Difficulty to get toilet paper, AC not usable in my dorm and no windows. Smells a bit like an enclosed space. That being said it was very cheap so be prepared for what you pay for and you’ll be fine

So far it was good and smooth hassle free stay.. I booked a dorm room for 2 nights and I was the only guest in the room. It was clean and basic, they gave me towel and a piece of soap. nice! They had complimentary breakfast included coffee, slice of bread and egg which is good enough for me. I have nothing bad to say here. The staff were nice and very friendly. Great value for money while exploring the city. 10 minutes walk to SM Legazpi and Terminal. I will definitely stay here again cause I'm always on budget. Hahaha

We stayed for a night and we were given a Standard room in their other building and it was basic and slightly underwhelming compared to what they had on their main building from the photos I have seen.

Traumatic experience from this Hostel. We reserved three rooms by paying downpayment weeks before our stay, which was approved by the owner of the hostel himself, only to find out upon checking-in that our rooms are not available. We arrived a few hours after the standard check-in time and our rooms are still not ready and unavailable. The staff, Sarah, mentioned three different reasons as to the unavailability of the room: that the walk-in customers extended their stay (which is already an unacceptable reason), that there was a problem in check-outs, and that there was a "glitch" in their system. Whether these were true or not, this does not relieve them of their responsibility towards us as their clients. The staff then proceeded to propose other available rooms which are clear and obvious downgrades from our reserved rooms. Alternative rooms were definitely smaller, had no sufficient beds for the guests, no private T&B, and are rooms that are just not proportionate to our originally reserved rooms. One look at their proposed alternative rooms and you could clearly see that you would not want to stay in here. Worst part is that the staff did not even care to help and accommodate our concerns. We had to come up with our own plans to find a different hotel that actually has the availability at the very last minute which entailed unnecessary expenses. Do not book at this hostel. Staffs are unprofessional, unacommodating, had literally no procedure to address concerns, and had no care at all over the absurd fact that we literally do not have our rooms because of their own negligence.

Worst hostel I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed in hundreds of hostels around the world. There's no bidet or toilet paper. The room smelled of mold, had sand all over the floor, had cockroaches, a terrible bed and a window that didn't shut properly so we heard barking dogs and cars all night. The staff was either uninterested or unknowledgeable about any questions about the city and were some of the least helpful and least friendly staff I've ever met. The only redeeming quality is its location and even then there's not much to see in the area. The price was barely cheaper than hotels nearby that were much better in quality. It's the only time I've left a hostel a few days early, and I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

Don't book this hostel. Owner and caretaker forgot our booking. We already booked and paid advance as to secure our accomm but they failed to do so. They will give you poor rooms and facilities and will tell you it's an upgrade but it's not. If there's a negative star i'd be glad to give them though 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Can’t believe i dont see any reviews on this yet, but they charge for toilet paper and have no bidets. The room also comes with no toilet paper. I would rather walk 30 minutes to the SM Mall and use the toilets there, than pay them to use the toilet in the room i payed for. Perhaps the most outrageous dime and nickel operation i have ever encountered in a hostel in 15 years. Not to mention this is in addition to no outlets in the room, no hot water in the shower, and a room that doesnt lock

This place is good for those who just want a place to stay that's near the city proper. Rooms are clean, but the CR needs a makeover. There were mosquitos during the night, the blanket is thin, but can manage to cover you from the cold winds of AC. The mattresses are also thin. Self-service breakfast provided is just small bread with fried egg then coffee. One thing I liked was that rooftop view of Mt. Mayon.
