Ordered a bunch of happy meals for the kids and had to go back through thr drive through again because they forgot things out of them. Also, ordered a hamburger plain in one of them and it came fully loaded. Not worth driving back.

I ordered a sweet tea. With my food this morning. The lady forgot to put it on my order. no big deal people make mistakes. At the second window I asked about my sweet tea instead of saying oh the lady forgot to put it on she immediately got rude and saying “No you didn’t order a sweet tea.” I tried to explain I had specifically asked for one and that I was willing to pay for one if I wasn’t originally charged. she completely cut me off turning away from me mis sentence to confirm this with the first lady. After confirming there was supposed to be a sweet tea. The lady didn’t apologize or even bat an eye. She rudely states rolling her eyes that I will need to drive through the drive through again. I just grabbed my food and left. Who ever this lady was she clearly wasn’t happy to be at work today and it definitely shows in how she treats her customers. They also didn’t use my points I asked for so I paid full price for my meal. This location has always been pleasant until this associate starting working. everyone else if great

Service for dine in customers has become very poor. Drive thru and Doordash are Prioritized and actual humans in the lobby are ignored. If you walk in, most of the time to order and dine in, you are completely ignored. Understaffing is the problem. There should always be a person at the register. There should also be a dedicated person for pick up orders and additional cooks. This push towards kiosk and app usage is having a dramatic affect on customer service and underming the ability to get a job. Staff them appropriatly. Stop taking away needed jobs for kiosks. Do they want to become a drive thru/pickup location only and abandon in restaurant dining? This push by corporate to make changes, at the sacrifice of customer service, is going to lose customers. I recently went to a new McDonald's ,at 1103 Circle Dr, that had no menu displays with prices and pictures. After looking this change up on line I found that this was to push people into using the kiosks or drive thru with the app. Corporate sucks! How about keeping humans employed instead of focusing on shareholder profits! How about customer service for your dine in guests? I had already decided that I would walk out of any McDonald's that didn't have a menu displayed with prices. Then I went to a different one for breakfast this morning. When I walked in there was 1 person waiting at the register. It was obvious that he was becoming annoyed at being ignored. So I spoke to him for a minute then decided to be the "Karen" for him and called out "HELLO!". The manager came over and said he was too busy. I told him this was terrible customer service and he should not prioritize drive thru and pickup over customers actually standing in their lobby, then walked out. I will never go to any McDonald's again! The price increases were bad enough. I can eat at a nice dine in restaurant for the price of a combo meal! Why would I ever go there again? They are taking away job opportunities and pushing away loyal customers.I am 66 years old. I have been eating McDonald's for 56 years. My kids and wife worked there in the past at critical times when a job was needed. What now? Decrease staffing with kiosks? I hate kiosks.

The food was absolutely perfect! The burgers were literally like the pictures. The fries were fresh and they delivered everything to our table. The restaurant was so clean and all staff members were incredibly kind. I do not leave reviews normally but this is probably the best food and service I have ever had at a McDonalds.

Slow service at this location. Took a while to get a pretty basic order. The play place was GREAT tho. Not huge, but lots kids so my kid enjoyed it a lot. Once we finally got the fold, it was fine. Typical McD's fare.

Just don’t go at night.. only reason for not giving 5 stars. I’m mad every time I go here at night because they just don’t care. I come here often in the morning and the morning staff is always amazing. This is what it should be like all the time and at every McDonald’s. Staff always happy to serve you with a smile on their face. Even the manager handing out food himself and thanking you for coming here. My experience at night made me want to give one star because they just don’t care one bit and even cooks came out of kitchen to have an attitude with me. Just can’t help but love the people in the morning. Hope they keep this going and get this kind of people at night because they really need it. If I had the same experience day and night it would be five stars. I did come back again at night and have a slightly better experience so I don’t know if it was coincidence or if they actually got some better night staff but it was so much better than usual nighttime fiasco.

Swung through the drive thru this weekend on our way home from picking our pups up from the groomer. Everyone's order was correct and our meals had that reliable McDonald's flavor. Our pups even enjoyed a plain hamburger each and loved it! We didn't dine in so I cannot speak to the ambience, however I believe it was a young lady by the name of Yanelly that helped us with our order and she was a sweet heart. We will be back to this location! Keep up the great work!

