This is my 15th time at Maxx Royal, and once again I am leaving with nothing but happiness and wonderful memories. Every stay confirms why this hotel remains my first choice year after year.||The service quality is exceptional, the hotel is stunning, the food is always delicious and high quality, and the rooms are perfectly maintained and extremely comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully designed to make guests feel special and relaxed.||I would especially like to thank the Maxx Assistant team, particularly Oussama, Tutku, Mohmad, and Oulaiya. They are always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They consistently go above and beyond to take care of me and make my holidays unforgettable every single time.||A very special thank you as well to the FB team, especially Mrs. Zeyneb and Mrs. Funda from the Lobby Bar — they are truly the best. Their professionalism, warm smiles, and outstanding service make every visit a pleasure. I would also like to thank Uğur, the bartender, for his excellent service and positive energy.||From the J Lounge Bar, I would like to give special recognition to Mrs. Zehra. A story I couldn’t write before Some time ago, we stayed at this hotel as a family — my husband, our young child, and myself. At that time, my husband was seriously ill and nearing the end of his life. We chose Turkey because it held deep personal meaning for us — it was where we had once met while travelling together, and this trip was meant to be our last journey as a family. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and the staff were generally polite. One morning in the restaurant, water had been spilled on the floor by someone. The floor remained wet for some time and had not yet been fully cleaned when my husband walked by, slipped, and fell. Shortly after, he suffered internal bleeding. In that moment, I did not focus on the circumstances or staff response — my only priority was my husband’s condition and getting him safely back home. The hotel offered a transfer, airport VIP lounge access, and a small discount on a future stay. While these gestures helped on a practical level, they did not reflect the gravity of the situation we were in. Our stay cost approximately €12,000–14,000 for one week. At this price level, guests reasonably expect not only comfort, but clear priorities around safety, accountability, and responsible management — especially when something goes wrong. My husband passed away shortly after our return home. With time and distance, I can now reflect on this experience. In moments like these, what people remember most is not the accident itself, but whether genuine human care and compassion were shown. Sometimes, one thoughtful and humane gesture matters more than formal apologies.

My family of three loves fancy 5-star hotel getaways with great food. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday, and they decked out the room with a cake, candles, flowers, balloons, and wine. The hotel was fantastic, and the staff was phenomenal. The rooms are modern, swanky, huge, and spotless. Since I had my toddler with me, having extra space was a game-changer. The kids' club was exceptionally good and so clean. It felt really luxurious. But, the biggest letdown was the food. It was honestly just average. So disappointing. Nothing especial. I don't think we'll go back until I see some good reviews saying they've really stepped up their menu.

This was our first vacation in Maxx Royal in Belek and we are very happy with everything. Special thanks to the personal assistants Anastasia and Olga, who were very helpful, friendly and professional. We had a Sea View room, which was amazing! The combination of sea and mountains is exceptional! The area of golf club is great and very relaxing! The services are really great! We will come back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Maxx Royal Belek is not only the best hotel in Turkey for me, but even in all of Europe! The service is absolutely outstanding – it feels like there is no such thing as “no” here. Every wish is fulfilled, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests are completely happy. A very special thank you to Mehriban and Kristina. They went out of their way to make everything possible – even though I can be a rather demanding and difficult guest, I felt incredibly well taken care of. This level of personal attention and genuine hospitality is something I have never experienced anywhere else. My tip: definitely book a sea view room and don’t miss the Cabanas. The service there is even more exclusive – those were our most wonderful days! A huge compliment to the whole team – I will definitely be back! 🙌

From the moment we arrived, we knew our stay at Maxx Royal Belek would be special, but we never expected it to be so extraordinary. We've traveled extensively, and it's rare to find a place where every single detail is executed to this level of perfection. The rooms, the pools, the beach—everything is simply stunning. The food is phenomenal, with a huge variety of high-quality options that will satisfy every palate. The attention to detail in the service is incredible, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. However, what truly sets this resort apart is the staff. The warmth and genuine care they showed us were unparalleled. We were especially impressed by our assistants, Mehriban and Kristina. They were always one step ahead, anticipating our needs and making sure our every request was handled flawlessly. They turned a great vacation into an unforgettable experience. A special thank you also goes to the hotel manager for his excellent leadership. It's clear that the incredible standards and positive atmosphere come from the top. This is more than just a hotel; it's a world-class experience. We can't recommend the Maxx Royal Belek highly enough. It's an absolute must-visit!

