This Maxone is strategically located where many good foods are within walking distance. The exterior was uniquely decorated. The lobby is not that spacious, and offers various drinks and ice cream. Going up to the third floor, the hallway is sizable and my room is quite spacious. The bathroom, however, is rather small. All amenities worked well at the time of my stay, including AC and internet connection. Going back down for breakfast, the varieties were limited with a mediocre taste. This hotel also did not have a gym or a sports facility. If we wanted to have a morning jog, we would have to do it at the side of the (busy) street. The services in general were responsive. Am I going back to this hotel for my next visit? The pluses are a strategic location and spacious room. The negatives are a mediocre breakfast and no gym.

This in the only one choice when ever I need to stay in Surabaya. Staff are very kind. Breakfast is very delicious. Location is so nice..there are conference room though I habn't use it. on the ground floor, in front of reception, there are fredges selling drinks, ice cream in very reason price. night shift girl in reception is particulary sweet and helpful.

Located in the city center there is plenty of stuff to do in the area. Staff was amazing to me. The art through the hotel gives it a playful feel all the way through. Rooms was clean and breakfawt delisoush. Love to come back one day here in Surabaya

Perfect place to stay in Surabaya, I impressed with their service during check in and check out, staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, all facilities are works properly, hotel location also strategic nearby a lot of culinary restaurants, close to Tunjungan Plaza and Pasar Turi Train Station. Breakfast menu also good. Very recommended Hotel to stay in Surabaya.

Value for money, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet 5/10. Taste and variety not too good. Great location..nearby many eateries. 5 min gok jek distance to tunjungan plaza..and 2 mins to BG junction mall.
