Went there for breakfast this morning after I haven’t been in months. And of course my egg has mildew. I noticed a horrible taste as I was chewing and once I spit it out I saw green stuff in between. So disgusting. My last time going

I’ve visited this location several times, at different times of the day, and to my surprise both the restroom and dining have always clean. What I like about this location offers free secure Wi-Fi and plenty of electrical outlets so you can plug in (unlike so may others). And the atmosphere is cool and calming so it’s a good place to eat-in and sit for a while. Some of the workers are friendly and some are not - so - much, which is pretty typical for a fast food restaurant. Although, I have never had a problem with my order, I do find them to be a little slow in getting orders out, especially if you order from the kiosk.

I’m a loyal customer at McDonald’s however my experience today was definitely a 2/10. Not sure what this is on the burger however this is unacceptable, not to mention the fries that was given to me were extremely grease logged as if they had been double fried. Food should always be double checked to ensure things like this doesn’t happened along with the quality and freshness of the food that is being put out! I tried giving my feedback with the number that’s on receipt however the number is no longer in service.

Me and my partner whom emergency vechicle could not go through the drive through , walked inside to place our order at 8:30 pm , we was told we could not order , we explained we could not go through the drive through , asked could we place our order Togo. We was told NO that we had to make a mobile order. All I had was cash and thank god for my partner I was able to eat. The manager was very rude , they say the lobby closes at 9 pm. We definitely will not be back !!!!

We were in the drive thru. Our experience was great.

Everyone who works here is super nice and does a great job! It's also the best drive thru experience I've ever had. Going inside isn't as pleasant, but doable.

They closed the store at 7pm and asked us to use drive thru. Ridiculous

Food is not prepared well, the wait time is long, the General Manager, Tae/Tay is very rude.

This McDonald's really has the best customer service. I feel like every person who works here is just so friendly. It's rare and refreshing!

we ordered food and we got no sauce . we specifically asked for it. we got no fries. So someone else had to give us theirs, and the fries, soggy and cold. horrible

Well ok the bar has to be set pretty low to begin with for fast food but this location manages to slip into underneath it with easy. It takes a special kind of service to get 3 of 4 items wrong in and order but then to get the replacement order wrong too. Lol smh

Zero. They were so terrible with awful customer service and didn't let us in when they are supposed to close at midnight.

Whole staff if disrespectful ...no greeting no acknowledgement while laughing and playing In the back...I waited for 20 mins and nobody even said a word to me and I was the only customer there

Asked for extra tartare sauce for my fish sandwich and they gave no sauce and cheese!! Customers Double check your food nxt time !!!

manager is a bitch. I ordered a large fry and paid and they gave me a small an refused to give me a large and told me I would have to pay the difference again

The worst customer service ever. The manager refused to tell me her name and never took my order . After explaining that I was being skipped over in the drive thru line, I was called a liar. I will Definitely get the owner and corporate involved to get this addressed.

Horrible service. After waiting at front counter I was told I needed to use kiosk. I said I could not and waited some more then was told I needed to use kiosk. I left. They don't care.

Absolute horrible service they stand around and do nothing as you sit at the window and wait for your food!!!! Y'all really need to do something about these employees you have!!!!! it's totally disgusting. There is now 1234 cars behind me. I've been here now since 626. It is now 632 and when I pulled up they were standing around doing nothing and my order has already been called in.

This is my favorite McDonald's in the area. The employees are the sweetest people. The cashier is the sweetest guy and brightens my day every time I stop by. The food happens to always be fresh for me when I come through. They also get you through fast. They give you plenty of sauces as well. The speakers/mic in the drive through work well and you can hear them well (which happens to be a problem at many fast food places I notice). Out of all the McDonald's in the area I highly recommend this one

Employee are sitting around and talking instead of taking orders. Waited 10 min at the window to order food with no movement. Tried going inside. Three employees talking about nothing important

I'm only giving one star bc they don't offer zero. I ordered on the app and sat at Curbside for 10 min. I called them bc the doors are locked. I was told that I would have sit out there until they were able to find someone to walk it out! Don't offer a service if you can't provide it !! We finally went and knocked on the door to get it ourselves and we weren't even offered an apology!

Beware of this McDonald's. An employee from here is taking pictures of credit cards and using the cards. When you go through drive thru watch the person taking your money. They will steal from you. Be vigilant. We work hard for our money, and managers here at this McDonalds don't care.

slow dirty makes u pull over and wait for drive through minutes later. THE TRICK: not leave the window cause it hurts their time reports

At 9pm, and after one already failed attempt at the location on Clearview, this location was able to give me a McFlurry. Not only did could they do it, but they were happy to do it as well. I will easily choose this location over any other in the area in the future.

