I had an amazing time at Maya everything was simply perfect. The food was incredibly delicious, bursting with authentic Mexican flavors and beautifully presented. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm and lively, with stunning décor that blends modern elegance and traditional charm. The music added a vibrant touch without being overwhelming, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-quality Mexican restaurant in Dubai.

Went for taco Tuesday at Maya by Chef Richard Sandoval over at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa! My wife and I were craving some authentic Mexican grub, and this place really hit the spot. We had the 12 taco platter and the pitcher of margarita, which were proceeded by frozen margaritas as an aperitif. There was live music on delivered with a plum by a mariachi duo. They were great and provided an amazing atmosphere albeit they did murder the song by Queen, crazy little thing called love but it was unbelievable entertainment. If you want a really fun night out, then make sure you hit the spot. Big thanks to the whole team at Maya for such a fantastic experience!

I found out about Maya by Richard Sandoval through Instagram (@morando_em_dubai) and I’m so glad I did! What an incredible dining experience from start to finish. The vibe is lively and stylish, perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner. The food was next-level — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The guacamole made at the table was a fun touch, and the tacos were absolutely delicious. Plus, the cocktails were spot-on (highly recommend the margaritas!). The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back — definitely a new favorite in Dubai!

Wonderful Mexican food with a variety of salsas. Service is very attentive and friendly. Located in the beautiful garden of Le Meridien, you can take a walk to the beach.

Just had the best brunch at Maya by Chef Richard Sandoval over at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa! My husband and I were craving some authentic Mexican grub, and wow, did Maya hit the spot. Booking online was super easy, and from the moment we walked in, everything was smooth sailing. Huge shoutout to Joyce, our awesome server, for making sure everything was perfect. Let’s talk food — the tacos were next level, each bite bursting with flavor. The mains were just as incredible, and don’t even get me started on the desserts — pure bliss. Even for a couple of introverts like us, the vibe was just perfect — cool crowd, fresh interior with big windows, great tunes, and some lively Mexican dancing made for the coolest brunch date. Big thanks to the whole team at Maya for such a fantastic experience!

Checked out Maya this past weekend for their Posadas brunch and it was PHENOMENAL The food, margaritas and service was too notch and oh so much fun... Good entertainment and great for large groups and also a fun date I highly recommend going to Maya and I will definitely be back

Absolutely blown away by Maya by Chef Richard Sandoval! This place serves up some of the best modern Mexican cuisine in Dubai. The tacos are bold and flavorful, the burritos are perfectly stuffed and satisfying, and the fried fish—my personal favorite—is crisp, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. And don’t even think about leaving without trying their milk cake for dessert—creamy, dreamy, and unforgettable. What really sets Maya apart though is the vibe. If you're celebrating a birthday, this is the place to be. The staff goes all out with a full-on Mexican serenade that will have everyone clapping and singing along. It’s festive, heartfelt, and so much fun. 100% recommend for an unforgettable meal and celebration!

A perfect choice! We had a wonderful lunch at Maya. We were already familiar with Toro Toro and Zengo, also by Chef Richard Sandoval, and once again we were truly impressed. Maya combines a fresh, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere with an absolutely delicious menu. Special mention to the Prawn Al Ajillo starter — no exaggeration, it’s one of the most flavorful dishes I’ve ever had. Richard Sandoval truly never misses. I loved the experience and can’t wait to come back!
