I just moved into the neighborhood. Normally I never give a poor review for a one time mess up. I've ordered drive thru from this location on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times I received deformed sandwiches that didn't look appetizing nor did it look like there was great deal of effort in making them. I work hard for our money and want to feel like someone actually cares that I'm spending it at their place of business. The staff is very kind, however, a message to the employee who performs at this level, please quite and stop ruining the reputation of your employer and other employees who care.

Man for starters this location makes the BEST lemonade I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s not watered down at all. The food presentation is GREAT PERFECTLY TIGHT WRAPPED SNACK WRAP.

Ordered 3 coffees and a strawberry pie and 2 cookies. The door dasher said he was given this bag with only one handle on it not two. All the coffees could have spilled if that one handle came off. Horrible service!

Not someone who writes many reviews, but this McDonald’s deserves it. One of the better ones I’ve been to — food is consistently good, staff are helpful, friendly, and (unlike at most other locations) actually available. The place is clean and clearly well taken care of. You can tell the owner genuinely cares. 5 stars & thumbs up!

I requested my food cooked to order and received what taste like leftover food. I waited for more than 15 minutes for my food and made it a point to go inside and order. Manager amongst the workers serving food. So disgusted and frustrated!!

Does the job just fine consistently. Just make sure you check the sauces are correct and not missing before you take off. Makes it interesting to eat the 40 pc nuggets without any sauces.

Ordered takeout and the bag was so full I didn’t feel like taking everything out to make sure the order was correct. Sure enough, get home and missing a Big Mac. Drive 10 miles to go back and get a Big Mac. In the good old days they would offer you something else to take on top of what they missed. No apology and no offer of anything else. Just made a Big Mac and handed it to me and that’s it. That’s what separates In n Out from McDonalds. The order is never wrong because they make sure of it before giving it to you and if they happen to mess up, they apologize and take care of you 100%.

This McDonald’s in Henderson , NV skims the size of the fish fillets and a small slim slice of cheese and not like the picture they post as a whole slice and yet they charge for a whole slice . I ordered two of the fish and it was the same size as the original fish when it was much bigger fillet . I believe McDonald’s or this particular store is scamming us on the food . I posted earlier about the fries being much smaller too! I do t believe I will be buying here once my points are used up.

The Golden Arches What's not to love !! It's that simple, sometimes we have to stop and make it happen! Or we don't eat ! Who's in the mood for a quarter pounder and some bacon ! Mmm it's real yummy and made with real meat, bacon, and cheese ! Those fries when they are served hot with extra salt! Oh my! I ate the French fries with extra salt today and they were delicious. I don't eat fast food very often but the twins do! Having that itch for food sitting here while they eat. I had to indulge. Wow those fries. They were made well today. The staff cared today and went the extra mile for us with extra stellar work and service. The team here was amazing and happy to help us all . They had amazing support for the customers and getting orders out. It was nice to actually see that they cared and appreciated us as their customer. Everyone was happy and pleasant working together. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and well lit. It made for a great dining experience. After all that great meal we almost forgot about dessert. One thing that Mc Donald's does well is ice cream. You will scream for your favorite ice cream vanilla cone. Truly what's not to love. We had to have ice cream because we were here

Service has definitely improved here and there is ample staff, friendly, and makes the food perfectly! Clean store exterior and 2 drive through lanes. Last night, my fries were fresh out of the fryer, the caramel frappe was delicious, and my chicken nuggets were super yummy! I often get a 10 piece chicken nugget meal to share with my dogs as a treat and they love it!

This is definitely our favorite McDonald's location - the employees here are always very kind. I have to give a special shoutout to Cynthia , she is always working SO hard and so personable. Just the sweetest! The food here is always delicious and fresh.

The lady manager could not stop yelling at her employees who were already stressed in a rush. This is an entry level position where you have such a lack of emotional intelligence, as a manager you risk your professionalism for your ego trip. lock in and do better. Employees we're fantastic. manager needs a reality check and somebody to humble her.

The woman working the drive thru line couldn't confirm stolen orders has customer service for sure.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. So well kept and the sweetest, most attentive workers. The food was piping hot and as fresh as it could be. 3 workers checked in with us in our time sitting there and were so nice. I never leave reviews for fast food but this had to be mentioned!

Every time I come here and they make you park (which I already resent. My order is never complicated) I tell them beforehand to please include ketchup, and they always say yeah sure no problem and I have never once received ketchup. So after waiting an ungodly amount of time in the parking spot, they bring me my bag of food, and no damn ketchup. So I have to walk all the way inside and get it myself. I hate this place. And it's the only one near my house so I keep coming back. I swear, the last six times I've been here, no damn ketchup. Idiots

This McDonalds often makes me pull up to drive thru parking lot and wait. Drive thru doesn't mean sit and wait for order. Very frustrating. They are quick to take payment tho.

doordash drivers beware: this place had the most incompetent high school workers ever. they will not have your order on time. i asked several times for my order and kids just say were working on it. what a load of crap !! the bags are usually sitting right behind you. thanks for not giving a damn

It's a McDonald's, you know what to expect by now, but I was honestly a but annoyed with the fries I got this last time. This is actually my first time going to McDonald's in years so maybe things have changed but driving by the other day, I was really hankering for some of their fries. I had burgers at home and needed a good accompaniment. I got in line, and within 2 minutes (I was very surprised at the speed), I had a pipping hot large fry. I got home and went to have some and they were not the same fries I remembered. They seemed stale and lacking in flavor. Maybe they were an old batch? Either way, I had to add some seasoning to them which did the trick but honestly, these fries really cemented the fact that I wasn't missing anything after not being there for years.

