McDonald's

So they expect a person to eat these I just left there five minutes ago and they are I won’t even feed these to my dog like this is disgusting. Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. Good thing I kept the receipt. I will be getting a hold of them one way or another. I’m not paying for this Food after a long night’s work I needed food. Hey what why not McDonald’s bad decision

This place is hit or miss. You will get a meal and it will be perfect and delicious, then the next time it will be barely edible slop. I have also noticed that when I use rewards points to purchase an item in the app for pickup at the drive thru, something will always be missing. But then you reluctantly try them again since there is nothing else around and its amazing. Consistency would be nice.

This is one of the McDonald's that you get off of I-95 and you just want to grab some quick food and that's exactly what you get. Like many of them mcdonald's, there is no person at the checkout counter or cashier to take your order, everything is done through a kiosk. So if you're not good with touch screens and navigating through a menu like you would on your smartphone, then you're going to have difficulty at this place. They had two kiosks, but one of the kiosk was broken. But at the time of day that I went, which was around 1:00 p.m. I would say, there was no line or anything. This McDonald's shares its store with a convenience store, so as soon as you walk in it's kind of blended, one side is McDonald's and the other side is a convenience store. It's a pretty good idea. I like it I ordered a double fish sandwich combo, and was delicious. The fish was perfectly fried and the french fries were absolutely succulent. For the combo, and I got a double fish sandwich with french fries and a medium drink, I rounded it up using the Ronald McDonald Foundation thing Karma which I would suggest everybody do because it's the right thing to do, my total was $10. Not bad for a huge fish sandwich, with a nice portion of french fries and a soft drink. The service was excellent, as soon as the order was ready, as long as you put your name correctly into the kiosk when it ask you your name, they will call out your name loud and you cannot miss your food. I was surprised at how quickly my food was prepared. It was definitely fresh, the double fish sandwich was not basking under a hot light. Everything was fresh and I was very pleased with this McDonald's. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars all the way. Keep up the outstanding work guys and girls remember that you're working for the Lord in all you do 💙

Any time after 8 pm make you wait at the drive through for 10 min before taking your order causeing a huge pile up of cars half end up leaving and then take 15 min to get the food at the window for a order of 2 mcchickens while watching employees talk and sit in the lobby... i didnt order ahead to wait 50 min for 2 mcchickens. The morning crew is completely different they bust out cars left and right.

The burger was a Big Mac. It's McDonalds. Standard fare. Lady working the drive through, though, "Kiana," I think her name was? Impressed the hell outta me. It was like listening to an auctioneer hammer out bid after bid, she was in the ZONE. Whatever y'all're paying that gal, it ain't enough.

This place is a joke, I’ve gotten 3 door dashes for here that have taken longer than 30 minutes to prepare and get ready for delivery. Sometimes they don’t even fullfill the order and pretend another dasher came to pick it up leaving me SOL. They need better service and quicker workers, it was SLOW when the order was placed and SLOW when I arrived to the store. Worst McDonald’s in the entire state of florida by far!

The cashier that took my order was awesome, but the one that gave me my food wasn't to helpful. My fries where cold, soft and stale u asked for fresh she took them and just gave my me more from the same batch, they were cold stale and just a bit darker but they were not fresh and hot. ANY BODY THAT EATS MCDONALD'S FRIES SINCE CHILDHOOD KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE AND THE MANGER ATTITUDE WAS COLD.. I JUST TOOK THEM BECAUSE I HAD TO GET BACK TO WORK.. NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

I made a mobile order and went to go pick it up as it told me to in the app. When I approached the drive thru, the employee proceeded to tell me "We are closed and won't open until 5am". I then said I had a mobile order and that it said it was open online. The employee said "It will be refunded because I'm not making it". Very poor customer service in my opinion. As well as the fact it says the store is open everywhere, including when I made the mobile order.

