It is not easy to be vegan/ vegetarian in Serbia, but Mayka is making life for those easier!! The location is super central, the staff extremely nice and polite, the food is amazing 😮 🤌🏻 A lot of unusual combinations and the result is great!! The length of the menu is simply perfect, the atmosphere very chilled and there’s also a non smoking area. Don’t miss this on your trip!! The restaurant is pet friendly 🐩

In my 29 years of life, i have never seen such cozy, creative, artistic and different restaurant like this before! ❣️ I fell in love with everything right away. Everything was at the highest standard. Total uniqueness. Thank you for the delicious food. Also thank you so much for taking care of that sweet cat! ✨ If you’re looking for an ordinary restaurant, this is not for you. Because this place has a SOUL! 🇷🇸🇹🇷

An exceptionally nice atmosphere bohemian kind of environment with loads of things which didn’t make sense in the beginning, but as you sat there, it just put together looked very cute. in particular, I had the lentil soup and falafel burger, both of those turned out to be very nice. The hot soup in the season was very comforting . They have an extensive menu and many options to choose from. Run by a bunch of very cool and friendly people.

Mayka is a fantastic vegetarian restaurant that uses fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each dish is delicious and beautifully presented, creating a delightful dining experience. The drink selection is impressive, and the exciting interior creates a cozy atmosphere. The friendly owners add to the charm with their warm hospitality. Mayka offers a pleasant ambiance and excellent vegetarian cuisine - I highly recommend it!

Vegan Cevapcici is amazing! I wanted to eat traditional food but a member of my group is vegan, this was the perfect compromise! Seitan is home made and is mind blowing!! Everything we ate and drank was delicious 🤤 The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, made great recommendations. If you’re not vegan (I’m not) it’s still delicious and you can get real cheese in place of vegan cheese. It’s a must stop for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores!

Everything exceeded my expectations. I was immediately embraced by the coziness and positivity of the restaurant. Not only was the food so tasty, but also the worker was so kind and caring. And i can’t forget about the cutest cat! 💗 Not a regular restaurant… Everything was unique!

food was really good traditional serbian food with a vegan touch !! service super nice, the owner was very friendly and helpful :) desert also really good!! a bit pricey but worth it! big recommendation for vegan foodies!

I had the most incredible time eating at Mayka in Belgrade. As a solo female traveler from the United States I felt I was welcomed in with open arms, and felt more at home here than I do eating at my own kitchen. The drinks were incredible, the food was PHENOMENAL, and the owners truly made my experience so special. You can tell all of the food is prepared as ordered and every single ingredient is cooked with love. I have a dairy allergy so finding food in the city can be tough, but this place blew my mind with the flavors their vegan food had to offer. I am so sad I found this on my last day because I would’ve came back every day not only for the food but for the staff as well. If you are in Belgrade (vegan/vegetarian or not) I highly suggest stopping by for a beer and a meal. It will be some of the best food you’ve ever tasted (just a plus it’s friendly to all diets).
