McDonald's

We come here often. We went twice and n the past week for happy meals and each time we got home to realize they had given us EXPIRED MILK with our meals. This is twice on two separate occasions. I tired phoning the restaurant to let them know they are handing out expired milk but nobody answered the times I called. You guys can make someone sick!!!! Today is July 23rd, this milk expired 4 days ago!!!

I’ve been coming to this McDonald's for years, and they never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, even during busy hours. My food is always served fresh, and I especially love how their fries are always perfectly golden. The restaurant is well-kept and has a pleasant ambiance, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a quick bite. It’s always a reliable choice for a good fast-food experience!

If you're going to rely on the kiosk that's fine but when 4 different staff in the back see a line of customers forming at the counter, something needs to be done other than letting the line get longer.

The gentleman that helped us with our order was awesome, however there was a lot of mistakes. Multiple items were missing from the order. I had ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, I was given a mcdouble with lettuce. For the amount of money that this cost us there should not be any mistakes or very few.

Waiting for 25minute in drive thru at 10.34 pm. Rude customer service. Drive thru is empty still wait for 25minutes.

When I placed the hotcake order, I requested jelly. At the window when the order was given to me. I asked if they had added jelly because I thought the person who took the order didn’t understand. Came home with no jelly. This is not the first time. I rather drive farther away and get better customer service.

PSA: The dining area is closed but in my experience they don't stop you if you sit there anyways. Edit: there is not a single person at the register more than half the time, and it can be VERY annoying. It's pretty much a basic McDonalds. The food is pretty average for a McDonalds, and prices are kind of expensive but that's just a McDonald's issue. Service is also okay. Lot of times there just isn't anyone at the register, but someone comes out fast enough. Employees are pretty fine as well. Decent all across the board.

This is a great McDonald's. I'd give it five stars, but his postage open twenty four hours and it's done I drove all the way over here at but it's one forty two, and it was closed. FyI not open twenty four hours

thanks for making me waste gas because your hours state you're open 24.7 when that's an LIE. TRY UPDATING YOUR HOURS ONLINE!!!!!

Worst experience with drive through. They can never get the numbers and always make blunder in orders and this is not the first time. Everyone I have to shout loud and they are so rude. Even after all orders placed properly still over the counter they miss few things and we have to ask them again and again

It's got the same McDonald's menu so it's got good food of course Just the hours of the inside of the restaurant is kinda weird? Randomly the doors are locked and you can't go in? Which is inconvenient for someone like me who likes walking to local places until you realize they only have drive through

Next time I tell you 3 times to make sure my plain bagel is buttered, --- DO IT! iT'S A SIMPLE REQUEST.

Love the mobile app, got large fries for only $! You got to pick up your order by the curbside. Service was fast and great customer service.

Service is horrible! Carmena and the guy who according to Carmena is the morning manager have HORRIBLE customer service. Everytime I go to this location they mess up the order and when I was in drive thru they asked me 4 times to take my order then told me to hold on. Today I went and again bad service and Carmena told me if " I don't like their service I should go somewhere else". I was in disbelief. The owners of this McDonald's should really do more training with their employees. I asked for the "managers" name and she refused to give it to me.

If could I'll give This place zero stars the service is horrible, the manager is really mean and there is a rule that said you can't sit between 2-4pm and me and my friend try sitting down after 4 and she started screaming at us and also my friend asked for ranch buffalo sauce and she started yelling at us and complaining

Saturday July 20,2024, 4:40pm. In the drive through trying to order. The girl taking orders regularly employee or manager not sure who she is and didn't feel like going inside to tell her own. I will probably come back when she gets off work and talk to her. She was in a rush very rude attitude and disrespectful so I canceled my order. No line, only one or two cars in line. She needs to be retrained and disciplined! You never know who you come across! I went back to get her name, she refused to give me her name. Then she said her name is crystal. Then she said why what do you want , what's your problem. Very rude and disrespectful. Maybe she was having a bad day? But I think she gave me a fake name, pretty face, glasses, highlights with hair up. Blue shirt black pants

