McCloud Falls - Upper Fall

If you are looking for an easy hike (my 74 yr old mom had no troubles)through beautiful forest, with waterfalls and serene views then this is the place for you! It's free and it wasn't crowded!

Fabulous creekside walk, lots of nature. Fishing if you'd like for the Mccloud Redband trout. Dogs welcome on leash. Campsite also looked very welcoming.

Sweet little trail, just a few miles between the two ends. There's a lot of people, and I don't think people should be jogging the path, but it's a really beautiful spot.

The middle falls were incredible. The small hike down to the falls in worth it and doesn’t take much time

Going to this location off-season was the best. Hardly any traffic or crowds. Beautiful waterfalls and easy, well maintained trails.

A must do. The lower, middle, and upper falls are all very close together and they are all stunning!!

The view is fantastic. Well worth the hike from the lower falls. For comparison I'm 70 and not especially athletic

This was a very easy, paved, stroll to a simple yet stunning view from above the falls. You could wander down the trail if you desire for a view from below. This was an easy walk as well. You're now at the water level. Brrrr, the water is super cold. Wear sunscreen at this time of year!

Amazing waterfall. Easy hike from a convenient parking lot. A bit dusty, but all in all beautiful. If you bring a swimsuit, there are places to get wet.
