Hi!!! I’ve been coming to this bar regularly because I really like their beers and the atmosphere. However, during my last visit, I had a very disappointing experience with the manager. When we asked for the bill, I noticed two beers that we hadn’t ordered or consumed. I mentioned it politely, and the cashier corrected the mistake without any issue.
When it came time to pay, I paid my part (about €20) in coins of €1, €2, and €0.50. The manager stepped in and said that paying with coins “wasn’t cool,” even though I wasn’t taking extra time or disturbing anyone. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, especially considering that I’m a regular customer who always pays properly.
It’s a shame, because I’ve always liked this place, but the way we were treated completely ruined the experience. I really hope they work on improving their customer service, especially from management🙏🏼🙏🏼
