Small hotel in a great location a few steps from the main drag and a short walk from the private-access beach. ||For 130 euro per night we got a spacious air-conditioned room with two balconies and a lovely bathroom, all this with a reasonable breakfast included. ||The hotel is kept in spotless condition and is quite comfortable. It has an elevator, but we chose the stairs, partly to look at the potted plants on the stair landings. The entire hotel has a comfortable air of home, and the staff is pleasant and eager to please without being cloying.

Thank you for an amazing stay! Hotel Mayor has a central and good location. They are close to the beach and the city's facilities, while being secluded and quiet. The hotel is neat and clean and run professionally and in a very good way. The rooms have cozy balconies and the garden is lush and full of flowers. Breakfast is good and they make fresh coffee or tee as desired. Our son got an ear infection after bathing, and the hotel helped us in every way possible to ensure that our son recovered. We can warmly recommend Hotel Mayor and look forward to returning.

A lovely hotel. Our room for 2 had a balcony with beautiful flowers blooming. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and at least one of the desk staff speaks and understands English. (I only dealt with one.) The town is picturesque and all of the shop owners helped me find what I needed, in their shop or down the street. I would love to return.

This is a superb hotel, ideally located just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and a nice supermarket. The staff were superb - friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The breakfast is great, with home-made jams and fresh fruits standing out. And our evening meals were v good too. It has a very nice family feel, where great care is taken to make you feel welcome. And the cleanliness is superb. Sperlonga is a special place and the staff at Hotel Mayor helped to make this a truly memorable holiday.

The hotel is one of the best 3 star hotels where I have been. The level of cleaning was amazing: rooms were cleaned every single day and towels were changed too. The breakfast includes traditional Italian items: white bread, jams and marmelades, sweet cakes, crossants, fruits, yougurt and different juices. Bed was good and internet connection was ok too.||||The owners were amazing and really helpful despite of the fact that the level of English was poor. Despite of that they where there when you needed something. ||||I have just one downside which wasn't a huge problem because we were travelling on a low season, but walls of rooms are really thin and you can hear what your neighbors are talking.

This was a nice clean and cosy hotel, located in Sperlonga centre. The hotel was great with nice beds. Friendly staff that tried their best to help us even if their english was limited. The breakfast was really good with lots to choose from, including several home made marmelades. Close to the beach and two small supermarkets. Free wifi in reception but not in the room. Our room had a really nice terrace.

Booked in and we were given an upgrade to a room with a large patio with views of the beach. The room was spotless , the hotel was spotless.The breakfast was excellent with endless cups of cafe lattes. The family run hotel is only 50 metres to the beach and marco was helpful with phoning transfers from fondi to the hotel. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

We came a bit off season and got a super clean hotel with good breakfast for a great price. Good service although the English speaking had to be done with only one of the staff. French worked better. |A bit noisy from other rooms. Great service in helping with the free parking. But remember that this is a 3 Star hotel.
