Came here on a blustery December day with two friends for the very first time for lunch, on the recommendation of another friend who is South Asian Indian and a vegetarian. We started with Masala chai tea and Mulligautanny soup to chase away winter’s chill before enjoying Vegetarian Thali — an array of dishes, including Saag Paneer, Samosa, Naan, Papadum, Jalfrezi, Chana Masala, and more. Also tried the steamed Nepali Momo and Onion Kulcha. Everything was delicious, prepared with just the right amount of savor and spices as well as presented with a graceful aesthetic. We will definitely be back to explore the rest of the authentic menu. Our lovely host Reema took our group’s photo to help us commemorate our small reunion. We left with happy bellies full and a promise to return. Look for public parking nearby or take the Metro red line to Bethesda station to this real, cozy gem 🌟
