This place is excellent it is now a returning favorite for my girlfriend and I when we have date night. The ramen is always so good and I really enjoy their bao buns and the rice bowls are incredible. I love they cook the food in front of you can’t wait to go back here again and again

Google
All the food tasted great.. Service was good and helpful. The only issue is parking and size of the restaurant. Parking on a busy weekend can be very difficult to find. Waiting for a table can take a long time if they're busy, its a little pricey compare to similar places but its worth the price and wait.

Atmosphere: Years ago I’d drop by to pick up orders here on numerous occasions, and I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. There is something about enjoying some ramen while vibing to some 90’s - 2000’s boom-bap type hip hop that struck a chord with me. This place has your usual ramen joint in Japan kind of set up, with an NY type of energy given all the artwork on the walls and the collectible items on display. Food: I’ve tried a couple of the different menu options and so far I have no complaints. If you are unsure where to start I would look no further than trying the very option named after them, “MB ramen”. Tender pork belly, Naruto fish cakes, soft boiled eggs and some crunchy seaweed over some rich pork broth and noodles. Reason for rating: Strictly the pricing. I understand costs are on a rise lately, and that in most cases you will not find a bowl of ramen for less than $16 in any local business here in Long Island, but I can’t wrap my head around how I go from $18 to $40 for a bowl of ramen, an appetizer and a drink here. Meanwhile in another local business I am able to get an appetizer, the ramen, a drink and a small dessert for $27

Google
The ramen place has a really cool ambiance and impressive decor — definitely a spot that stands out visually and feels inviting. The atmosphere and service were great, and the presentation of the dishes was appealing. Unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning afterward, which really overshadowed the experience. I hope it was just an isolated incident, because the place has a lot of potential, but food safety definitely needs more attention.

Ramen was really good. Those dumplings were crunchy and tasty ...definitely coming back here. Loved the art on the walls

Google
i love this place!! every time i’ve eaten here i’ve never been disappointed. the staff is always so so friendly and the atmosphere is so cute. everytime i go in there i notice a new decoration: the shoyu ramen is my favorite because the pork broth is a bit thick. but still great!! the edamame is incredible, it’s my favorite edamame like anywhere. the eggs are some of my favorite ramen eggs anywhere. my only wish is that the restaurant was bigger so more people could fit in there!! 10/10, would reccomend to anyone.

We are passionate about discovering the best ramen places, and whenever we have the opportunity, we seek out new spots that surprise us. This particular place turned out to be a fantastic discovery! Let’s start with the atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you feel like you're in an anime, comic, or graffiti world. Superheroes dangle from the lamps, and the walls are adorned with vibrant anime artwork. Even the bathroom, which is exceptionally clean, offers a delightful experience with its many anime art pieces. The food was outstanding. We began with Crispy Chicken Bao Buns as appetizers, and they were delicious! Now, onto the main attraction: the ramen. We tried the MB and Shoyu Tare Ramen, and both were absolutely scrumptious. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite. You won’t find yourself bored while waiting for a table; there are so many interesting things to look at that you won’t even notice if you have to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The bar area is another highlight; you can watch the action as the staff prepares your food. It’s clean and has an efficient system for processing orders as they come in. I will definitely be back. This is a place worth visiting at least three times. I'll update my experience after my next visit!

Yelp
Hands down, my favorite restaurant! This modern ramen shop is everything I could want and more. The vibe is incredible--from the amazing artwork on the walls to anime playing on the TVs, it creates a great atmosphere. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Their ramen is to die for--rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and thoughtful toppings that make every bowl feel special. The appetizers are just as impressive (I could make a meal out of those alone), and the drink menu is full of unique, creative options that pair perfectly with the food. Best of all, it's not overpriced. For the quality, ambiance, and experience, it's honestly a steal. Whether I'm going for a casual meal or bringing friends for a fun night out, this place never disappoints. 10/10 recommend!

Yelp
Decent ramen place right in the mix in Huntington. I was there on a Saturday so it was busy but there wasn't a wait to get a table. Theres a long bar/seating as well but I think they fill those seats last? Cool vibe here though it isn't too big as far as space in the back for seating. The food came out quickly and it was decent. I had the spicy ramen and it was tasty and filling. The spicy edamame was good as well. Service was good as our server was attentive and polite. I would come back when I'm in the area again.