The manger is a buthole it toke 20 minutes for me to get my food all I got was a Large sprite McDouble with just ketchup and a medium fry. The manger said that we can not get large drink because of the McDonald's monopoly but ever other McDonalds will give it to you. She had an attitude at all of the customers in front of us. She was also yelling super loud at her workers.Also called her workers stupid because they were just gonna go throw away our cups because one of the workers already made the drinks and she said oh no we can't do that because of the monopoly pieces. So she is just going to throw away the cups that they made just for us.

I've never left a review before, but this McDonald's has pushed me to the limit. Every time I place a delivery order, something is either missing or completely wrong. It's unacceptable how often this happens. And when I go in to order, the service is just as bad. The wait times are ridiculous, and the staff can't seem to comprehend simple instructions. The customer service at this location is terrible, and it's clear they have no pride in their work. This place seriously needs new management and proper training.

The drive-thru at this location is such a joke. Food is NEVER ready when you get to the pickup window. I would understand if this was an occasional occurrence, but it seriously happens every time. You order food, pay, and then sit in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes waiting.

Went for my son to play and the toy area was closed yet again. Staff is not helpful or friendly its wild how people have jobs in customer service but have like no skills how to interact with people

I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese via the drive-through. Total came to $6.29. I Went to the first window, paid with a $20.00; got my change and went to the second window. Got my burger and in the 2, TWO minutes it took me to get to the park where I was planning on eating, I discovered that 1: they shorted me $1.21 in change (the bill was $6.29, I paid with a $20, and received $12.50 in change.), and 2: the food was absolutely stone cold. The cheese wasn't melted, the meat was burnt, and again, absolutely stone cold. I threw it away.

What happened to fast food? Slowest shop in the Valley. Need to pick up the pace the drive thru is horrible.

Impossibly slow service for a fast food place. Sloppily wrapped items, and everyone has to park. I was handed the wrong order twice. I gave them a second chance but they won't get a third.

2nd Time driving here for ice cream AND they don't have any...so, just go somewhere else or try calling ahead.

Cleanest McDonalds in town with the kindest staff. Play area is very clean as well. They always have our order ready quickly. Only McDonalds I'll take my family to.

I have to give our local McDonalds some love! I can't remember the last time I had been to one but " WOW"! Those fresh hot steaming fries sure bring back those memories. I'm sure customers go back just for the fries! Fast, courteous service with a smile! Now, I know its not the place to go for everyday food but if your craving those salted fries, a strawberry shake and some good old childhood memories, you know you can't go wrong!

Wow. This is a first. Received a Big Mac with the buns on top and all of the ingredients below so I was supposed to make my own Big Mac. What a mess. Also ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, but it did not have the toppings- only an excessive amount of mayo. I had issues at this location before, but this looks as though the employees do not care what they give the customers.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I jave ever gone to. No one in line, yet you need to go park and wait for food. I watch every car after me have to park and wait 15 mins. Get your shit together!!!

Always a long line at the drive thru. Also don't even ask for extra pickles or extra onion on a cheese burger because you won't get them. 2 slices of pickle is not what I would consider extra, and just a few tiny pieces of onion is also not extra. All this done thru thier app. Im guessing the people that work there can't read.... or maybe told not to read the computer screen. If you want a better McDonalds go to the one on Stephanie and Sunset.

So much to improve. Slow service, long wait. Ordered curbside and never got the sandwich. Ordered curbside a second day and missing chicken nuggets. Better McDonald's elsewhere

Quick service and friendly staff. Always clean inside. Has kind of a funky smell outside when you're walking up that always seems to be there lol but the food never disappoints for a McDonald's. Its a solid choice. You can't beat a $5 meal deal.

Ordered a double cheeseburger. Wasn't busy. Waited 25 minutes. Had to leave. Could not get refunded.

McDonald's on valle verde and the 215 serves a side of bug legs with your drinks!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!! Continues to serve food and drinks without cleaning. ABSOLUTELY disgusting!!! I took a few sips before I realized and ONLY realized because I felt something hard when I swallowed my drink (I'm HOPING it was a piece of ice) so decided to look at my drink and sound this !!!!!!

Ordered some McDelivery off Uber Eats yesterday. I was so impressed with the quality of the packaging. High grade paper bag, sealed shut at the top to avoid any unwanted exposure, food packed neatly together and separated from the ice cold drink. Good temp was as good as it can get for delivery. And eventhough I can't taste right now due to the Vid, everything was highly satisfactory. Compare that to the order I got from Carls Jr that had a 4" opening on the shake all exposed to who knows what. I simply couldn't enjoy that meal since I was worried about what I might suck up thru the straw. Sktetch city. Now is this truly 5 star dining? Of course not. But I was so pleasantly surprised with the packaging that they get an A+ from me today. Thanks McD's.... ba da ba ba ba...

