"Sitting on Hastel Square in the heart of Prague’s Old Town, Maximilian Hotel is well placed for taking in some of the city’s most famous sights, including the nearby Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and the Astronomical Clock. Amongst all this history the rooms feel strikingly contemporary, with a saturated blue color palette, sleek black light fittings, and highlights of brushed gold. Some rooms also come with a balcony overlooking the next -door church. The appropriately named Planet Zen takes its cues from Asia for both its design and treatments, which combine massage techniques from India, Thailand, Laos, and Bali. I had a wonderful experience at Maximilian Restaurant. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, an Aperol cocktail, and crème brûlée—all were fantastic! The food was flavorful, the Aperol perfectly balanced, and the dessert was the perfect sweet ending. The service was great, and the whole atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. Highly recommend!

Great food, awesome very nice service and cozy atmosphere. The prices are moderate, we received our food in no time and I don't know where there is still a restaurant selling such a big portion of Schnitzel and fries for 11.90€. The burger was great as well - tasty bun, juicy patty and great burger sauce and all toppings very well matched. Really a must go to!
