McDonald's Australia Fair

The wrap was bad — raw tortilla and weird smell. No ketchup or napkins. Only the fries and shake were nice.

This store is not far from where I live. I come here quite often for breakfast and lunch. By far, this is one of the best McDonald’s I have ever visited. They are very busy, but yet very efficient and effective. They always deliver my order precisely as requested. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. I give this store a five star rating.👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible coffee here Order a double shot latte small. Milk was burned and coffee was very weak. To the rubbish bin 🗑️ it went. Waste of $5 dollars

Hey guys. I was here recently and was served by a very good employee. He was very enthusiastic and willing to help. He was very kind and didn't try to rush me when I was struggling to speak. (I have a bad stuttering problem that i have been going to speech impediment therapy for). As for my food, it was all perfect. The fries were perfectly salted, my big mac was juicy and so delicious and my nuggets were crispy. Thank you so much to all the staff. Big Kisses. PS - They probably don't have anymore nuggets. Sauce was on the outside of my burger with no lettuce. Service was absolutely terrible. The only good thing was my coke.

Slow service, no accountability for missing orders but blaming other customers.

I ordered a steakhouse stack burger on its own to give it a go. And the staff there gave me an entirely different burger in a steakhouse stack packaging. This burger had Mayo, two slices of tomato, two patties , cheese and big chunks of lettuce. There was no crispy onion, or any any onions, and it looked entirely different than what was on the menu. After a couple of bites all I could see was tomato. I wouldn't obviously go back for a refund after taking a bite of it. But it is entirely disappointing to have someone knowingly put together a burger they know isn't meant for the box and still pack it in anyway. I'd suggest more training so that when it gets busy mistakes are harder to come by.
