Mayan Monkey Hostel Tulum

Our stay here was awesome! Such a vibin’ place, the staff were so helpful and friendly, the rooms are super nice, stayed in a private king room and it was great! Super safe, comfy beds and great services. The pool and lounging areas are nice, and the activities the hostel puts on are fun! Uriel hosted a margarita making session which was awesome fun, and he is just a superstar, so friendly and gives you 5 star service! What a guy :) 10/10 would recommend this place

I had the private room and it was spacious and wonderful! The hostel vibe was really cool, always live DJ at night. It was June they did have a schedule for activities but it didn’t seem like the activities were happening during off-season so if you’re planning on doing all the activities make sure it’s happening. My only disappointment was the drinks , May seem a little petty but it was weird to get a drink in a plastic cup, and prices were a little high for a hostel. But truly was a great experience very relaxing and very welcoming definitely miss it!

I highly recommend Mayan Monkey! This is by far the most beautiful and luxurious hostel I have ever stayed at. The staff are all incredible, Oscar and Uriel hosted a very fun cocktail night! And Enrique from the front desk was so welcoming and kind. Everyone goes above and beyond to make the guests feel safe and comfortable. The facilities are very clean and modern, and the dorms are spacious. The beds are comfortable and I love that each bunk has privacy curtains. The private washrooms and showers in each room are very nice. The pool area is gorgeous, and the vibe is very social and fun while remaining classy. I would definitely come here again! The price and quality are incredible. Gracias! :)

The Mayan monkey was a great place to stay! We stayed in a private king en-suite. The bed was comfy and nice cleaning services each day. The staff is super friendly and there’s lots of fun activities planned you can do. So fun! Definitely recommend!

Great hostel! Good prices for rooms. The rooms were pretty clean- one of the bathrooms was a little dirty upon arrival but the room does have 12 people 🤷🏻‍♀️ Antonio was a great bartender!! Very kind and gave great local advice :)

Seriously such I good place. I didn’t even feel like leaving the hostel to go out. It was so peaceful. They had interesting classes everyday. The food was amazing. I definitely suggest getting the breakfast, its worth it. The rooms were also really nice, I lived in the dorms. There were privacy curtains and lockers. It was clean. Overall the facility is amazing

Best Hostel so far! So many fun activities, a great pool area, nice chill out spaces and a week equipped bar! Nice place if you want to be able to chill but also party, both are easily available. Kitchen is alright (could use more equipment) but otherwise everything is great. Especially bartender Uriel who makes the best margaritas💃🏽 And Luca who makes the best Guacamole🥑

How do I explain, I mean 5 stars to all those things what you could think. 1-Best Value for your money,AC all time, comfortabe beddings, Bath size towels, Secure rooms, caring staff including security overnight, free drinking water. 2-Lots of games every day ncluding free shots. 3-Breakfast not included but can be paid earlier and get 33% off. 4-Extra happy hour during peak hour 2 for 1 cocktails 180 pesos only. 5-Endless oppourtunities for making new friends all are well mannerd folks staying here from the world. I might apply for a job in corporate office.Thanks for everything.