Rating solely on customer service. They can remodel the place all they want, but if the customer care isn't there then this place will continue to get low ratings. Food is whatever because we all know what we get at McDonald's. Something you grab on the go or for your little ones screaming for fast food. Yesterday we ordered food for the kiddos and king story short, they forgot to give us the 3 hash browns we paid for. Not a big deal since we always see the same guy with glasses taking our order in the mornings. Note that they've forgotten to put items we've paid for in the bags numerous times but we keep forgetting to go back for them or even call them. Today since I came back to order for my daughter, I tried explaining to someone I haven't seen there (Alicia) that hey we weren't given our hash browns yesterday and I don't even want all 3 just want 2 for my daughter. She asked if I called and I said no, then she spoke to her manager and pretty much her manager said if he didn't call I'm shit outta luck. Mind you this whole time she's giving me attitude and showed no compassion. They also kept refusing to share their names because I was going to make a complaint. I asked to speak to the manager outside. He finally came and the look on his face was more posed off then wanting to make the situation right. He kept explaining to me that I have to call if they make a mistake and claim it whenever I want. I told him I didn't have time to call yesterday and I'm way passed trying to get hash browns at this point. Your lack of saying hey I'm sorry we messed up the day before how can we make this right just sucks all around. He even walked away and said I don't have time for this I'm busy. While only having one car in the drive thru.... Sir Eric you should learn how to treat your customers. I don't even know their real names. He kept refusing to give it to me and finally said Eric and Alicia. So if that's not their names don't be surprised. No name tags or anything. Poor customer service. People do not go to this location. Fast food places just have no pride on customer care anymore. I'd rather spend more money and wait at an actually restaurant. McDonald's fail

Their food made me sick on 11/13/24. The manager refused to give me a refund and asked for a doctors note. I lost 2 days of work. The manager was very unhelpful and said they don't get paid from mobile orders which I highly doubt.

just now my husband ordered a big mac came home it had so much sauce it was pouring out when he picked it was . the meat was so dry the hamburger had af least 8 tablespoons of sauce on each piece of bun fkn gross dint go here

The cashier has an attitude with me when I ask a simple question which was how much was a sausage Mc muffin was and she told me to look at the screen. Which was rude because she could've just told us what it was, she could've check on the register and told us but in a rude voice told us to look at the screen.

From the super friendly service at the drive-through to the slightly below average menu prices, and the for some reason much fresher, tasting food with the right amount of condiments on it. This was a way above average experience at McDonald's.

I order from here because it's on my street and the exact route I take home from work. But they've consistently given me incorrect items and then look confused when I try to get the correct one. Just today, I ordered an iced caramel mocha with extra caramel drizzle. She hands me an iced caramel macchiato with no drizzle, so I ask what this is and she says macchiato. I told her I ordered an iced caramel mocha. She stares at me for a bit, then looks back at her screen and realizes she made a mistake and takes it back. Then gives me this. No mocha except for a little drizzle on top and no caramel drizzle. I ask about the caramel drizzle and she says she put extra at the bottom. I'm just trying to get home and give her the benefit of the doubt so I take a sip. Entire bottom of the cup is just straight caramel syrup, not drizzle. And not a single drop of mocha. It's not even worth it to return because it won't even be right the 3rd time. I shouldn't have to make multiple trips through a drive thru just to get correct items

The cashier with a black mask (without the green vest/ young) today at 10 am was very rude to customers and didn't get the oder right. You guys should fire her asap.

Got served OLD food from drive-thru. We were refused to get a refund because we ordered and paid via their app. WTF!!! The app is supposed to make things convenient. But, no. I have to call my bank to dispute the charges. Wow, Money Making Scheme. If you are looking to waste your time and your money, this is the place to be.

Just bought a mcchicken and mcdouble for. This McDonald's. I didn't unwrap to check them. When we're done with our lunch and talked about it, my parents said there's only one beef patty instead of two!!

Went to this McDonald's on 8/11/2022 (drive thru) and noticed that the pay window was unattended or closed. When it was turn at the window, it took more than 5 minutes until someone attempted to me. That took a few more minutes to get my order and I even had to asked for napkins, because they didn't put any. If you're in a rush, don't even of going to this branch at all!

I am so done with this mcd, my mc double always comes out ugly ! and fries are always old or oil burnt....... when i ordered the new 20 spicy mc chicken, they gave me half spicy half regular. like wtf, i only come here because i live near here but i am done with this place. just so bad !