Yelp
A Pleasant Surprise at MB Ramen - Worth Stepping Out of My Comfort Zone! I'll admit it--I'm not usually an adventurous eater. But my 5yr old god daughter was craving noodles so MB Ramen it was. So glad we decided to take the plunge. The atmosphere is chill and cool. The anime on the walls and video game in the corner make this a place you want to visit. Staff was incredibly kind and patient, happily answering my questions and even giving me recommendations based on my tastes. I'll admit it took me some time to decide but when I did I wasn't disappointed. We started with the icky sticky wings and the crispy chicken Bao buns. Both were fantastic. Main course the broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings balanced everything beautifully. Each bite was comforting, bold, and somehow familiar yet completely new. I never thought I'd find myself craving ramen, but here I am, already planning my next visit. If you're hesitant to step outside your food comfort zone, let MB Ramen be the place that changes your mind. You won't regret it

Yelp
This used to be our go-to ramen spot. We ordered takeout for the 1st time in a while. Definitely not as good as it used to be. They used to have the BEST, crispiest chicken. Disappointed

Yelp
Had MB Ramen for delivery the other night, still up to par! Although, I was surprised to see the addition of pickled cucumber this time around. Unsure if it's a seasonal rotation, but I don't know how I feel about it. On one hand it compliments this ramen since it's so rich while on the other, I've never liked warm cucumber and even less-so in soup, but I wasn't mad at it. I noticed MB started seasoning their eggs as well and this was a superb egg, loved the creamy yolk. I always get a side of karaage and it's always on point, crispy and seasoned well. I had more than pictured I just couldn't keep my silly little fingers away from them before the shot. Still delicious, still consistent, and still a top ramen spot.

Yelp
Tiny spot, down the block and around the corner from yet another ramen joint! Not sure which one was there first. Placed an order online and upon arrival about 20min later it was ready to go. Location was crowded, suggesting food must be good. Ordered the spicy ground pork ramen and must say while it was flavorful it certainly missed the mark on being spicy. The flavor profile was very pleasant but did not didn't give me the sense that it was simmering for hours to develop flavor. Would I go back? Yes. There are other varieties of the ramen to try and maybe it is just that they are so popular that they don't have the time to commit to really develop all flavors. Maybe it just sells out too fast!

Yelp
MB Ramen is a great place to go get ramen if you're in Huntington. Honestly, I think I love them more than I love the Michelin star ramen restaurant in Queens. Gabe makes the best ramen there. Yes, I have my favorites. They have a great selection from ramen to rice bowls. However, ramen can be on the saltier side so please be aware when you're making your choice. Their appetizers are nice but I usually order the Chashu pork baos. I recommend eating those right away when they arrive or they can stick to the serving dish if you wait. The restaurant is very clean and a bit small but you can sit at the bar as well and order your ramen. It's fun watching them making orders. They have seating in the back of the restaurant but I don't recommend this place for a large group.

Yelp
My first visit to this location, and it was a 5-star experience from start to finish! Not knowing what to order, I was a bit overwhelmed by the selections, but our server, Liam, was an absolute gem. He was so friendly and took the time to ask a few questions about my preferences before recommending the MB Ramen. Let me tell you, it was the perfect choice! The dish was bursting with flavor, and the broth was hands-down delicious. Every bite was a delight, and I was pleasantly surprised by how everything came together so beautifully. Noodles, pork belly, egg, broth and great flavor. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, and the Liam's service was top-notch. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving unforgettable ramen.

Yelp
Fantastic class ramen flavors with some welcome flavor twists! Inside the kitchen is wide open to the bar where the team pushes out some killr' dishes. Decor is ramen house meets Brooklyn graffiti anime mash up - city vibe in the heart of suburban affluence. Highly reccommend the spciy pork covered dumplings and subbing the spicy pork into the MB ramen!

Yelp
10/10 the servers are always so nice and welcoming! Such a great spot love this place I always get the tan tan.