Oh McDonald's why do you screw up so much? I always have had difficulties with this particular Mcdonald's. The main problems are the fact that they are not consistent with food and they take way longer than they need to prepare the food. Given that fact I usually try to avoid this particular one. I stopped here this morning to get some breakfast. I ordered the sausge egg and cheese mcgriddle. When I got out to my car I noticed that they had given me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Since I had to make it to work soon I decided not to go in and complain. But still that really annoyed me. Given my experience with the many other McDonald's restaurants I dealt with in the past I decided not to sweat it. In Short this is fast food so you can't expect to much.

There is a man working the drive-thru named Ronald (no relation to Ronald McDonald) who is, bar none, the NICEST human being who has ever worked at a fast food restaurant, anywhere, ever. We are on a temporary vacation from our usual very restrictive diet, but I swear, Ronald lifts our mood so much, it makes the McDonald's food less unhealthy. Even though we're on a planned diet cheat, I still feel a little guilty about eating fast food. But not when we go through the McDonald's drive-thru on Jefferson Highway when Ronald is working. His optimistic mood is so infectious, it feels like we're doing something GOOD for our health. Give this man all the raises and all the promotions! Put him in McDonalds commercials! Long live Ronald of the Drive-Thru!

Exceptional service in the drive thru, food was ready fast, professional staff, never expected this from a mcdonald's location

If my burger werent dripping in grease, I would have given it 4 stars. I went here with my kids after school to get chicken nugget meals because they love chicken, and they seemed to really love these nuggets. Ultimately, the toy was their favorite part. LOL. I just wish that the employees would have been in a better mood and talked to me in a nicer way..

If I could give ZERO stars I would. What a truly horrible place. The employees were arguing with each other or on their cell phone. They made my order incorrectly and was so pissed that I asked them to fix it. My hash brown looked like someone took a bite off of it. I asked for an egg and cheese McMuffin (no meat). It had meat so I gave it back. Employee opened the egg McMuffin and took the meat off and gave it back to me. I asked her if that's what she did and at least she was honest that she did do just that. But was not happy that I didn't want the sandwich that had meat on it. Never go there !

Ordered a large coffee with equal and cream on the side so I could make it how I wanted to when I arrived at work. Simple enough right? Apparently not. Opened the lid to make my coffee and it already has cream and equal in it... wth people... I ordered a black coffee with equal and cream on the side. You didn't even have to do anything but pour the coffee on the cup and it was still wrong. I'll get my coffee at a different location next time.

This McDonald's is very iffy. You might get good service but you might not. You might get decent food but you might not. On several occasions, including today, my food has been just plain horrible. I had the pleasure of being served nuggets that were warm but tasted like they had been sitting around for days. I truly believe that McDonald's fries, when cooked appropriately and hot, are the best fast food fries. However, my fries sucked. They were not cooked long enough. They were warm but pale in color with absolutely no kind of crispiness. They tried to give me a drink I did not order so I refused it. I was kicking myself later because I needed something to get the taste of those wack nuggets out of my mouth. I work nearby but being that my food here sucks more often than not, I'll stick with the Wendy's up the street when I have a fast food craving for lunch. Go at your own risk.

They do not have Slushies (but advertising for it) they do not have Hawaiian Punch (no out of order sign). It's not a big deal but it's the way the employees are addressing the customers. There is one particular employee that is short with the customers, answers questions like you are inconveniencing her, and like she just doesn't want to be here. I have seen 2 customers walk out before they ordered. Please work with your employees to have a more customer service attitude.

The service there is so slow like I just over a hour ago and my food is still not here!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE :( :( :( :(

This place takes FOR-EV-ER. All I ordered was a small chocolate shake and it took like 15 min...and there was no one in front of me in line and 2 people still waiting on food. The main problem was the slow moving people behind the counter and all the people they decided to chat with in the middle of finishing an order.... When I ordered my shake however, I asked for extra chocolate. The cashier looked at me like I became an alien in just that moment. So I said, "LOOK, I'm not an alien; all I want is an actual chocolate shake-not a "chocolate" "shake"...they never have enough chocolate in the them" ... She pretty much said she has no control over it, but when I got my shake, it was actually a chocolate shake even though the ones that came out before mine were not. I win.

What makes this international franchise location different from other McDonald's? It's open 24 hours. Too bad it's slow as could be. Employees here are more interested in talking to each other than taking orders or preparing food. The wait time aside, this location could be cleaner. It's not that it's filthy but it's certainly a little dirty. It really shows that employees here are not invested in their job or the company and really don't care about the image they present. But at least I can get a cheeseburger at 3 am.

Received my order very quickly but maybe because my 10pc nugget was fried hours before my arrival. Thought there was a limit on how long they could hold product until it was "bad". Good thing I'm not starving because who wants to eat old, cold, and hard nuggets? On the bright side employees were friendly.

Really nice guy named Alexander went out of his way to give exemplary service. Very friendly and courteous. They also, completed a particular instruction on a coffee order with no fuss, and very quick.

