Coffee here exceeds expectations—highly recommend the con panna and peach oolong. Super chill and cozy vibes with fantastic live band music. Live performance runs from 7 to 9pm Fridays. Lead singer June is incredibly warm and welcoming. This place is more than just a café. Highly recommend visiting!

Cozy, good amount of seating, seems underrated! I've lived here years and never got here before. Open til 9 with music at 7 on Fridays. Good coffee, friendly service, and I enjoyed my smore's latte.

Nice local cafe. Probably one of the better lattes I've ever had. Wait was short. Didn't have a pretentious feel. Big thumbs up!

We visited this cafe twice. The vibe is cozy and warm. Lots of art pieces throughout the cafe to admire. We ordered hot chocolate, cappuccino and con panna. All were well crafted. Coffee drinks are strong. They also roast their own coffee beans

Their dark roast coffee was really good, just a little weak in my opinion. However, when paired with a shot of espresso? Wow, did that wake it up! I don't ruin my coffee by adding crap to it, and that was a good cuppa. Well-done by them, I'd go back.

I usually like latte certain temperature, but this time it was perfect for the weather we had here. It was really hot and stayed hot for a long time. Inside is very cozy and customer service was very friendly!

Google recommended that i come here for coffee since it near my airbnb. However, my experience was sub-par. Had a flat white with soy milk & jalapeno/cheese bagel. The flat white was weak. It had a bunch of bubbles at the top & no microfoam like it was made in a rush. The bagel was decent. Limited seating-6 small tables. Center area has stage for performances. The vibe seemed a bit tense & unwelcoming. They played good music though.

I tried a medium roast there without milk and cream and it was delicious. I normally get a light roast as I like my coffee without sugar and cream. As a roaster I hoped/expected to see a wider variety of beans, for instance, to be made as pour over upon request. But it is understandable that in a small town like Fairbanks this may not make a viable business model. Anyway, if you want a coffee better than Starbucks and a local roast this place is a very good option. Last but not least, apparently this place has live music events.