I have tried to give benefit of the doubt... but breakfast here is booty! every SEM I order the eggs are either under cooked or old & starting to go bad. I've now consistently bought this sandwich and every time have to take the egg off... I'm done getting breakfast from this location.

We got 2 ice cream cones in a cup along with a medium mango smoothie, not only did they give us a small instead of the medium we ordered but it had ice cream on it and they barely even filled it up, the amount if ice cream they gave us wasn't even worth how much it is, and when we asked to redo the smoothie the guy gave us a whole attitude.

Went in this morning to pick up breakfast for the family. Out of 6 sandwiches only one was what I ordered. Don't waste your money here. Go down the road to a butter location. North or south on academy for just a few miles is probably worth the better service.

This was one of the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. My friend and I went to this location around 11pm and when we went to order the guy was rude and had an attitude the whole time. Then after we got our food they forgot half our order !!! The food was also soggy and over all just shitty. Please just tell your staff members to treat others better even if they are having a bad day it doesn't give them a right to take it out on us.

there Was a lady in the back about 5"3 with dark hair. She should not be working there. She is rude to the customers and I watched her be rude to her own staff including the cooks and the sweet lady working the cash register. she told them I got everything because that's what it said on the mobile app but when they actually got me a receipt printed they finally saw they did short me items on my order. Horrible service at the pick up counter. I see my DoorDash order done. The lady won't even look at me as she completes putting the stickers on and walks back to continue doing more bags. I'm standing right there and asked another girl there if she could hand me my delivery. She pretended to not hear or see me. Please check your cameras and watch how they ignore the drivers when they come in and the screen says "now serving" Then when one of them finally looks at you with resting bitch face, and hands you the order, they don't smile at you, no thankyou, no eye contact, it's some of the worst employees you have here. Honestly, I also get attitude at the one on Barnes and Austin as well. Chik Fellet takes top honors in customer service. You might do some secret shopping if you even care?

I was on my way to work when I stopped in. Was in a hurry and the food did not take long. Staff was pretty friendly. The issue I had was my smoothie was not completely filled up and the lid had some dry, crusty, something on it. This is the only McDonald's where I have run into this problem, any other location I've visited always gave me so much smoothie it would spill a bit when I put the straw in. Not the case here.

I literally waited in the drive through for "fast food" 25 min. I arrived at 4:16 not even a busy time. Then they told me that my made to order fries weren't put in and asked me to pull up in a parking spot. I didn't have the time. So I had warm fries and not even sure how long my filet-o-fish had sat in the warmer it had very little taste. The Coke was excellent. They promised me hot fries what a joke.

If I could give negative stars I would. The drive thru here is ridiculous. I literally have to wait at least 20 minutes every time I go. They are slow, unresponsive and I'd say more then half the time you do not receive the items you ordered. I avoid this location like the plague.

Ordered through the McDonald's app but when I went to pick up my order they were out of apple pies. They told me they couldn't refund because I had ordered in the app. When we contacted the Franchise owner they said sorry for our bad experience but never refunded our money or offered any kind of discount or ability to get our pies at a later date. Just stopped responding.

Do I have to give this horrible example of a McDonalds a whole star? We ordered from the kiosk, which was painless enough, but 20 minutes later, after sitting at one of the many filthy tables, someone comes to tell me they don't have any salads and no way of making them. Seriously?! So I tell the young lady that I'll take an order of the buttermilk chicken strips with ranch dressing. 15 minutes later, they return with our order which has an extra sandwich, but no sign of any chicken strips. The young lady who brought the order tells me yet again that they do not have any salads and asked me what I would like as a replacement. Once again I repeat, I would like the chicken strips with ranch dressing. After waiting for yet another 15 minutes, the same girl returns with an order of chicken strips for me with barbecue dressing. Do you see the problem here? I had asked for ranch dressing, not barbecue dressing! This had to of been the worst experience at a McDonald's that I have ever had in my entire life I'm going to McDonald's. We will not be returning to this one that's a sure thing.

