Great Location but Poor Room Condition The hotel’s location is excellent, but the room was really disappointing. There were many cracks in the walls, the window was very dirty, and the shower only worked from an angled top sprayer — no proper handheld shower.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's simple, affordable, and in the middle of the tourist area. Grab from the airport is around 150 baht. Do skip breakfast. The mountain view at the back of the room is amazing. Definitely, I will stay here again.

You get what you pay for. If breakfast is one of the reasons you’re choosing this one. Don’t. Cold and disappointed. Rooms are cheap. It’s in a good location and it’s not a hostel. That’s about all I can say. Oh! And the beds are like stone. Enjoy.

Arrived during the earthquake was not ideal but hotel staff was proactive to warned me. Lift was not working during that time but was fix later on. If arrived early there's place to left luggage. Old hotel but was a nice stay, everything is near.

Hotel was great for the price. Windows need cleaning and you have to walk up to level 2 to catch the lift.All in all it’s a great location and a great hotel for that price range. Plenty of food and coffee shops close and walking distance to shopping centres and markets.

A value for money choice of accommodation at a very convenient location. Facilities are quite basic and not suited for those looking for a relaxing luxury trip.

The room is very clean and spacious, with enough room to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases. There is plenty of usable space. I personally didn't ask for housekeeping services during my 3-night stay, but they did place water outside the room every day. I was impressed by the hotel staff, and the location is great—it's at a corner, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and dessert shops.

The hotel is great location for visitor in Nimman, and the staff were friendly and good services. The room is clean with big room size with reasonable rate this area. It easy to access from One Nimman, many coffee shops, great restuarants this area and pub, bar to hang out.
