McDonald's

All the burgers, fries and shakes in one location. It also has a well lit drive thru with plenty of bay parking for your requests. My observations are if you’re driving, don’t miss the turning into it. Also has accessible parking for disabled persons and for kids.

This is our go to McDonald's. The food is always super fresh. The mangerment and staff are super polite friendly and professional. The manager runs this place so we'll. Food is fresh and hot every time. Thank you to the manager and he's hard working staff 👍

I came at 21:15 they are closed although the sign says closed will be 21:30! Very terrible staff behave disgustingly! I recommend changing the staff or not visiting this crazy place

The server called the number on my receipt i showed him. He asked me for the receipt before he gave me my food. I politely reminded him that both belonged to me, and I wanted to have both. At which point he said if I didn't give him the receipt, he would not give me the food that I had just paid for. And walked off. I started to raise my voice to get him to bring my food back, at which point 5 of your employees apprached me and told me I should calm down. I was in the right , how dare he hold my food hostage. What a liberty. I was being refused the food that I had paid for because I would not give him a receipt that belonged to me. Shocking service. Nobody reprimanded him that I saw, and I received no apology. Like I was the one who did wrong. Bromley by Bow McDonald's, shame on you.

Very DISAPPOINTED every time I go to the drive through they always give me half empty drinks this is getting ridiculous if I’m paying for a drink why must it be half empty ? I paid with full money I did not pay half price for the drinks ! I complained about this to the guy who served me he told me it’s half because there is no ice in the drink. Common sense not everyone likes to have ice in their drink people have sensitive teeth and this does not justify the reason why the cup should be half empty its like saying your drink it not full because you requested for no bubbles or fizz in the drink ! When you go to the shop to buy a drink do you ever buy it half empty ? No it’s always full so this Is really a scam I request for a refund the member of staff told me mc Donald’s does not give refunds to customers!!!! I returned all 6 drinks and told him I want my money refunded !!!!!! he went away and filled the drinks after he had said to me the drinks can’t be filled up to the top it’s done by a machine don’t human have to press start on the drinks machine that’s a complete lie! now when I got the drinks they were still half empty and only to find out he had added water to all our 6 drinks it had zero taste the drinks were very plain it was basically water this is absolutely shocking behaviour. Chips are cold not enough sauce added to the burgers it’s pure lettuce dry food !!!! Never again

Absolutely infuriated. I drove down and ordered in store 4 sausage and egg mc muffin meals. I got two burgers and 4 has browns. I only found this once I arrived back home. My wife and I had to make do without and the kids were none the wiser. They took my receipt when I picked up the order so I have no proof. Absolutely livered at the service and quality of this store.

Went today to get a happy meal for my child. Staff on the driveway window was so rude, no manners at all. Asked for a manager but instead 2 other staff came with no help. They refuse to give names or even a receipt for my payment. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from everyone.

Never seen so many low iq moves in one go like that before. Constantly not listening and running to complete something from a sentence they’ve chosen to hear. If you just stop and listen you’ll get it right first time. This is local to me yet every time I think to go here I just think should I? The operations department needs to have a good look at what’s going on here.

Disgusting racist managers. I ordered a delivery online which didn't arrive so decided to walk to the restaurant showed them my receipt the managers all started speaking bengali to eachother and the security guard so I couldn't understand. I showed them my order number which they had on the system and my bank account with the deducted amount. The male manager ignored me and became rude telling me I'm just upset I didn't get my food. Then the security also Asian said he CONVINCED him to give me my order and I should drop the argument. As I was leaving the manager came out from behind the till and told me "I'm happy " which I thought was a dig at my experience as I lost my time going to the store at a late hour.

Went to try out the new 'signature' burger. Ordered the spicy version, which took almost 6 mins to come, far too long for McDonalds. Really lovely, big improvement on their normal burgers although mine was a tiny bit soggy on the bottom and the bun was too small. Even better than the 'big tasty'. Definitely have the new 'signature' type burger again. Staff quite friendly and the shop is clean.

Food is ok, staff are very slow and there english is'nt that good either. Good thing is drive thru is open 24 hours a day so if you come back from a night out n feel peckish, its there : )

DON'T GO HERE! risk of food poisoning. We live around the corner so been here several times but we noticed that you get ripped off. (which is really strange for a McDonalds as things should just be standardised) For exampled when ordering a large portion of fries the box is only half full - so really you paid full price for half. The grand burger was supposed to have two burgers in it but ours had only 1! But the last drop and the reason we decided to never go here again was that me and a friend ended up with food poisoning after eating a chicken select meal. I am very sure that it was because of this food for the simple reason that I have been eating really healthy & fresh food the rest of the week plus my friend was sick too from the same place. Sorry to say so, but the hygiene standards are surely not very high in this McDonalds. I wish someone would do some checks on them.

Please don't go there, their employees are rude, they can barely speak english, the ones that can speak good english are just ignorant and also they always get the food wrong if you are ordering for more than 3 people. More than 10 times i must have been there and every time they get it wrong, i don't like going there but i get dragged there by friends or family that want quick food. I hope this turns people away because this place had so much potential when it opened but the incompetent employees make it unbearable.