Zelvi, take a deep breath, take two more seconds and Please fill up my orange juice! At $1.89 for a large cup, McDonald's can handle it. If not there's another McDonalds down the street & four other fast food restaurants near by. Now, if I could give Dominic, who took our order, 5 stars, I would! He was friendly, professional & multitasking very well: filling senior citizens coffee cups, fixed my son's sandwich that was tossed onto the tray, then he took the time to clean a spilled mess on the floor, all while taking orders and remaining calm. The manager was helping & running around as well, but where was her smile? Maybe they all need to learn something from Dominic. They need to start their day with a coke & a smile.

I went to the drive-thru this morning for a caramel frappe and a chocolate chip frappe, the person taking my order said the caramel machine was down would I still want the chocolate chip, I said no we would go somewhere else, she said "you don't have to be so rude, bitch". I pulled into a parking spot and went inside to speak to a manager, walking in I am hearing them talking and laughing about what just happened. I told the manager what happened, he said he heard the entire thing, the girl is having a bad day and would be fired. She was still doing the drive-thru over an hour later when I drove by on my way home. I will no longer go to McDonalds and I will let everyone I know about this.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I've been too. Only a couple of the sodas work, there no ketchup and the employees ignore you when you try to ask for anything. I saw employees taking unused cups and messing around with them putting them to their face them putting them back for another customer to use. I can see why the reviews m for this place are so bad.

Writing as I'm stuck in drive thru. The order taker had such an attitude and no enthusiasm in her voice. She actually told me "I don't want to be here, I don't want to be here" I know you work fast food, but come on. I get to the second window, they tell me they are out of apple pies, ask if strawberry is ok. I told them no and they I would wait for fresh ones, the guy hollers back telling them to drop apple pies. It's 4:30pm, if your out of something, shouldn't you already be making it? I told the manager, who by now was checking my order, about the order taker and he said he would speak with her. I thank the manager and drive off, 10minutes later. Apple pie is cold and I don't have the BBQ sauce for my nuggets, after the manager checked my order, I won't be going back, should have gone to Wendy's.

Certain daytime "managerial" staff have a tendency of pretending certain individuals (who they obliviously have a problem with) aren't at the front counter when they try to place their orders. I hope younger employees see this type of ignorance and realize this as a wake up sign what not to be and try to advance in their own lives, rather then be "stuck" in a nowhere situation with a zero future.

$8.07 for three eggs! This is not a typo, $8.07! Worse, if the employees are honest, this is a company wide issue in Colorado Springs. I am from CA and I often get breakfast at McDonald's. My standard order is 3 eggs a la carte. I ordered this yesterday and was very clear I just wanted 3 eggs, no salt. The employee even had to have someone else help him find a la carte eggs on the register. Price in CA about $1.80. I happened to look at the receipt while eating, the total was twice as much as it should have been. Outrage is an understatement when the manager on duty told me the charge was correct because eggs are $2.69 each. My 3 eggs cost more than my husband's breakfast combo and my iced tea combined.

Went through drive through. Girl at the first window didn't give me my $.07 cents change. It didn't bother me too much, but if she did that to everyone.....Honestly, didn't say anything because it was 7 cents, then I pulled up to window 2. The young man with the ponytail didn't say hello, good bye or thank you. Just stuck his hand out the window with the bag. I said "thank you" and he just looked at me. So odd. The people who work drive through are generally nice at McDonalds.....not so much at this one