Wish I saw the reviews before ordering. Flies in the restaurant, leaky ceiling, dirty drink station, food was inedible - two bites and we all threw away. Got 3 breakfast sandwiches which were all super dry and pasty, mocha tasted like weak coffee with a few squirts of coffee. There's a bar we all have for McDonalds which isn't super high but consistent- this place doesn't come close to that bar or expected consistency. If you are considering this place, just keep going! There's another MCDs that will be better!!

Horrible, took 10+ minutes for food. The fish filet sandwiches were burned, over fried, refried, and just horrible. They have no oversight here, bad quality, no one here cares. To pay so much for their fish sandwich to be old, refried, and overcooked, it was so disappointing. This has to be one of the worst McDonalds. Don't waste you money at this place. Bad management here! They do not care, it takes for every, and they give you crap. This place is bad bad bad, I told them too, they do nothing about it. They have gone down the tubes. Don't waste you money here! The reviews all here speak for themselves, this place is BAD!

Absolutely terrible experience. I'm not one to leave a review, I eat at low rated fast food all the time with no issue. However this place was horrific. The store was not busy and they still took over 25 minutes to get us our food. It was not until we brought up the fact that we had been waiting that they started to make our food. Staff was so unprofessional, yelling, standing around, laughing, talking. Did not care about getting us our food up until the manager came in and they finally got to work. The place was a MESS. None of the tables were clean the fountain area was dirty and unorganized. By all means I am NOT a picky person however, the burger they served us was smashed and had disgusting markings all over the bun. For everyone's sake do not go here unless you want terrible service, a long wait, and nearly inedible food. Whoever the owner is of this establishment needs to start paying more attention to who they're hiring.

0 stars. The woman in the drive thru, KIMBERLY, was very confused when we ordered a large ice coffee. Rang us up for a medium and told us we were wrong. She told us just keep moving ??? This was after we saw KIMBERLY flip off the car right in front of us and also signal to them with her hand to keep moving too.

This location has very few tables and none of them were clean. We had to ask for a new iced tea after watching the lady touch every surface of the cup (rims, rubbing her hand inside, etc.). Oh, and the food was pretty disgusting too. None of this is rocket science... This is the third McDonald's I've been to where there are no hooks in the ladies room stalls. I actually said something at the last one and was told they removed them! Way to go McDonald's management to care about your customers!! We decided a while ago to only eat at McDonald's when absolutely necessary, like on road trips. But I think it's time to cut that out too. The convenience doesn't justify the poor service and horrible quality of food.

This is the worse Mcdonalds! Unfortunately its the only one thats close to me so i have to drive 20 minutes to another one or deal with this place.. They are slow and make customers wait much longer then any fast food restaurant should. Your order is not always right and almost always short. If you go inside you will get ignored by the staff because they want you to order with their computer and not at the register. I don't like to go inside because the wait is so much worse. If you order inside be ready to wait for your order while they take and fill everyone (even those that came after you) in the drive thru. Their fries are overcooked 50% of the time and you will NEVER get what you paid for. The fries are usually half full even when i ask them to top them off. When i order nuggets for my son they dont always make those right either. They don't separate the frozen nuggets (before they fry them) when they are stuck together, so when you get them and pull them apart most of the breading comes off. Many times i get 1 less nugget then i purchased and I've also been given reheated (microwaved) nuggets which are nasty! If you order a biscuit or breakfast item anytime after breakfast it will NOT be fresh. It will be reheated in the microwave. The employes there do not wear gloves and I've seen sick employees handling ALL of the food.. You've been Warned!

GREAT LOCATION IN THE MORNING ONLY. This location seems like 2 different restaurants, depending on whether you go in the morning or evening. In the morning everyone is happy, helpful and a pleasure to deal with, in the evening they are very unpleasant and are anything but helpful. Possibly 2 separate managers creating 2 polar work cultures. Most recently, I went at 9:30pm and I tried to change my sauce selection at the window and was told each of the sauces(sweet and sour and bbq) I tried to swap for were unavailable despite all showing available in the app. Will only return in the evening as a last resort if all other options are closed! When I tried to call this location in the evening, the phone rang busy for several minutes before giving up.

