Unfortunately the store swing manager is operating off 2 hrs of sleep (make sure the store leaders are well rested, they deserve it). I told myself today that I had to write a review for this location because I’m so pleased. My husband and I visit this McDonald’s frequently whenever we go to 10 Years Younger for IV therapy, and it’s always a great experience! Honestly, I’m shocked that this place only has a 3.6 rating — it deserves way higher. The food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes I even think about driving all the way here just to eat, even though it’s far from my house! I also want to give a big shout-out to the manager. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of the food and service. I order the Hot ’n Spicy every single time, and it’s always on point — 10/10 every visit. Thank you for the great food and consistency. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I’m in the area!

I’m extremely disappointed in the service we received today. We arrived at the McDonald’s drive-thru with three separate people in the car, placing three separate orders—each using our own Monopoly app rewards. The employee taking our order, Rosa, immediately became rude and told us we could not place more than two orders because of a supposed “policy” that limits orders to two per vehicle. We explained we were three different paying customers in the vehicle, all heading to work, and we did not have time to drive around three times, especially with how busy the line was. Rosa began raising her voice and yelling through the intercom at my brother, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. When we reached the window, she continued yelling and being disrespectful. She repeated the same claim about a “policy”, but there is no sign posted at the drive-thru, and nothing in the McDonald’s app stating such a rule exists. If this is an actual policy, customers should be informed—because right now it feels like staff simply don’t want to take orders. We were not being difficult. We were three customers trying to order food that McDonald’s actively promotes through the Monopoly app. It is frustrating to feel punished for trying to use a service the company offers. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service was unacceptable. Yelling at customers should never happen—especially when we never raised our voices. Rosa needs to be retrained on how to speak to and treat customers. McDonald’s should stand by the quality of service it claims to provide, because what we experienced today fell far below that standard.

If I could do a negative I would .they are rude. The fries were just thrown in bag .waiting 20 minutes for the order. The employee just threw bag at you .no thank you nothing. This location was good. It has gone downhill. The manger needs to step up and get the employees in line. The drink had barley any ice was not filled and sticky on the outside of cups.

Fresh not fast. The only thing I dislike is the service inside is not personable anymore. You order from kiosk & wait for your # to be called and you're treated like an inconvenience. All they focus on is drive thru so they should just shut the inside down. So I mostly do take out period.

Bad service. I thought this location had gotten better but no. Stopped by today and needed some sweet and sour with my order. The lady working at the second window, handing food out , had the worst attitude when I asked for more s&s since I had 4 orders of nuggets. I asked to speak to a manager thinking he would be more friendly and treat a customer right but no, got an attitude from him as well. Workers name is Antonia and managers name is Juan. Will be calling corporate this week.

I wish I could give y’all a one star. Made that reheated food and had me to come all the way back for it to be made fresh just for y’all to pour it on the counter and still not remake it. How the hell was a nugget not supposed to be ate off of? How do you taste food? The representation y’all gave for McDonalds this morning is not a good one. Y’all highly disrespected me and my family tonight. I will make sure corporate gets a hold to each one of you. Everytime I come here I wait 20+ minutes for my order whether it's a door dash pick up or I'm ordering for myself. The food always comes out cold or stale. None of the employees talk to the people that come in and order. It's like they all just tend to the drive thru. And the drive thru line is always long as well. They'll send you to a number stall and give it to you on their time. If your door dashing avoid this location at all cost. They will waist your time not communicating with you they don't have something and will let you sit there and just wait. If you ask to speak to a manager on duty they get mad and start being disrespectful and blow you off. They won't get a manager to speak too

Literally just came by. Lady on speaker and man on first window were awesome. Then I pull up to the second window and this man got a attitude for no reason. I asked him for 4 extra ranches since he asked me to pull up for a ten piece nugget and he rolled his eyes and closed the window without saying a word. I was literally nice idk what yall got going on. Gave me three ranches and I sat there at the window and the lady asked what I wanted I said three ranches and again didn't say a word. Terrible customer service.