UPDATE ADDED BELOW I stopped in at the Academy & San Miguel McDonalds location this morning with my kids, to find the Manager pulling up basically every last drive through car, something most easily recognize as an effort to pad drive through times (making it seem as if it took way less time to serve each order than it actually takes them). Worse, we sit there after having the order taken and being pulled up, until I realize we honestly could have ordered from a sit down place faster, (and later actually did, getting Waffle House to go faster). So I go in, and the manager just has this casual 'I don't give a shit about anything' look already, while he sweeps. Worse, he isn't cleaning a particular mess, he's just casually sweeping the floor like everything is 'fiiine'. I'm thinking: I been sitting out there all this time, and you're in here sweeping? You aren't even helping make the backed up orders, and you got this crew lying about their drive through times!? He catches my eye as I stare somewhat in disbelief. His staff are busting tail trying to keep up, they seem to be working to recall orders they've already cleared from the lineup, because the ship is running dishonestly. He asked how I'm doing today, and I respond, "I'm apparently padding your drive through times today, that's how I'm doing." I didn't say; It's plainly obvious after all, and I'm outside waiting, and you're doing the grunt work of a minimum wager instead of driving your sinking ship. Priorities right? I'm so disgusted, I just look at him and say, 'You know, I'd like my money back.' Mgr - "No." Me - "Excuse me?" Mgr - "I'm not even authorized anyway." He's grinning. Me - "So you can't produce my food and you refuse to give me a refund? You're a f-ing thief then." Mgr repeats - "I'm not giving you refund and I'm not authorized anyways." He's still smiling, and this war veteran is struggling not to yank the arrogant thief over the counter and take my money back. Me almost laughing, "You're going to rob me over the cost of 3 biscuits? Keep the fucking money you thief. Wow." I filed a formal complaint standing in the parking lot while the manager called the cops. So help me if this dude still has a job with McDonalds after this I'll never spend another dollar with McDonalds and I hope the cost of three biscuits I never got was worth it. (UPDATE: Tuesday April 3rd.) Got an email from McDonalds asking for "immediate response". They wanted to know how they handled the follow up. They handled it by not doing one, at all. I got no response, no call, nothing after a manger tries to rob me, but THEY wanted an immediate response? Seriously? Scumbags. *** I did talk to chain of supervisors, apparently the story made it pretty far up, I got offered free stuff by everyone, I didn't and still don't want it. I DO WANT..... a serious review of this store's manager and policy application.

Came here the first time went through drive through and went home so it was too late once I opened my nuggets and found charcoal chunks. I don't really understand why that happened as I have worked fast food and there is a literal timer that beeps so nothing can get burnt unless you are not doing your job. Second time I am waiting right now in the first spot it has been 20 minutes for a burger and 2 spicy mcchickens so yeah not coming back and giving 1 star.

McDonald's on Academy - has just been revamped but sad to say it now looks institutional - driveway employees tonight were clueless- more training on the menu is needed - also McDonalds in this area has replaced the original McChicken with a classic McChicken which is two different sandwiches

Went there one night with my mom. We both order a typical meal that should have been real easy to fix. We waited 25 minutes for our meal. The people in front of and behind us got their meal before us. While waiting for our meal several employees decided to go out and chat with their friends in the seating area instead of making our order. Wish I could give them negative stars but that is not possible.

I'd like to start off by saying my standards for McDonald's is pretty low. This McDonald's blew my expectations away. If you want wrong food, drinks filled halfway, annoyed employees and managers that don't know the menu this is the place to go! Not to mention how incredibly dirty it is ALL THE TIME! I've tried visiting this location a number of times when I'm in need of something fast and very single time the service is just beyond terrible. One exception to this is a super friendly young lady that wear a Star Wars jacket. AVIOD THIS MCDONALD'S LIKE THE PLAGUE!

In 1971 I was 13 and I'd never had fast-food.My mother traveled threw Grand Rapids ,Michigan.We stop at Mac.Ds I had the big mac.To this day I can remember the taste of that hamburger.I can remember the drip of the special sauce.It was the best burger I ever ate at the time.I don't understand what has gone wrong.You Would think the food would get better.We are paying 10 times more for crap on a bunk.I think the pickle is in a race with meat.I disect the sandwich,The tomatoes has won and the pickle is coming up fast.I bet you could take the meat off and nobody would know the difference. All because of a horrible employee named "DEE" I would rate this location ZERO stars, If I could. She's just plain awful. My family and I frequent this location and have never had an issue, most the mangers are great. But it's really a shame someone lowered their standards to hire this woman. She left an item out of our order and when confronted with her mistake she gave the worst attitude I've ever encountered in customer service and was the definition of unprofessional. I will most definitely only visit the powers and constitution location from now on and I would suggest anyone reading this do the same. The extra 5 minute drive is worth it for better prepared food and employees who are not ghetto and disrespectful.

Very slow service. seems like no one wants to work there. Everyone wants to be on there cell phones more then taking orders. if you go past 8pm only one person and manager are working. I will stick to the Mcdonalds on Constitution and Powers from now on.