Yelp
MB Ramen serves up tasty and affordable food, in a very casual and cozy environment. Surrounded by comic book memorabilia and jojo's bizarre adventure playing on tv, we started off with some of their pork belly bao buns. I thought the ingredients were all good, and especially liked the thinly sliced cucumber, but found there to be a bit too much pickled onion for my liking. For dinner I got their signature "MB Ramen:" a ramen bowl with savory pork broth, char siu pork, a marinated egg with a deliciously jammy center, scallions, marinated mushrooms, nori, and garlic oil on top. It all tasted great, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. A cold Sapporo beer perfectly complemented this savory and rich soup too. The only downside to this place is the extremely long wait and rather rushed service- all due to an inadequate amount of seating. When we showed up early (6:30) on a freezing Saturday night, we were seated immediately at the end of the bar next to the door. These were the only available seats in the restaurant. For the whole time we were there, the door right next to me kept opening to let in cold air, people picking up takeout, and other disgruntled people looking for a table but finding a 30 minute wait. The waiter was very polite, but he asked us if we were ready to order 3 times in no more than 10 minutes, and started to clear my bowl away when I wasn't finished eating. Although these parts of my experience weren't great, I have to give credit where it's due. The owners are clearly making the absolute most out of such a tiny space, with their very efficient takeout and delivery system, and staff who immediately address, seat, and serve customers, prompting more turnover and revenue. I really like this place, and understand why they run it the way they do. I just wish they would expand or move to a bigger place, where customers and staff could finally sit back to enjoy the chill comic book vibes and delicious ramen.
google avatar

Yelp
Super cool vibes with a comic book kind of theme going on. I've tried a lot of dishes from this place and they're always pretty good.

Yelp
Unfortunately, this place was a miss for me. I tried their vegetable Ramen and tofu bao buns. Unfortunately the Ramen was way too "fishy" tasting even though it was just seaweed. The textures of the vegetable were also rubbery. This may be because it is takeout, but overall wasn't great and was pricey. The buns weren't bad, but wouldn't go back for just this item. The vegan options are limited. Seating in the restaurant is limited.

Yelp
Been here before & will come back again. Lucas always helpful with our choices as far as spice level. We got the MB RAMEN& the Shoyu Tare ( crispy chicken) also sticky icky wings. All was delicious. I would recommend this Ramen bar. Just a cool vibe all around, good food, and friend

Laurent H.

Yelp
Sadly this place has fallen off. I come here with my daughter because she really enjoys ramen. I went yesterday afternoon and the place was empty but that was fine, we ordered dumplings and 2 bowls of ramen. The ground pork that was on the dumplings was cold but the dumplings were pipping hot which was weird, the ramen bowls tasted off, not much flavor but very salty. The biggest problem I had was the tall cool that was cooking ( we sat at the counter) and he would stop and eat food with the same gloves on that he was preparing the food with which didn't really sit well with me. They were 3 other staff members around and no one seemed to be bothered by this. I really enjoyed this place but sadly think I will have to find a new ramen spot.

Yelp
Some seriously solid ramen! Came here with a friend to catch up and although busy, we were seated almost immediately once we arrived. We split a takoyaki and I got the tan tan ramen modified a bit. I would've been happy to order something else considering my dietary restrictions, but my waitress was happy to recommend substitutions to the tan tan ramen to cater to my needs. An A+ move for sure! Takoyaki was amazing. Fried with a plush, creamy center. A decent sized piece of octopus inside each ball. The ramen itself has tasty! The noodles weren't too soft, the broth was savory and the pickles gave it a nice, cooling, tang throughout. I may not have gotten the full impact of the dish since it was modified but it was still a tasty bowl! Would definitely recommend if you're in the area looking to beat the chill.

Yelp
My friends and I came on a Friday night around 8pm and the restaurant was pretty full so we sat at the bar. (Note the restaurant is on the smaller side.) We each ordered a MB bowl of ramen and the karaage appetizer to share. The ramen and appetizer came out shortly and both were quite tasty. However the ramen can be a bit too heavy and rich towards the end. We actually took the karaage to go because we couldn't finish it so both were good portions. Overall, I think this is a nice restaurant. The decor in the restaurant overall was different and hip. The staff were also nice.

Yelp
Came here after watching the Grub-fathers story on IG and this place is amazing. Never had ramen before and didn't order ramen, but I tried my girlfriends and it was excellent. Love the whole vibe of this place with the place decorated in old school comic books. Has that Williamsburg Brooklyn vibe in Huntington Long Island and the music selection of old school hip hop, with today hip hop is great. Came here and went with a chicken bowl, cause I felt it was more of my style. Chicken was crispy and not overall oily. The flavor was a 10 out 10 with the sweet & savory touch from the pickle onions and other vegetables that came in the bowl. We also got the shrimp tempura for a appetizer which was nice and crispy and cooked to perfection. I really like this place and the whole vibe & hospitality of this ramen joint. It's very small, so table are very limited in the back and your better off seating at the bar for faster seating. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back and try other item that looked amazing in the menu.