Took 30 mins to get 2 happy meals and a double cheeseburger. I asked a lady to help and she just stuck up her hand as in don't ask me. Shorter Hispanic lady. I went to ask her name after we got our food, she conveniently didn't speak English. She had an attitude with everyone not just myself. I understand things take long sometimes but 30 minutes understandable to be frustrated. I feel for the manager because it is hard to find good help, or at least someone to have basic people skills.

If I could give this location a negative star, I would. The last several visits, when ordering curbside, I finally had to go in for my order. The whole thing was sitting in a bag waiting for a drink. The food was ice cold when I got home. This type of scenario happened so often that I have changed to the McDonalds on Eldridge as they seem to have their shit together.

Worst McDonald's in the area. I waited 10 minutes for my order that they just skipped over. I waited an extra 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter. The manager just looked at me and didn't care nor acknowledge me at all. Ruined my meal. Fix yourselves and do better. You don't have to hate your job, just do it.

Went through drive thru and was told to park. Waited 35 minutes before going inside with receipt to get my food. I was then accused of already being given the food and trying to get it a second time. They made me write down my number on the receipt for some reason which I've never seen before. I also had to try very hard to get anyone's attention because they kept ignoring me. Finally got my food after another 15 minutes.

I just left there. I bought a happy meal along with a 20 piece chicken nugget I meant to split with a family member. When I got to the window I didn't have any sauce that I requested so I asked the lady at the window. She returns with 1 sauce. I figured maybe she had baby hands and could only carry one sauce. So I asked her for Atleast one more. Her reply was, "we are only allowed to give ONE sauce per customer". I was shocked and said, "For a TWENTY piece????". She said "yes..". That's freaking INSANE!! So I drove off pretty miffed and decided to call and I got in touch with a different woman and she apologized and said there's supposed to be 3 sauces :/ NEVER AGAIN!!

This place stole my money! I placed an order through the app and went to pick up my order and was told that I did not have a code for the drive through, I then looked at my phone and saw that the order was placed for counter pick up. I said OK, I will go inside to pick it up. My problem is that although it was only 9:50 and the sign on the door says that the dining room closes at 10:00 the door was locked. There were several employees cleaning the restaurant including one mopping the floor about 10 feet from the door. The employees ignored my knocking and I even caught one laughing. If the restaurant will not give me my food through the drive thru and will not open the door during business hours combined with the fact that there is no way to get a refund on the app I can only conclude that the restaurant are unethical thieves.

This McDonald's is the worst I have ever visited. I will not go back again. Very slow service, employees are terrible. I went thru the drive thru and neither said hi or thank you. They didn't give me my receipt and I had to ask for napkins. He didn't say one word during the entire exchange. If possible I would give it no stars.

Service here is good. The faculty seem to keep the place pretty clean. It's all about the french fries though, it's a perfect snack while you wait for your car to finish getting washed next-door. I'm so happy that we can use android and Apple Pay at this location. It makes having to grab for my wallet nonexistent.

Worst experience I've ever had here. We got handed 3 orders and each order was WRONG. Had us pull off to the side to get order and it was still wrong after waiting 25 min then waited another 15 min before they came and gave us another WRONG order. We had to pull back into the drive through and wait in line to speak to someone about getting our order wrong twice. They AGAIN have us pull off to the side and we wait another 15 min to get our order and ITS STILL WRONG. Had to get out and go inside the manager never helped us and no one cared or seem bothered that we were there for 45 min and had so much trouble to get a simple meal.

The ice cream and a frappe machine is never working. The drive-through line is ridiculous at this location they are so slow you can sit in the line for 20+ minutes. Where is the management at this location? Totally unacceptable.