NASSSSTY! Grosss. Can't believe this place is opened. I stoped just to use the Restroom. OMG! The toilets are filthy(most women Huber) that's right. I do:-0 TMI Don't Care. I'm so disgusted. Saw Children. I can't imagine eating from here. I tried flushing more then one toilet handle w/my shoe/foot. It's a Tinnie Tiny. Mc Donalds inside. A chevron Gas Station. If you can't wait you may want to go to the DQueen across the road. But, may the force be W/you. What a terrible way to represent So. Fla to Traveling people. Specially, with children. In my opinion. My moms guava pie was bad and they where hard and now we are never coming back have nice life as long as eat this Mac Donald's

Literally the WORST McDonald's ever!! 2/3 of it is a gas station store that is super cramped. Then they make you order from the electronic board, even though they are standing there. But they don't tell you to until you have waited for them to answer questions of people picking up their food in line. I watched them try to charge a girl for an extra BBQ sauce. WTH?! Food was awful and they got part of my order wrong.

Awful service was told to order at kiosk and not at counter while employees are standing around . I had to pay cash so honestly after asking did I pay and what I ordered ... what's the point ? It just makes process slow and unpleasant all I wanted was two coffees . Just my opinion if a customer is paying cash forgo the kiosk and just do the job you're paid to do. I worked at McDonald's and that's how it worked

I have gone to this location twice in the last two days and ordered a large frappe, only to get a medium frappe in a large cup. The first time I let it go, but the second time I told the employee who made it and he said "that's how much they set the machine to make for a large". This is thievery, this particular location is stealing from the customer. If they do with this, I'd bet they do so with everything. Besides, the customer service was awful. Eight people standing around, not wanting to be bothered by customers.

I'm so McHungry I just had to McPull over and get me some McD's. When arriving I decided to order myself a Big Mac with Fries and large sweet tea for the road to home.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! Still frozen breakfast burrito! Great location off of I-95, but don't be fooled! Go to another exit!

If giving a 0 was an option I would definitely give it a million times the girls would just stare at us as if we were dumb .. they all seemed a little too unhappy. But yet no one took our order for a good 10 minutes

I was at this location yesterday on my way home to palm Beach I was wanting a Diet Coke so I said it was only a little after 11 am I would probably be ok and be able to get back on the road fast so I went thru the drive thru and little did I know I would be sitting for 30 minutes in line! The drive thru has noooo clue how to work .... get some training from Chick-fil-A!

Terrible and dirty ! Slow Moving and you get the feeling nobody wants to be there. McDonalds is usually top notch! But these satellite stores like you see at Walmart's or gas stations like this one are never clean. And are totally missed manage. I don't know why?

I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes. It is pst 12 am on a Saturday night but there weren't more than half a dozen cars within view when I arrived. The staff was fairly polite which is why I'm not rating zero stars. Obviously a staffing issue occurred and someone called out and was not properly filled in for.

Hit or miss. Would love a frappe once in a while but the usual, no ice cream machine. Take it off the menu if I can't get it.

This McDonald's is an embarrassment to the company. It is slow, the staff don't use the waiting time correctly, so it looks like everyone gets their order super quick. It is dirty: the building itself is dirty on the outside. On the menu board. On the sides of the building. The trash is constantly overflowing. The staff are always standing around waiting on something or another. I worked at McDonald's back in the day; I know how the place is supposed to run, and it's not like this. They got the new Grimace's birthday ice cream? Well the rest of the McDonald's did, this McDonald's DID NOT. Why? Bc their ice cream machine is perpetually down for maintenance. They never fix it or put it up. So I guess we're just never going to get to try it. When you go, you best make sure you have all of the right food in the bag before you drive off, bc their likelihood of giving you the correct bag with the correct order in it is about 50%. Though they act like they're having to pay for each ketchup packet out of their own paychecks, they're so tight with them. And napkins! Good luck getting either one of those. This store would make Ray Kroc turn over in his grave.