Dawn F.

Yelp
The food was delicious. We ordered takeout, and they package it so that you combine the ingredients when you're ready to eat it, helping it stay so fresh. The sticky wings are def a favorite.

Yelp
Was in the area for work and decided to try this place out. The inside looks pretty cool. Customer service was decent as well. I had the Very Spicy miso, it was pretty good. I'd give it a 8 out of 10. The broth was a little too salty for me and not really spicy but everything else was on the money! ...Would i come here again on my free will? Probably not but if I'm in the area and craving for ramen i may take it in consideration.
google avatar

Lon M.

Yelp
Wanted to go eat at MB Ramen for some time. Had the opportunity to go on a dismal day today. There ate finally a good number of excellent ramen noodle shops all over Long Island, but this is an amazing restaurant for ramen and stands out from the rest. The taste was wonderful and I want to go back again for other food. The restaurant itself is really nicely done, funky and fun.
google avatar

Liam J.

Yelp
Great ramen, get it all the time, usually pickup so can't say how good the service is, but they're usually pretty friendly and coordinated. Overall a great place to eat from on a Friday night when you just want something tangy and savory.
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the Ramen, the sticky Wings and the chicken bao buns! Solid Ramen spot!
google avatar

Abhishek K.

Yelp
Always walked by this place, but finally had a second to sit down and try it. Was not disappointed. We got an order of both the pork and fried chicken bao buns. They were heavenly; the pork was sweet and tender while the fried chicken was cooked to perfection. Paired with the picked veggies and homemade bun itself, it was a home run. The ramen was other world; the broth was creamy and silky, while the soft egg's yolk was rich. I was tempted to get another bowl. The decor of the place itself was fun and colorful. This joint also offers sake (hot and cold), for those who want to hit this place after work. Only downside was that we felt the bao buns were sliiightly over-priced. The price for the ramen itself was justified but not so for the buns. Still tho, will definitely be back
google avatar

Luzmila C.

Yelp
The food was so delicious. As my friend kept saying, "this is delightful." Indeed it was. We started off with the crispy pork dumplings, sticky icky wings, and the chashu pork bao buns. The texture and flavor of it all were on point, but the sticky icky wings were truly the best. I had to have their signature dish, the MB Ramen. The noodles were just enough Al dente but soft enough to nearly suck down. The broth was rich, the egg was perfectly soft inside and the pork was full of flavor and just melted in my mouth. Our server Jackie was sweet and patient with us as we stayed a bit longer than we planned. The vibes in there were chill with hip hop tunes going and graffiti on the walls. Great times and great food!
google avatar

Lily C.

Yelp
I love this place. My husband was raving about it but I had not had a chance to eat here until recently. I ordered the karage chicken bowl which had pickled onions, Karage chicken, spicy sauce and a perfectly cooked medium boiled egg. I did ask for the pickled ginger on the side but they forgot. No biggie, I just took it off but I would have enjoyed it a bit more if it didn't have that ginger taste which I hate. I generally don't like to send food back to the kitchen. Hubby had the Beef Ramen which he loved also. We also had the brussels sprouts which I personally did not love but my husband enjoyed it. Service was great. I love the decor and yes, all around I would highly recommend and will be coming back.

Yelp
MB Ramen is a total treat for the senses and their ramen feeds the soul on a freezing cold day (or any day). It's a quaint spot in Huntington and it has a defined personality - and unless you're looking for a spot to bring a large group, the place really needs no more than the space it has. The graffiti and the hip hop music make for a unique, fun ambience. The service is prompt. The ramen here is not only astonishingly delicious, but it is pretty. I had the Tori Paitan, which mixed creamy chicken broth with pork and roasted corn, scallions and mushrooms. The egg was cooked so perfectly, which you don't always get with your ramen. I will truly never forget this incredible ramen. And to top things off, I had it with a can of Moscato that made the meal all the more special. I am happy to go out of my way to come to MB.