So I go to drop off my Redbox at this location and get something to eat and find the door locked at 8:30 at night on a Saturday. When I walk up to the door all the workers inside keep pointing to the back of the restaurant saying go through drive-through go through drive-through. I hold up my two Redbox I'm about to return and the lady gives an exasperated sigh and comes and opens the door. I asked did the hours change are you now closed she said we are restocking. So on a Saturday night which should be a busy night for a restaurant like this they've locked their doors in order to make less work for the people inside so they don't have to clean as much. Says if you have questions on the door to contact David Gutierrez, I hope somebody let Mr. Gutierrez know that his employees are turning people away from eating at his restaurant. Some shady stuff McDonald's!

What a horrible experience I had today. I placed a simple order. 2 McDoubles minus onion. My total was $4.33. I got to the first window and some Ogre that looked like Seth Rogan took my my credit card and ran it for $19.33 after he confirmed my order of 2 McDoubles. He shoves my card and receipt at me when he gives it back. I thought that was odd so I checked the receipt. $19.33!!! I get to the next window and the lady tells me, not asked me to have my card. I gave it to her. She comes back and hands me $13 and says the charge can't be reversed. I then had to explain math to her. $19.33 - $4.33 = $15. She got upset and said she is actually giving me back more than I'm suppose to get back. I then had to explain her menu and prices. McDoubles are $2 each. 2 of them equals $4 + tax. She got heated and told me to fuck off and get out of her drive thru. She then said she would give back all my money. She sent back her super friendly (sarcasm) co worker and gave me $2. I know this review will not stop anyone from getting their McDonalds fix but I hope you check your receipt and don't expect to be treated with any respect at all.

I've probably been to this McDonalds location 1000 times (don't judge me, somehow I'm still skinny), and honestly don't think they've ever messed up my order even one time. Clean, quick, friendly... all-around top notch.

Very impressed with the new ordering kiosks they have. Make ordering so easy, convenient and quick. Now they need to work on improving the speed of making food then they'll get back to the top fast food restaurant

I just waited 15 min behind two cars only to receive an incorrect order and a burger that was burnt black. I called to see what the manager could do for the inconvenience, but I was given the run around and was told that they couldn't do anything. I know it's only a $1 cheeseburger, but it is extremely frustrating to wait that long for something inedible.

The cashier probably about 16 or who knows could even be 25 because even people who are as old as 30 or more still act like that they can't speak or are rude. I place my order and he just stands there looking lost and slow behind his mask. Remember there is no hello or can I take your order. So I place my order and it rings up to 1.29. I told him that I didn't know that a sausage egg with cheese McMuffin costs 1.29. He then says for the first time speaking - mind you I thought he was mute. He says you didn't order that and I said I did, I said if you would speak to people and repeat the order back you would have known that that is what I ordered. He then rings up the order again without saying what he is doing I guess we back on mute. I guess I am supposed to assume or guess that he is either refunding or adding the extra costs for actual order I originally placed. He then just looks at me like Zombie. I then asked what is going on is this a refund or a difference in the costs? Well I guess I shouldn't have asked him that question he then turns away from the register throws his hands up in the air and talks to his mgr. She comes over and rings up the order. Again I have no idea as to what is going on but yet being told to put my card back in for the third time. At this point I was done told her to refund me my 1.29. Customer Service: Greet and or Acknowledge, repeat my order, tell me what the cost is instead of standing on mute looking lost behind your mask. Third apologize for your error. I see why people snap I really do. I won't be going back and I don't expect a response from mgmt because nowadays people really don't care anyway it's onto the next.

Just purchased a bigmac and half way through the burger I noticed something sticking out of the back of my burger. I reached to pick it up and it was a live cockroach. Was on a lunch break in my vehicle which was dark so I couldn't really tell what it was. Extremely disgusted, will never go back to a McDonalds again. Also attempted to contact them directly and through their website and Nobody answered the phone and the website would bring up an error message when attempting to access customer service. Do not go to this McDonalds!

So I decided to bring my kids to come eat and play after school and this McDonald's is disgusting. Flies/gnats everywhere especially by the self serve drinks. Could not eat comfortable they were even at the tables. Will not be back at this one again.

