An oasis in Ubud. Gorgeous, peaceful property with Lovely walking paths. Spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent bedding, Vast pillow selection, outstanding showers and baths with bath salts. Relaxing pools in stunning settings. The breakfast buffet is one of the best ever with a large selection of buried cuisines and preparations. Helpful and lovely staff. Gung Tya was lovely, very helpful and friendly and always made sure our plates were cleaned and our coffee cups were full, it was a joy to see her at breakfast each morning. Excellent restaurants and service.

Absolutely wonderful resort. Everything is perfect. We didn't leave the resort because everything we needed was there. Our Heavenly Villa with pool was spacious, modern, immaculately clean and the butler service was outstanding. Thank you to Yoga, Rupa, Satria and Gus 🙏 Always so prompt, happy, helpful and polite. They responded immediately every time we needed. It felt like we really were on a retreat. The food in each restaurant was also excellent. The massages we received at the Maya Spa was also the best environment we found in Bali. They have many groundsman working well too, so the gardens everywhere are stunning. It was so peaceful there. All the staff at this resort were the happiest and most helpful of all we have encountered. The management of this resort must be very good to have so many happy obliging staff - quite uplifting being in a positive environment. It was a wonderful, positive, refreshing time for us to reset and we very grateful to have stayed at Maya Ubud Resort. We will always come to back to this one.

This hotel exceeded our expectations from start to finish. we had 5 wonderful days here and wish we had stayed longer before moving on. The staff are incredible- sorry we can’t remember any names but would have listed too many anyway. The pool attendants are amazing, friendly and attentive and so are the staff pool aide too. We did not use the main pool much and opted for the child free quieter pool at the bottom of the hill. Both pools have the most amazing views over the side of the infinity pool. The main restaurant is fantastic and not surprisingly, the staff are too with plenty of choice. The grounds are pristine have the chilled Bali auras. The hotel has a free shuttle into Ubud but also offer taxis (£5 ish) when the shuttle finishes. Our villa was lovely, spacious and cleaned thoroughly and close to the main lobby area. We will definitely be back some day! Thank you for the memories Maya Ubud!

We booked one night at Maya Resort and Spa before our retreat in Bali, and we loved everything the beautiful people, our room, the breakfast, the location, and the stunning nature. It was so wonderful that we decided to come back and stay two more days! A special thank you to Darsa, the manager, Dewi, and all the amazing staff for being so kind and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay at Maya Ubud Resort and Spa and truly cannot recommend it enough. The villa was excellent value for the experience. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The grounds are stunning and create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that feels perfectly in tune with Ubud. What truly made the stay exceptional was the service. The housekeeping and service staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. I would especially like to give a heartfelt shout out to our butler, Darmen, and the amazing team of Puspa, Putra, and Wiartana. They went above and beyond to make my first trip to Bali truly unforgettable, anticipating our needs and adding thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Thanks to the incredible service and beautiful surroundings, I will absolutely be returning to Ubud and staying at this resort again. Maya Ubud delivers exceptional hospitality in every sense.

My partner and I recently shared a holiday in Bali. We chose Maya Ubud Resort & Spa based on its location, reviews and facilities. The purpose of our visit was an intimate holiday to celebrate my partners milestone birthday and we wanted something really private and special, our accomodation was a Heavenly Pool Villa which was completely inclusive of meals and other inclusions ie massage, happy hour, cocktails, airport transfers etc. We were very impressed with our stay, in particular with the resort, location, facilities, size of our room and cleanliness. The quality of the food was outstanding as was the entertainment. The service was 5 star, the staff are so professional and welcoming and made us feel very appreciated and special. All the staff were exceptional but there were a number of staff that went beyond our expectations and made our stay even more memorable and are a credit to Maya Ubud and need to be singled out for mention. The staff are as follows and I hope my spelling is correct: Listri, Dewi, Rani, Weedi, Arri, Yuni, Deddi, Bogus, and Ayu. Thank you so much for making our stay so special you were amazing. It was your friendliness, attentiveness and courteous service that would make us recommend Maya Resorts and why will definitely return.

My family and I stayed in the Heavenly Pool Villa and had an amazing experience! All staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked a grill at our villa in one of the nights where the chef cooked plenty of delicious food and ensured the food was catered to our needs. Breakfast buffet had a variety of different foods which was excellent. My parents went for the massage and said it felt like heaven, being located on the riverside and hearing the sounds of nature as they got massaged. Scenery is beautiful, with rice paddies, river and lots of trees. Second time going to Bali and this was the best hotel/resort I've stayed in. Hope to stay here next time. Thank you Maya Ubud!

The Maya resort is gorgeous from the first moment we arrived on the grounds. It was lush and green and beautifully maintained. The location is a bit far from the town centre but there are free shuttle buses available so it was perfect (not that we left the resort). There were many complementary activities (yoga, walks, performances) to keep us interested in staying in. The spa treatments here were amazing. Our masseuse (Kiki and Martini) were very good. And the flowers bath overlooking the river was perfect. Five star resort with 7 star staff. Every one from our butler, Gangga, to reception, buggy drivers, pool, spa and waitstaff were exceptional and attentive. Special call out to Dewi and Adi who went above and beyond and made our time here memorable.
