top of that, the food service was all over the place. Some dishes arrived late, portion sizes kept changing, and the overall presentation didn’t feel consistent. It’s frustrating when you can’t rely on a place to deliver the same quality every time.
What made things worse was the price difference between their website and what they charge offline. The gap was big enough to feel misleading—transparency is key, and this did not sit well with me.
If you're thinking about staying there, be prepared for disappointment. The room quality was poor, with noticeable maintenance issues, and it didn’t match what was advertised. The lack of cleanliness and basic upkeep made the stay uncomfortable.
I really hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