Poor quality at high noon. During busiest times, the food should be at the freshest. Burger seemed like it was sitting on the shelf for a half hour and fries were barely warm. I've only recently considered McDonald's anything more than a last choice as their burgers seem much fresher now. Not here!!

When you have a valid offer on app honor it latina lady manager says it no work just to think oh they are going to say okay and pay full price like no we are not all simps for your company. She took forever to mark it down I told her to get me what the offer says I did not care that there were 50 cars behind me. Do your job.

As far as McDonalds goes this location is fine. I pretty much come here per request of my children because of the happy meals and play area. I'm pleased to see the cost of their premium salads reduced to $5. Southwest Chicken Salad is my favorite here.

I went tonight for my family and I and when I get to the box to order I can hardly even hear the man taking my order. And of course they had no ice cream. By the time I get to the window to get my food I can't even hear the woman right because she's not looking at me while talking, I told her I couldn't hear her three times and it didn't help. They got my order wrong and I had to go back in line and I still couldn't hear the man at the box. When I get to the window they have me pull up to a different window and I had to get out my car to get my food from the worker. I checked my bag again and they didn't give me the sauce that was on my receipt. They need to talk louder and clearer and make sure they are giving out the right orders. Very unsatisfied.

Now I can't really speak on the dine-in experience at this McDonalds but LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE DRIVE-THRU. The people who work here are always nice and fast and my order is never wrong. It's food is also the most quality out of all the McDonalds I've ever been to. I truly miss this McDonalds when I'm away at college GOD BLESS THIS MCDONALDS

Omg. I know im here late. (Its 2:20am on a Saturday). But they are open 24 hrs. i sat in the drive tru for 14 min waiting on double cheeseburgers. And why when you ask for ketchup do they compensate for the missing ketchup by adding triple mustard? They have almost no business this late, and no one is cleaning or keeping busy but they all act clueless like they dont know whats happening.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to. Their service is horribly slow and the line is extremely long. The customer service is even worse as their management appears to be completely incompetent!!!!! To make matters even worse their prices are higher than any other McDonald's in the area. I will not be going there again any time soon!!!!!

Never written a review before, but this location is extremely dirty. You would think that after the recent renovation it would be clean, but no. Countertop around soda fountain was very dirty, with flies and gnats hovering everywhere. The kids' play area desperately needed cleaning and sweeping as well. I told the manager about the dirty conditions and she just looked at me without lifting a finger to clean her place up. Won't be going back.

Terrible service. I just went for two drinks it took me 30 minutes to even get taken care of. All because they didn't know how to make ice cream cones for the people in front of me. And on top of that gave me all my change in quarters and nickels. I always go down the street to other lactation but today decided to try this location again. Bad decision. Please train your employees to make an ice cream cone quickly and to have cash in their drawers!! And the other employees just looking around instead of just standing there to attend to customers!

Ordered a Large Sweet Tea at 5:39 am, no line & only 1 customer inside. I pulled up to the second window & there was no one to fill my order. I waited 5min then honked till Latrisha the MOD came from the back. She didn't acknowledge me or offer an apology or explanation for the wait time. She made the tea & handed me the tea with a straw & no napkin. When I asked for the MOD she stated she was & acted like there was no problem or that I had to honk to get my order filled. Very rude & unprofessional, she should not be in charge if she does not understand or value customer service. I will not be returning to this location!

I went to this McDonald's and they did not accept some McDonald coupons that we had received as a gift for my daughter. This McDonald's is willing to take the communities money and make a profit but is not willing to take the coupons that McDonald's has given to there patrons. I won't give them my money anymore.......

Ok, really it's fast-food not much to say about $1 breakfast menu. Coffee is always good, and the sweet tea. I don't really rate the service in a drive-thru unless it just sucks and this is not the case. You know that teenagers are working here and they could really care less about the reviews ratings or anything that doesn't deal with their paycheck. But then again it is fast food (not real food)

Friendly staff. Food is the same as any McDonald's. Dirty tables in the play area. Just like the one on Eldridge, we had to clean our own table.
