Mazzarò Sea Palace

Mazzaro Sea Palace was simply magnificent. From the warm welcome to the beautiful views, the exquisite rooms, the hospitality of the staff…it was perfect. Started our day beachside after we landed early morning. They kept our luggage and we relaxed (slept) listening to the gentle waves of the sea. The view from our room was breathtaking. Beach and pool were equally enjoyable and refreshing. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food choices, as well as local flavors to try. At night the sounds of the piano player singing while we had a night cap overlooking the stillness of the sea was so peaceful. What we did not anticipate was the proximity to the cable car which took us nightly to Taormina city center where there was abundant shopping, eating and beautiful sites. We cannot say enough about Mazzaro Sea Palace. Meeting a couple from England who say they come back year after year to Mazzaro Sea Palace, I can see why. We will be back. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!!

We had the most beautiful time at Mazzaro Sea Palace! I have stayed there before but wanted to take my family back to experience the amazing features this hotel has to offer. Beautiful pool area! The kids made so many friends! And we all loved Salvatore, the lifeguard! The beach area is great too with plenty of sun beds. The service throughout the hotel is wonderful! Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The rooms are comfortable and have a gorgeous spacious balcony with stunning views! We couldn't have been happier with our suite! And thank you DELILAH and Marilena for going above and beyond to make our stay sensational! We will be back!!

Everything was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. The hotel even prepared a welcome note and small dessert to share because they found out we were on our honeymoon. Every detail was magnificent, from the recently-renovated room, to the food, and especially the setting right on the Mazzaro Bay with private beach loungers and umbrellas. The service was exceptional at all times, the staff were so helpful, and the on-site restaurant, Armonia, was our best meal of the vacation (we returned twice)! We couldn't recommend this hotel enough and can't wait to be back!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Immediately welcomed at front when dropped off and escorted inside to front desk where you are checked in. Very kind and helpful staff. Communication was not an issue as they spoke clear English. Arrived early, room was not ready, however they were able to place our bags in a temporary room in order to freshen up and change. Hung out at the beach and were able to eat, drink, relax and use all other ammenities while waiting for room. Notified via text when room was ready. ||Very nice room with amazing view from balcony terrace. Room turnover multiple times a day. ||Beach club and Amarè restaurant were top notch with wonderful and attentive service||Amazing stay, will definitely return, and highly recommend

The service and attention to detail we got at the Mazzarò Sea Palace was beyond our expectations. Dalila , Joe and come to think about it all the people at the front desk and concierge services made us feel like we were special, important guests and wanted. Never forgetting what we did yesterday and what we were doing today and what will we be doing tomorrow. Beside helping planning our trips they solved every problem we had along the way, we felt like babies enveloped with love and care. Rather exceptional coming from people we didn’t know prior to our stay. |I would like to take the opportunity to thank everybody at the hotel who made it so special from the doormen to waiters to maids we couldn’t have had a better service, rare indeed.

Mazzarò Sea Palace is a very special place. From the moment of arrival to the sadness of departure the staff could not do enough for us. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a magnificent balcony where we could read to the sound of the sea. The food was delicious. The gym had everything needed for a good workout with water, fruit, health bars and even towels in the fridge to help cool down. The hotel’s greatest asset is the staff, all of whom work together to make this hotel a warm, welcoming haven.

I've been to Sicily four times and every trip was wonderful but this hotel is by far our favorite! Everything from the food, the room, the views, the location. All get a 10. But what sets this place even further apart from the rest is the service. The people. The most lovely, accommodating and kind staff. They do everything to make you feel like you're having the experience of a lifetime but with all of the comforts of home. Frederica, Karina, Gerardo and the rest of the staff are now family! They treated us with such care and kindness. We are going to miss this place. We can't wait to come back to Mazzaro Sea Palace.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mazzarò Sea Palace. The hotel is right on the beach, and the view was amazing. The food was excellent, and the service was top notch. Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful, especially the concierge, who gave me great recommendations and made everything easy. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept. I also highly recommend trying Blum , the Michelin-featured restaurant—it was great. Overall, a fantastic experience—I can’t wait to come back!