I know it's a fast food place, but they are slower than anywhere I've ever experienced. The orders are wrong more than half the time so check before you drive off if from the drive thru. I live local and avoid it if possible. If you're desperate, it'll do.

Waited at drive thru for 15 min then left. They told us to hold for a min and never came back. There was no one in front of us.

Employees had a cheerful attitude, coffee was nice and hot, food was good as expected. The drive thru was pretty quick--and moved faster than I thought it would.

This place kept fumbling the orders. It appeared that the drive thru crew was taking the orders cooked for customers in lobby. Very disorganized group. Felt bad for everyone involved! Maybe more training on communication?

The only thing working for this place is the location. It's located at the Sebastian exit on I-95. If you're going south bound, there's a long stretch from the Malabar exit before you get here, so it's definitely a welcomed rest stop. Back in the day when the dot com bubble was thriving in this area, this McDonald's always packed. This was because the next closest place to getting food was either on US 1 or the next exit south on I-95. The service is terrible! The cannot handle a lunch rush and the staff act as if they are doing you a favor.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I am here on vacation and as I was leaving I stopped here to get breakfast. I got a Caramel Frappe only to find it all over my *NEW* sweatshirt. Turns out there was a slit, like a pretty noticeable one too, on the side of my cup. It got all over me...very upset.

Do you like the wait times of fine dining? Do you like waiting in line for space mountain? Do you have plenty of time in your hands? Are you bored and just need to get out of the house and away from your wife / husband. Do you enjoy being screwed over? This is the place for your. Bring a book or your gameboy because you'll have plenty of time smash through some levels or get through a few chapters before they give you some shitty food / drink you didn't even know you wanted. Oh, before you ask if there is ice cream after your 2 hour drive through experience extravaganza. I'll go ahead and answer it for you, no it's not working. AKA they just don't want to clean it. Which, in my opinion doesn't make sense because what are they even doing back there if not cleaning the ice cream machine.

I've been living across the continent and in the north, where the sun doesn't shine so brightly. I started my road trip from Orlando to Boca early, before the sun rose. Then I realized my folly: the day star burns brightly in the sunshine state, and I did not have a pair of sunglasses. As the sun began to sear my flesh and burn patterns into my retinas, I turned off of 95 and found this little oasis. There's a McDonalds, comfort food for the aggravated road warrior, but more importantly, the McDonalds is conjoined to a little convenience store/souvenir shop. It's got magnets and the random crap people buy on the road, but most importantly, a good variety of sunglasses. The cashier was friendly enough and seemed nonplussed by my dazed and sun-addled manner as I bought a pair of sunglasses and a Good Humor bar. (I know it's not breakfast, but it was hot out and calorically basically the same as an Egg McMuffin. Don't judge me.) The cashier did not judge overtly, which is good enough for me. I love you, little oasis McDonalds.

I, as well as most Americans, have been to many McDonalds in my day, but none have ever let me down this bad. This McDonald nestled conveniently off of interstate 95 has consistently long lines, unmotivated and sad looking employees, and even for McDonalds terrible tasting food. It's the perfect storm for a terrible restaurant. Save your time and money and go to the next McDonalds you see, 99.9% chance it's better.

Terrible McDonald's Fellsmere is the closest one to my house I go in there from time to time I go in the walkthrough it seems they favor the drive-thru before the customer in front of them I pay attention at least six cars or more get their order and leave before I even get to take my order taken the bathroom are very nasty anytime of the day you go in there no toilet paper toilet paper on the floor and they have no toilet seat covers any strips for the toilet here is usually pee all over the seat and sometimes even poop I can just imagine what their kitchen looks like if the bathroom to that nasty the kitchen probably is too from now on I'm going to drive the 20 minutes the McDonald's in Roseland much nicer cleaner place never had a problem also I will definitely be taking the survey that they give you on your receipt and complaining

I need to do better than McDonalds, although I love that fattening frozen coffee drink!