Yelp
My niece tells me: Uncle Bill, we should meet for lunch at my favorite Ramen spot. I'm reading the reviews on Yelp, they're mixed but guess what? My niece wins, MB Ramen is our lunch destination. She just got her driver's license and wants to drive so away we go to Huntington Village. We find a spot in the busy parking lot and walk to the restaurant. We grab two seats at the bar, I ordered a Sapporo beer to get the Ramen party started. Also, I *ruined* one of my favorite shirts from enjoying ramen so this time I brought a shirt to wear over my shirt. Just using my noodle ;D Speaking of noodles, I see portioned bags of noodles on the side?? I guess the MB in the name means Making Broth (only). She's excited and ordered her go to bowl called, MB Ramen. I didn't want to deal with overcook Chashu pork so I ordered the Spicy Shio Ramen. In my last ramen review, I said the broth needed more spice? MB Ramen Spicy Shio Ramen, my first slurp a Pitbull song went off in my head. Fireball I expected it to be spicy and I like spice but this took some time to ease into the dish. After I knocked out the bowl, my lips were tingling. The waitress tells me, the Spicy Shio is too spicy for me. I usually get X. The broth, ground pork and other acroments made this bowl harmonious. Also, while I'm waiting, I see a unmasked Spiderman enjoy some MB Ramen?? Webslinger, crime fightin', noodle slurpin' hero in Huntington Village! Would I come back? There are other items on the menu that seem interesting, I'm sure my niece will want to swing by again. I'll adjust my selection and set the heat to sweet.

Yelp
Great place for Ramen! The restaurant is very small and they don't take reservations but definitely worth checking out! The food is amazing

Yelp
Okay, I absolutely love this place! The first time I came here was 2 years ago, it's such a cozy little spot, with super awesome art on the walls and good vibing music always! Every single person in there is always super nice, they're always helpful! It's just a great experience overall! But let's get to the real stuff here, the ramen! I've had ramen from Flushing to Stony Brook and NOTHING compares to this place! If you haven't been here yet, you need to get in the car and go! Right now! I honestly eat here at least once a month, it's my favorite spot and they never disappoint!
google avatar

Delaney F.

Yelp
Best ramen I've ever had! The noodles are seasoned and marinated with such great flavor. I loovveeed the ambiance. They has anime playing and the walls were painted with really cool art work.
google avatar

Kiera D.

Yelp
The pork belly ramen. Get it or you'll regret it. Go in and sit at the bar. Great size bowl of ramen. The dumplings are good too. Always get a fun drink here and am never disappointed. staff is great too.

Bill O.

Yelp
Excellent ramen, it's the broth that make the difference. Friendly, accommodating staff.
google avatar

Greg F.

Yelp
Help! I've become hopelessly addicted to the tan tan spicy ramen and chili dumplings. I keep ordering delivery of these two dishes and cannot get enough. The tan tan broth is the best ramen broth I've ever had. Love the chicken on top. The chili dumplings are so intensely flavorful. Also, I love how they cleverly pack the ramen for delivery so that the toppings and noodles are separate from the broth, so you can assemble it properly at home.

mikey d.

Yelp
Very charming, cozy interior. Food is amazing. Staff is cool and friendly. Food comes out pretty quick. I love this place been coming here for years. Recommend the mae ploy chicken or karaage chicken if you dont like sauce on your crispy chicken. Tan tan and sapporo miso ramen are my favorites.
google avatar

Amanda D.

Yelp
Came across this spot after a long day and so glad I found it. The place is a little snug so don't expect to come here with a large party. They have bar seating which overlooks the kitchen which seems cool but bc it's so small, you may feel a little tight as people come in and out of the restaurant. We got their crispy chicken bao buns to start. They were pretty okay, the chicken was fried to perfection and seasoned so well. There was a lot going on in the bun itself in terms of toppings so It was a little messy. For ramen, I got the "Very Spicy Miso" ramen which was A1. The broth was so flavors and I love spicy foods so It was just enough spice for me. The only downside was the tofu that was included, which was pretty bland. It was described as being crispy but more so tasted baked and lacked flavor. Hoping to return soon to try other ramen and app options!
google avatar

Meri L.

Yelp
Was definitely in the mood for ramen on a semi-cold winter day. Ordered delivery via DoorDash. While I prefer chicken ramen, all of their chicken ramen was "crispy" or fried, which wasn't my preferred taste and pictures on Yelp showed it looked like chicken wings. I didn't feel like picking at my food while eating. I also wasn't in the mood for pork. So I went with the veggie ramen. The veggie ramen was tasty. It had corn, cucumbers, tofu, carrots and scallion. It was very filling and had a good amount of vegetables. Since it was "to-go" the vegetables were packed separately from the broth and the noodles. Broth was nice and light. It did need some spice though, so next time I will definitely be requesting spice. I also ordered spicy chili dumplings. The order came with 6 dumplings. It packed great heat! Very plentiful. Overall, lunch was quite yummy and filling. I would return in person or order delivery again.