We came back here after a year for some quiet rest — just to get away from the routine, stop thinking about everything, and let our mind and body relax. The hotel area, nature, and animals walking around make it easy to forget everyday worries for a while. The beach villas are spacious and clean. The food in the restaurants is really good, especially in the Turkish and seafood, Latin restaurants||Thanks to the hotel and the staff — we left with great feelings and good memories. Just one small note: not all guests understand Russian, including us. It would be nice if the staff could keep that in mind. After all, we came to Turkey and would love to get to know the local culture and language.

Maxx Royal Belek remains, for us, the best hotel in Antalya. Everything here is simply wonderful. The atmosphere, the energy, the attention to detail — everything works together to make each guest feel truly special. The service in this hotel is outstanding. You will never hear the word “no” here — guests are never refused, and every request is fulfilled quickly and with a smile. This is exactly what makes Maxx Royal stand out from all the rest. We would like to give special thanks to our assistants.They are true professionals. A special word of gratitude goes to Evelina: incredibly sensitive and attentive, she always understands the mood and wishes of the guests, anticipating their needs and offering the right solution. With her, the stay becomes even more comfortable and harmonious. We would also like to highlight Daria at the reception. She is the person who creates a sense of hospitality and care from the very first minutes. Daria always greets you with a smile, genuinely checks if everything is fine, and is ready to help even with the smallest requests. She has a wonderful ability to make people feel at ease: her kindness, politeness, and attention to detail make every interaction smooth and pleasant. Thanks to her thoughtful approach, you truly feel that this hotel cares for its guests at the highest level. In the Twnty4 restaurant, we want to recognize Larisa. She is not only an excellent waitress, but in fact acts as a personnel manager in the restaurant. Thanks to her professionalism, the entire team works seamlessly, quickly, and efficiently, delivering impeccable service. It is exactly such people who make staying at the hotel truly unforgettable. However, there is one aspect that we believe could be improved — the kids’ club. Unfortunately, our child has never wanted to stay there longer than half an hour and always asks to come back. The staff simply call the parents to pick up the child, without really trying to engage or involve him in activities. On one occasion, we found him just sitting alone without attention. This has been repeating year after year, and we sincerely ask the management to take action in this area. For comparison: before our visit to Maxx, we spent a couple of days at Cullinan, where the kids’ club truly impressed us. The whole day there is planned with different activities, children are engaged and excited to stay. This is exactly what is missing in Maxx Royal, because in every other respect the hotel is a benchmark of service. We truly love Maxx Royal Belek and will always come back again and again, but we hope that in the future the kids’ club will rise to the same high level as the rest of the hotel.

Every detail is curated to perfection. Many things to do, and the staff is ready and willing to go above and beyond so you enjoy your stay. Everything from start to finish is an incredible experience. Guests are treated like royalty and you are never bored at the MAXX. No lineups, no frustrations, no admin... everything is well taken care of by your MAXX Assistant. 100% would recommend.

This our second trip to Maxx royal ,it has been great i have to say ! No disappointment! this one of the top of the line resort i have ever been! Kid friendly a lots of possibilities actives for them water park ,kids restaurant great choices for the kids any diet restrictions welcomed In maxx royal they don't use the word NO whatever you it you have it ! special thanks to Yigit and Mehmet from Buffet restaurant our servers very professional and curtesy from breakfast to lunch The food is 100% better than any 5 star restaurant you go in Turkey or anywhere all inclusive Can't wait to comeback next year !
