McDonalds

Literally the slowest fast food we ever had. Needs more staff for busy periods. Huge queues and no one seems to be in any rush. I get it’s Saturday morning at 9am but none of us want to be here either. Recommendation either order ahead or drive half an hour to a different restaurant, it will still be quicker to server you than this place. 25 mins to order and get your food is not fast food on the go.

Really slow! Probably the longest I have ever had to wait at a Macdonalds. In fact I think we waited longer than your average restaurant. I'll try to avoid these services in the future.

A nice place for quick meal if u are traveling from north towards south on M6

Easy to order at the self-service. I only got a cheeseburger, 6 nuggets, and two smoothies (no fries), which took longer than expected—about ten minutes. But it was worth it; the food was super fresh, and the nuggets were still steaming.

Absolutely shocking! 1/3 item not available in the menu. Service slow. Food awful, we all have been sick same day and day after eating their poor food. Food cold, few things missing and fries not eligible. Never again. Avoid it as a plague. McDonald's is a joke in this times.

McDonald's is McDonald's, the food is exactly the same regardless of location but the person who took my order needs lessons in manners! "What do you want" surely people deserve more than that? Made me feel like not bothering, On the up side the girl who bought my food out was a delight, really pleasant. If you don't want to work there Rose then find something else not customer focused!

We all.know what to expect from a McDonald's but it is still the only fast food retailer not hiking their price up because it is a service station and for that we will stop by for the kids to eat. Having driven 3 hours we had to stop for several reasons, car park was great no issues there and services overall were great. McDonald's was rammed so service incredibly slow but understood. Once in the car and keen to get back on the motorway the wife delved in for the 4 kids meals to find we had an incomplete order. It is not rare for this to happen so we should know to check before leaving but it was another 4 hours to home then an 8 hour shift soon after.

Wow, what an absolute dump, staff just walking over waste on floor, flys around the ketchups, on the counter, old order tickets around food area, a dirty manky bin next to the serving counter!!Rubbish in most areas actually , I’m shocked, absolute disbelief, and quite honestly a health hazard. No regard for hygiene at all, considering it’s in complete view to the customers! This is not acceptable at any time of the day, but at 01:15 the place should be spotless. I may even take this further as the staff on shift need sacking… No excuses McDonald’s…this is the food industry