Yelp
Came here again today. My daughter came back from college for a visit. Asked her to lunch and when I suggested MB ramen her face lit up. Putting things in context. 5 tables one waiter and a full bar. He's been great. Attentive, quick and on top of his game. The food is better than last time. We did two different ramen, two apps and they were fantastic. Working our way through the entire menu.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
Food is great. Service is super fast. Place has a very hip vibe. 10/10 would dine again

Yelp
great food as always, I usually order so this was my first time sitting there. good vibes good service 10/10 recommend for quick eats

Brian D.

Yelp
MB Ramen is one of the best casual restaurants on Long Island. Both the decor and menu items are thoughtful and creative, and the food is absolutely amazing. Very rich and flavorful ramen broths. Great rice bowls. Their Kaarage chicken is my favorite, chunks of chicken thigh fried in a light but crispy batter. Their mae ploy chicken is the kaarage chicken but in a general tsos type sauce and its to die for. Great service and a nice bar with cool drinks. A little pricey, but for sure worth it. This place is the epitome of a modern, creative food business done so right.

Yelp
Great food within a very unique setting. The portions are great, the service is good and the ramen is very tasty. This is my go to spot for Ramen in Huntington.

Yelp
My partner and I were craving ramen on a rainy day and decided to go to MB ramen in Huntington. I went there once before with a friend and have been looking for an opportunity to drive by to eat their food again! Got an order of the fried tofu bun, 2 orders of hot soju, and ofcourse, ramen. I'm a vegetarian so I stuck to the vegetarian ramen they have on the menu. Loved all of it. The service was wonderful. I believe the same server helped me the first time I went. The interior of this restaurant is one of my favorites. So full of life and color. There is personal art taped on the walls along with graffiti and other art heavily influenced by anime and Nintendo. Extra brownie points for the restaurant for playing naruto on their tv. Honestly can't wait to go back again

Yelp
Food is awesome here and you will be full!. Had to go order but will love to visit to dine in

Yelp
Ordered from here many times - food always outrageously good Just umami on umami on flavors Shoyu - out of the ballpark on the egg an broth - just proper salting...... Tokyo ramen - pork perfect - broth silky smooth Spicy chix app was nutso on the chiles hitting the sweet heat just right! Also had a slight issue with my takeout order and it was so quickly resolved and with such a positive attitude it has made a customer for life Please understand - I could only be a customer for life if the food was Top top notch - as it is!!!!! The bonus is the positive service and the peace of mind that if I have an issue - it's gonna be resolved with class! These are the things that build a customer that follows......

Yelp
The best ramen EVER within the coolest atmosphere. The vibe here is so fun and exciting. The service and food was aaaaaaaamazing!!
google avatar

Ash M.

Yelp
Ordered MB Ramen on door dash and it didn't disappoint! I ordered the shoyu ramen and it was really good. It came with crispy chicken on top. Lately I can't stop craving ramen so I was happy I liked it. The broth was so rich, flavorful and hot which who doesn't love that when it's a 15 min delivery from the place! I docked a star because I was so insanely dehydrated after I ate this for like 24 hours since it's full of sodium. That being said it was so good I'd order from here again and try something new.

Yelp
I have to point out that the artwork in the bathroom is 10/10. Ninja turtles. Love it. Their ramen was delicious . Perfectly cooked, chewy noodles. The broth is creamy and rich. The servers are nice. The restaurant overall is very "hip" and modern.

Yelp
OPEN FOR TAKE OUT! Happy to say I got my Ramen fix today! Been dreaming of a Shoyu & Tan Tan Ramen & any of their appetizers. Went with the pork dumplings for the first time. They were crispy (even though they were in the container for 20 minutes) & the accompanying pickled red onions & daikon were perfect. When you order take out, they wrap the broth separately in a container, secured with plastic wrap. I appreciated this since we had a bit of a ride & I despise when things spill in the car. I ordered through Yelp, paid with Apple Pay & my order was ready between 10-20 minutes. I was greeted by two friendly faces & cannot wait to visit again soon. If MB RAMEN is on your list of places to visit, I suggest you take the opportunity to give them a try!