Workers are so nice I had to make sure this was the correct spot since it has such bad reviews. I go here for iced Coffe it really amps up my energy when I need to get things done. My hubby has been helping his friend at a job around the corner so he gets breakfast from there time to time. Every time I've ordered from here every worker is like extremely nice & in the best mood. They label ice Coffe for you if you get multiple kinds in one order, just ask. He orders breakfast after 11 , no problem. So super friendly I love being treated nicely no matter where I'm at. They are appreciated cuz I'm a caffeine feind :)

The McDonald's on Thornton Ave in Fremont is your standard run of the mill McDonald's, but I've found that they have either messed up our order by leaving items out, or we'll make the mistake of ordering an espresso drink (like a caramel macchiato) and will have to wait an extra 5 minutes for the drink because they only have 1 espresso machine. Otherwise, I have no other complaints about this location.

No stars 4/8/2022 at 10pm literally they didn't speak English and when they finally got someone who speaks English they were rude and gave me an incomplete order. Half assed the whole thing. I tried to give them a code from the app and they completely were inexperienced. Lack of training. I was upset but understood. Dropped my credit card on the nasty drive way floor, gave me one sundae instead of two, didn't give me any fries. Completely rushed me. I feel like they might have spit in my food. Never trusting them again.

I just when to use the restroom and the short filipino or maybe Asian lady did not want to give me the code so she made me wait lmao. We can I do with the fancy door code lol. I told the lady thank you, and she just totally ignored me and then when I walked out and she look at me with a weird face like she don't like African American.

Of all the McDonald's I've been to, this one is my favorite. It's super clean, well maintained, and the staff is always nice and friendly, and not mean and bitter like other McDonald's. They remodeled a bit ago and I really like the decor and layout. They're not 24 Hours, which is ok, but they do open early. Drive-thru opens at 5am. Also of note: if you go to McDonald's a lot, you really need to download their app. They have some awesome coupons on there. I just discovered it the other day. Give this McDonald's a try.

Rude shift manager! I presented a McDonalds receipt that had a survey code filled out. She refused the receipt stating it wasn't from their McDonalds. I asked where it was stated that you can only use the coupon at the original location? She said it didn't - but another McDonalds receives the credit, so she wouldn't take the coupon. She then called me a liar for not actually filling in the correct code. She was extremely disrespectful. I left without my order and will not be returning - I will give my business to the other locations.

I know, I'm reviewing McDonald's. First, one must admit they eat the stuff in doing so. Second, I gave them 5 stars. Wuhduhheo, you say? Hear me out. The most recent reviews for this place from years ago. With the employment turnover rate of fast food restos, it's likely a completely different staff altogether. Service is not just quick, but friendly! I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. When are they ever more than just the bare minimum cordial? My order is always accurate and the food is probably of better quality than most Mickey D's... if that's possible. The fries are always piping hot and they take care in putting your sandwiches together instead of plopping everything onto the bun and calling it a day. My McRib and Fillet-O-Fish actually looked like as good as they do in the ads! So yes, I know... 5 stars for the king of fast food. It's 5 stars by fast food standards, okay? Leave me be. However, as much as I like my neighborhood McDonald's, I promise I won't make it a regular part of the Vi T diet. Insanity and home-cooked meals restarts Monday. EEPS.

My family used to eat here after church on Sundays when we were kids. I always enjoyed it. Now I don't go anymore since everyone knows fast food is bad for you. Today, Monday, 7/13/09, is FREE Iced or Hot Mocha at McDonald's (until Aug 3rd) and since traffic was heavy decided to exit and since they had the FREE mocha banner outside I stopped. It's 7oz iced mocha or 8oz hot mocha. Chocolate syrup, espresso, cold milk, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle. Ordered regular chicken sandwich. They gave the worst burnt chicken patty with tasteless buns! No condiments in sandwich, tasted blah! No more this McDonald's for sure.

terrible customer service we tried to do two separate orders and they got it completely wrong the manager came over i don't know what her name was but she had the worst attitude. and was extremely inpatient. i've been to this mcdonald's multiple times already and the service gets worse and worse. i have no other words to explain but to just go to a different mcdonald's over near chase bank. over all terrible service.

We come here quite often. This was the first time they totally screwed up our order. Be sure to always look in your bags before you actually leave. They didn't listen to any thing from our order. When I got back home I realized everything was a disaster! They didn't give us any sauce! My son wanted the sauce so we had to drive all the way back. They didn't give us the burger that we ordered. They were just missing tons of stuff. Not cool.

