Great old style hotel. Walking distance from everywhere including the monorail, the Needle. markets and the ferry. There is a train station with easy disabled access (lifts are good for those with luggage too) very close by. The train goes direct to the airport in about 30 minutes and costs next to nothing. The hotel has good restaurants and there are also many good places to eat close by. The staff are friendly and obliging. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We loved our time at this hotel! The location was perfect and only a 10-minute stroll from the water and Pike Place. The concierge who checked us in and out (Richard) was so accommodating and gave us tips about the shuttle service provided by the hotel. Thank you so much to Richard and the team for making our stay so lovely!

Was able to get two rooms here for the price of one room in some of the "name brand" places. But this hotel has the same quality and feel. The elevators are a little old, and the bar downstairs was a bit slow ... but the location was perfect. ||A couple minutes from Pike Place. A couple minutes from the train to/from the airport. Walkable to the Space Needle, if you're so inclined. (We walked to the Space Needle and took the monorail back.)||Excellent location, good price, solid hotel.

Hotel is in a great location. Easily walk to the light rail, shopping, pikes place, ferris wheel etc. The hotel is well kept. Clean. The views weren't great from the room we had and the water pressure on floor 5 was poor but otherwise we had a nice stay!

Loved this hotel's location and staff. Rooms and the hotel have been around a long time but it is still a classic with comfortable rooms and wonderful team members. We loved our concierge/front desk, enjoyed our 2 queen bedroom suite with city view, and Connor at the bar was our friend every evening, mixing flavorful drinks with easy conversation. Highly recommend the classic comfy atmosphere and superb location.

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles. I would also like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the door staff and concierge. Their genuine hospitality made a big difference in my experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a memorable stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience.||On arrival the bags were taken from the taxi inside and stored until our room was ready, and again at the end of our stay the bags were stored after check out until we were read6 to leave.||Good old fashioned service, a person at reception taking the time to talk to you and ask questions as though you actually matter to the hotel.||Rooms are a waste lovely and spacious, exactly what we expected from the website (no trying to fool you with pictures that don’t actually resemble the rooms).||We ate in the bar on one evening and in the restaurant on another and both were great and very enjoyable, highly recommend.||This hotel is really well situated for getting the monorail into the Space Needle, for walking to Pike Place Markets and the pier area, and easily walkable to the Starbucks Roastary.||We are glad we stayed here.||At the time we stayed the hotel which had recently changed ownership was going through a change in payment systems and on arrival payment was taken for the room and we had paid as we went in the bar and restaurant however when I went to check out I was asked for payment again and had to get out my card receipt to show I had paid and give some card details so that a note could be passed to billing to match up my payment to the check out bill. ... that wasn’t very good.||Hopefully all those teething problems are now solved.

I was in town primarily for wedding festivities and looked for a hotel that was easy to reach from the airport by light rail, well-positioned in relation to the wedding venues and also centrally located to allow for some wandering in downtime. The Mayflower Park was perfect for those logistical requirements. The hotel has a comfortable elegance about the public spaces as well as the guest rooms. The service at the front desk, from housekeeping and in the lounge was not only efficient, but friendly. All of these things combined for a very enjoyable stay.
