Stayed here in Surabaya — cracking little place! Room’s spotless and looks pretty new, all modern and simple vibes. Bit of colour about it too, which is nice. Breakfast’s got loads of choice and tastes bangin’. The front desk lot were proper friendly as well. Smack in the middle of town, so everything’s just a quick stroll away.

Staff very helpful and room very clean,location near to city center also many street food nearby. Definitely will stay again if I come to Surabaya

Very close to the train station by taxi. We arrived quite late at 11pm but that was absolutely fine since the reception is still open at that time. Very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff also at the breakfast buffet.

Nice clean hotel located in central Surabaya. Special note to their staff Anamaria who was very helpful with my request. We had to check out early to go to the airport the next day & the hotel packed us breakfast on the go. Very recommended.

Booked for a new year dinner, the vibes are good enough also the place are great tho since i tooke the private one. The employees are so kind and helpful. Thanks felas you're doin great ✨

The Staffs ( valet / receiptionist/ bellboy / janitors & cleaners / the breakfast team) Were excellent - very pro active / friendly / warm and welcoming The Hotel itself was clean and tidy The Room was clean / neat and organised ( Need to modify the bed frame as it cause injury to my feet whenever i wanted to view the window / the frame was bigger than the mattress , please change or modify it or change the matters according to the frame size to avoid injury to another guests) The Breakfast Menu - very good & meet expectations The Accessability to the city center quite clear and safe

I stayed here for 3 days 2 night. It quite near to the tunjungan plaza. If walk might take around 10-15minute. The hotel surround by different restaurants. Worry free about your meal. The hotel rooftop has a restaurant as well. The bed is comfortable and everything is good. Service is good. Just a bit of advice, perhaps the toilet lighting can be brighter than it would be great.