Customer service is AWFUL. The staff are constantly kicking us out over a mistake 1 kid did. They take it out on all of us. Worst part is that when buy food I am still not allowed to sit there at all. The food is average just like any other McDonalds. I once bought a McFlurry (Shamrock) and they just half-assed it but typical coming from their shitty staff. The staff in the morning are really nice and this one young lady in the afternoon is really nice too. If you're a student I would not recommend going here at all.

This particular McDonald's always has issues. They either can't get the orders correctly, or they don't put everything that's ordered in the bag. Don't be surprised if there's no condiments in the sandwiches or hamburgers and getting straws for drinks seems to be an issue with the servers as well.

11/9/2023 at 2:30pm. I'm a litter perplexed - rude shift managers: This location is directly across the street from Thornton Middle School and those that worked the shift today between 1pm - 3pm were incredibly rude to the children, why? There was an Asian woman employee, wearing a gray jacket with a red hooded sweatshirt with hair in a bun at the top of her head, wearing a mask.. was down right nasty: yelling at the kids, tapping them on the shoulder saying they children had to leave. The children were already serviced, sitting down and eating their food. The gentleman taking the orders (short Filipino man, short hair wearing a grey shirt ) stated they had to right to service to anyone. Why are you all touching these kids and why are you being so rude and disrespectful. If you are unable to be kind to all nationalities (Spanish, Asian, African American, Indian, white or middle eastern) I ask you to take sometime to reflect on how much discord you are producing. BE KIND. We are spending our hard earned money at this location, which affords you the opportunity to feed your family. The authorities will be called and a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce in Fremont will be filed, if another child is violated (touched/racially profiled). If you are not happy with your life, take some time to reflect because these are paying customers.

Worst mcdonalds drive thru ever. Waited 20 mins on the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. Will not recommend coming in this mcdonald branch. If i could give 0 star i would.

I went to another McDonald's earlier but they run out of the disney 100 toys, I still got the meal though. So I went to this McDonald's in Thornton, got another happy meal. They have the disney toys. So I was trying to exchange the toy that I got from the other McDonald's I got earlier. I told the guy that I went to the other store and they were out of the disney toys. The guy told me (he's the manager I think) that I can not exchange the toy because it's a "special toy" (the disney) and said "I don't even know where you got that toy from, it's not from here" Like seriously, can't you tell it's a happy meal toy? It's still in the package unopened. He was so mad but exchanged it anyways. When I was telling him that McDonald's been doing this, he gave me that mad face. This guy should not work in customer service. Everytime I go there, it looks like they don't like customers. They never smile.

One of the cleanest McDonalds I been to. Friendly staff and very helpful. Will come back here for my breakfast meals.

This is my Mc Griddle.... what happened to the egg and cheese? I ordered in the drive-through got home and realized my breakfast was just two slices of the bread. Very disappointed

I can't really yelp a food chain like McDonald's but I will. Do not say you are open and not even be open. Lights on and everything. Ignoring everyone. There were 5 cars total waiting on each ordering sides. I'm posting these photos because it is just effed up to ignore gluttonous people and act like you can't hear or see them.

I ordered 40 pcs of chicken nuggets and it packed by four boxes. And they smartly steal one or two nuggets for each box so I got total 34 pcs of chicken nuggets. Make sure you check your order before leaving, I don't think that this is accidentally screwed up the orders but purposely doing that. What a service...

One of the worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to. My fries tasted like they have been sitting for hours and my cheeseburgers and spicy chicken sandwich were hard when biting into it. The only good thing was the coke I received but other than that everything else was a huge let down. Recommend going to a different location.

Standing in line at the post office so I'm actually reviewing a Mcdonalds (lol). For a McDonald's, this location is pretty nice. Went here specifically for the bathroom, and it was definitely up to par. One of the nicest Mcdonalds restrooms I've been to. The setup of building itself is heavily based on the or drive-through. Good location if you're on the go, as their drive through wraps around the entire building. The service itself was actually pretty good. Very courteous and respectful (like wow, am I really at a McDonald's or what?!). Plus I won a free drink playing their monopoly game ayyeee

This is supposed to be a fast food place. 15 minutes in line not counting the 5 minutes while trying to get through the drive thru window later and I'm still not served. The manager didn't even acknowledge the growing line behind me. There seems to be no system in place. This is simply unacceptable. The dining area is dirty and it makes me wonder when was the last time tables and floors were cleaned. Upper management needs to do something here. This place was so much better before they did their major renovation a few years ago. Wake up McDonalds!