The manager was a total jerk and would not serve me because I didn't have a mask. I went into the parking lot and tried to make a phone order and she still wouldn't take my order and deliver curbside. I ended up going down to the next exit to get something to eat. At the next exit down I got fast and friendly service and fresh food. to the owner of this McDonald's in Fellsmere, keep your nasty hamburger, I will never stop at your place again.

Awful coffee. I ordered a large coffee this morning and it tasted like brown hot water. They must have been preserving their coffee beans.

This restaurant is my favorite for when I don't have much time and I need to grab something to eat quick and can be on my way to work or an appointment.

This is definitely the worst McDonalds I've ever been to but the location is so close to my house that I keep going back to it. It's consistently slow as all hell and half the time the order is wrong and the staff sucks . If you got time to go somewhere else I would rather drive down to the river and go to Wendy's or something because this place is honestly beyond horrible, with it's bad service and filthy bathrooms it's a complete shit show. But it's my shit hole, and forever hold a place in my heart

Arrived at 10:20 am near end of breakfast serving time. Got bacon egg & cheese biscuit and sausage/egg biscuit. Biscuits were near brick hard. I ate all but the biscuits. Moral of story - if you want a shot at getting a good biscuit, get there early.

For a McDonalds I quiet like this location. The service is fast and they almost never screw up my order. I have never had a problem with the quality of the food.

They over charge for a small parfait that's you can finish in 3 bites and it wasn't even that good to be honest

horrible service girl had an attitude we got 7 large waters and they were half filled and our buns on our sandwiches were cold the food receiving window workers were laughing at us when we said something about our waters.

This is the worlds worst McDonald's. Slow, dirty, and the coffee was watery. My daughter had to pour the water out of her oatmeal. Avoid!

What an awful experience. The Drive Thru took forever with my order. I was pulled aside to wait for my order while 10 cars went ahead of me because they had to cook my hashbrowns. Then after 30 minutes, a high schooler comes out with my order, but forgets my soda. I ask if he (she) can grab me a Large soda and some extra ranch dressing. He grabs me a MEDIUM soda and ONE packet of ranch dressing. One packet of ranch isn't even close to enough. I'm eating it, not f****** it.

After asking on 2 separate occasions (once at the Ordering screen and again at the pick up window) for honey mustard for my nuggets, upon checking my food there's of course no honey mustard in my bag. I even check my receipt to make sure I'm not crazy. The poor excuse of a manger that handed me my food walked away ever so quickly from the window not even checking to make sure my order was correct or if I need any napkins, ketchup, anything. So I wait at the window for this guy to walk back up and he doesn't show back for 10 minutes! Frankly, idgaf I'll sit there holding up your line (even though there was only one car behind me). When dude finally shows back up he opens the window and before even giving me the opportunity the jerk tells me I'm holding up his line and I need to move along. I told him I'm not going anywhere till I get the damn honey mustard I requested for now the 3rd time. His sassy ass wasn't liking that so he picked up 3 cups of sauce and practically threw them at me. If it wasn't 2am and I was in the mood to smack someone he would've been front of the line OMM

I had an awful experience at this location today. I approached the counter to four employees standing around chit chatting. They finished their conversation before acknowledging that I was even standing there. I ordered my food and then stood there listening to them complain about how awful it is to work at McDonalds and how they need to find different jobs. I also noticed how filthy the place was and how there were so many flies around I almost just asked for my money back so I could leave. My food was ready but they continued their conversation until I gave them a look. I took my food and left. Upon leaving there were three employees standing directly in front of the door having a conversation and using vulgarities. I got my food in the car, it wasn't even right! Not sure how hard it is to make two cheeseburger happy meals only ketchup...I worked at McDonald's and am so disappointed in the lack of standards that this company appears to have nowadays. Sad really.