This is a high school groupie hangout spot. The customers are friends with the workers. Causing a disturbance for ordering and the workers actually working. Management just watched and let it keep happening. I placed a mobile order and it took (15) minutes to come out. Even ordering ahead. Customer in front of me received her order wrong twice. They had no urgency to fix this for her. Lots of beeps and noises in the back that sounded like they needed to be addressed but kept going off. Understand this probably was a rush hour. But it's a shit show. Don't waste your time here. Especially around 5pm. Manager sent an Uber driver away because they couldn't find an order. Driver showed manager he was at the right location. No sweet tea and carbonation on soda was not working. Absolutely terrible visit.

The absolute opposite of fast food. I thought maybe the low ratings were just over exaggerating but they were not. If you have the chance to head to a different location or even starve, I would say go with either of those two routes instead. You'll be waiting forever, they'll even park you after the wait and then.....your order is wrong, maybe the stale attitude was a giveaway but I was trying to give the employees the benefit of the doubt. Don't ask for sauce of any kind unless you're looking forward to getting a mean mug for asking. Overall, terrible drive thru service. Maybe the inside would be better?

They do alright with making the food, when you finally get it. My biggest issue with this place is everytime I order with mobile app, no matter what's in the order, I go through the drive thru and they send me to the pickup area and I have to wait an additional five to ten minutes to get my order - and half the time there are no additional spaces. This has happened EVERY TIME. I'm not exaggerating. Every single time. I initially was going to rate this place three stars, but as pull up after me and get their stuff delivered, I'm getting more and more annoyed. This place is horribly run and probably needs new management. Today's wait was an additional eight minutes AFTER going through the drive thru. Ridiculous.

Every time, and I mean every time I order delivery from this location there is at least one item missing. Such simple orders too. C'mon get it right at least once!

This is absolutely one of the worst locations. Consistently cold, soggy food immediately upon testing in the car. More often than not they skip all requested condiments. Absolutely disgusted, I'll drive a couple miles farther not to be subjected to this location again.

Always slow, as you drive up you see workers just standing and yet they tell you to pull forward and park in an open stall but they're all full. Never fails, this place is always slow. And they still grumble asking for a raise.

After waiting 20 minutes after ordering thru the drive up, my food arrived cold. There was way too much sauce on the Big Mac making it impossible to eat. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I absolutely HATE this McDonalds. Everytime we go there they forget something. The food is already overpriced but on top of it the KIDS that work here do not have the best customer service. My husband ordered two breakfast meals from them via door dash and when he got the meal no hash browns. When I tried calling before I stormed up there the phone was busy. This happens 99% of the time. Last time I'm going to this place run by children. Do better McDonalds.

Great visit for great cause! This updated review is to highlight the charity supported by this McDonald's restaurant in Henderson NV: The Ronald McDonald House, that provides temporary accommodations for parents to stay close to their hospitalized child. Whenever paying for my meals here, I'd be prompted to "round-up" to the nearest integer. I used to think it's for gratuities for the staff. One day, in response to my curiosity, the General Manager Don T. explained that the extra amount from the rounded-up payment would be donated to the Ronald McDonald House. So, by adding 0.1-0.99 cents, a customer is really heaping with a great cause!! Also, after major renovations recently, this restaurant is now ultra-modern with vaulted high-ceilings in the dining room. Very pleasant and comfortable environment!

Two words; sandy nuggets. Not sure but we all got some sand in or on our nuggets. Already on the fence when it comes to them, but this place needs to clean out the fryer they use because whatever abrasive is used, they left residue and it was in our food!!

I've been here several times and 2 out of 3 times my order is wrong. How hard is it to make one of their menu items with 1 change, no cheese on the quarter pounder delux? I'd give them a minus star if I could. Before anyone asks why I continue to go there, I like their fries.

If you're a McDonald's fan this location is GREAT!! Location (in and out), same food but their service is 2nd to none. Always a friendly/caring attitude no matter the time of day. Very clean location as well. To top it off.. their ice cream machine works!!!!!! Thank You!

Alex had excellent service when I came through the drive through! We also enjoyed the McDonald's McFlurrys.

first off we get there and we start ordering, not busy at all, we wait about 25 minutes for your food, when we do get them the teenager that brought it to us doesn't have our drinks and we waited about another 15 minutes for them, as we are leaving that same teenager came to us and gave us a large sprite even though we continually told her it's not ours, she proceeds to just out it in our table and run away, when we leave a lady went up to the counter and told them that that soda was her, not ours.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place can't get an order correct if their lives depended on it! Horrible customer service and the fries are always always cold!

Wtf happened to the play place at this McDonald's? It has a slide a lame tiny platform. No more interactive games either, super boring even my grandson was not thrilled! Also took away drink refill area, lobby super tiny and like 3 people working the lunch hour. Really McDonald's, you make plenty of money!