The plus for this location is the kiosk station. The minus is that, if you have table service, I should have to get up to get my food from the counter.

It was my first time here, but it felt terrible to me. The service was terrible! I don't think I'll ever come back. There's no store worse

I've eaten at McDonald's since I was a kid I've never had any issues with this establishment or its employees, however, it is not at the top of my list of places to eat at when I am not in a hurry. Overal, it has substantial service and decent food.

I thank the good Lord for giving me 47 years of exciting challenges, stimulating experiences, many happy occasions and most of all[,] the finest wife and children any man could ever desire. Now my life has changed for no apparent reason. People who call and write are exasperated and feel helpless. They know I am innocent and want to help, but in this nation, the worlds greetest [sic] democracy, there is nothing they can do to prevent me from being punished for a crime they know I did not commit. Some who have called have said that I am a modern day Job. Judge Muir is also noted for his Medieval sentences. I face a maximum sentence of 55 years in prison and a $305,000 fine for being innocent. Judge Muir has already told the press that he felt "invigorated" when we were found guilty and that he plans to imprison me as a "deterrant" to other public officials. But it would be a deterrant [sic] because every public official who knows me knows that I am innocent. It wouldn't be legitimate punishment because I've done nothing wrong. Since I'm a victim of political persecution, my prison would simply be and American Gulag.

We waited 15 minutes at window #3 to get the most stale breakfast burritos and hash browns harder than rocks. There is a reason this McDonald's has such a low rating. Get on top of your shit!

We pulled up here last night hoping that we can buy some drinks since we were staying at a hotel near by. When we reached the speaker in the drive thru we asked if we can order a large sweet tea. The employers response was a flat out, rude tone "No" when asked "how come" her response was "We don't sell it" we then reminded her of the giant sign that was glaring straight at us that advertises "SWEET TEA" and all of a sudden a different person was speaking to us. She confirmed that they do have sweet tea. We decided not to order with the thought that if they were rude enough to talk to someone this way they will be rude enough to spit in our drinks. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This has to be the WORST McDonalds EVER! It was already bad before they rebuilt it. But I guess that was like putting lipstick on a hog smh. I've never once gone here and had my order correct! Not once! The management is just as bad as the workers. Just yesterday I watched a crew member and manager bicker about who was working there. They should replace the ENTIRE staff, except the older gentleman that usually works the drivethru. He's the ONLY person there worth a damn! Don't even waste your time!!!

"Open 24 hours" yea right. Said 24 hours on signs and online, yet when we proceded to go through drive through where someone told us it was "closed" but clearly not.

HAVE NOT come across such rudeness and disrespect in all my years from at least 3 employees at your restaurant. I pulled up at your location #7857 at 6:05 pm Tuesday evening. I was the 3rd car from the speaker noticing that the cars where sitting there a little long..A guy I have a pic and recording of took the 2 cars in front of me order as he started to walk towards my car I said I needed to see the menu board and he began to say stop look at it here as I inch towards the board he ( martin ..m or Gabriel g..) flips me off and I could not believe it....I proceed to the 1st drive up window the place my order as he continues to take cars behind me order..when I got to the window I placed my order and ask the nice young lady for the manager..She said what I said to her in Spanish and said to me he is at the front window, I said thank u. I get to the window sitting for a whole 2 1/ 2 mins waiting on the half wrong cold order....As another man named rolando...gerando who argues with me to move out of the drive thru and also said the manager is not here so I should move..now mind u the manager was standing behind him and watching Rolando argue with me...i recorded this guy tell me me has his us paperwork he dont need this job and he can get one somewhere else so I should get the hell on..im going seek other measures if I go to this none diversified McDonald's and these employees are still working there..this deserves for u to pull camera and or recording, truly unprofessional. I am saving this message time and date showing that I seeked action and or a quick response

7:00 pm turn 5/26/18. Terrible service. Didn't understand the order and were extremely slow and rude during the process to correct their mistake. Worst ever!

Eat here if you don't mind having your change thrown at you or having your order screwed up.....rude and incompetent

First, let me start by saying I am not one to complain and this is my first review...ever. I'm sorry but this McDonald's being located so close to the hospital, not to mention being open 24 hours, will draw in people from the hospital at all hours. All I wanted was to grab some dinner at midnight after sitting in the surgery waiting room for over 13 hours worried sick about a loved one. They served cold fries. Then they got my order wrong and became very angry when I tried to correct it. I thought hold the pickles was plain English but apparently it translates to just plain. She rudely asked me what I wanted and I stated I only want ketchup, onions and cheese. I finally got my order and when I got home found a plain hamburger with a single pickle. I repeat...ONE. SINGLE. PICKLE. I'm not usually able to pick up on passive aggressive messages but I read that loud and clear. Thank you dear night shift McDonald's employees for adding the cherry to my wonderful day. I gave them 1 star because I was unable to put 0. Do not go here if you're already having a bad day.
