I had a wonderful stay at Mazzaro Ses Palace! The rooms were spotless and super comfortable, and you can really tell the hotel has been recently renovated — everything feels fresh and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Funivia, which makes it really easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to the housekeeping ladies, from the morning to the evening, were so kind and did an amazing job keeping everything tidy and cozy every day. And the restaurant deserves a shout-out too — the food was absolutely delicious! Overall, I totally recommend Mazzaro Sea Palace if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming place to stay. I’d love to come back!

A dream by the sea in Taormina Our stay at Mazzarò Sea Palace was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, professional yet warm, with the perfect touch of Sicilian hospitality. The location is unbeatable, right on the beautiful Mazzarò Bay, with crystal-clear water and views that take your breath away. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, with balconies that open straight onto the sea, waking up to that view was unforgettable. Breakfast was a highlight each morning: fresh fruit, local pastries, and perfectly made cappuccinos enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the bay. We also loved the private beach area and the attentive service that made relaxing effortless. Every detail, from the decor to the scent of the sea breeze, created a feeling of serenity and luxury. Mazzarò Sea Palace isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience that captures the best of Taormina’s charm and elegance. We can’t wait to return!

The Mazzarò Sea Palace is simply fantastic! The location is super convenient, close to the cable car and the highway, making it perfect for getting around and exploring the area. The setting is breathtaking, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is impeccable — always friendly and smiling, ready to help with anything you need. I wish we could give 10 stars. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the location is phenomenal—but what makes it truly special are the people. The entire staff is so lovely and welcoming and kind that we were sad to leave them. ||Joe the concierge repeatedly went above and beyond to help us. He even called our airline multiple times to help us sort out an issue. We felt looked after and taken care of in a way we have never experienced before—Every five star hotel should have a concierge like Joe!!!||Rosana and Nadia did an astounding job keeping our room sparkling clean and were delightful to chat with—I wish I could take them home with me!! In fact, the entire hotel was immaculate. I saw people washing door frames, smoke detectors, even emergency lights. ||The entire bar staff—Carmen, Grazia, Giuseppe, Saso, and Vicky—were so sweet and delightful that we went back every single night. Carmen whipped up a cocktail on the spot based on my preferences that was the best I’ve ever had.||Aurora, Elena, Federica, Flavia, Katerina, and Mari are all so kind, cheerful, and helpful. And of course Domizia and Esmeralda at the spa are wonderful.||Thank you for a fantastic stay—we look forward to seeing you all again soon! Ci vediamo presto!

It’s the perfect mix of privacy and luxury, yet still just a short funicular ride away from Taormina’s charming town center. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, everyone went above and beyond — especially the breakfast and concierge teams, who handled my admittedly high-maintenance requests with patience, grace, and genuine kindness. Their attention to detail and willingness to personalize our experience made us feel so well cared for. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, with a balcony that offered breathtaking sea views — the ideal spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Both the restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent, featuring fresh local ingredients, delicious Sicilian specialties, and a gorgeous setting overlooking the bay. In every way, Mazzarò Sea Palace exceeded expectations. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you’ve left — perfect for families, honeymooners, or anyone seeking a luxurious escape on the Sicilian coast. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. It is just so beautiful. Every morning when we woke up and opened the curtains, I just felt so lucky. The hotel is on a beautiful (but rocky) beach, has a pool with a view of the beach, and an amazing restaurant. The service is impeccable. Also it’s right across the street from the Funicular, which takes you right up to the center of town making it so convenient. I would surely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Taormina

Me and my sister recently (September 2025) enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Sicily, staying at the beautiful Mazzaró Sea Palace in Taormina. From the moment me and my sister we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure both my sister and I felt truly looked after. She was warm, genuine, and such a wonderful person, her kindness and hospitality stood out above all. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina, and I look forward to returning.
