Went August 8th @3pm Got my order that I placed on the app wrong. Had to fix it 3 times. The girl in the drive thru was not kind about their mistake. I go home and my daughter tells me several of her fries were frozen and not good at all. Usually have good customer service here but not today. Bad bad bad. Don’t recommend

Very rude manager, I carefully placed my order and paid whatever the cashier stated. I told the manager I was missing a hash brown. She checked my order and re-ring it up and stated I owe $5.00 dollars for what I ordered. The told me that I need to pay $5.00 more dollars. She could have easily just put the hash brown in the bag and sent me on my way. Instead she just walked away.Very unprofessional

DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ATTITUDE FOR WANTING YOUR FOOD A SPECIFIC WAY !!!!! Thought this was the best McDonald around till now . Was attended by a guy and told him multiply times to put cook to order on my nuggets because there’s been times I receive them really stiff as if they have been there for hours . At the end the guy asked me if the order looked correct and I said for the 3rd time to add cook to order on my nuggets. Maria a chashier there took it open herself to respond saying they had already informed the cook and I tried explaining that I just want it on there because there’s times I’ve asked for them cook to order and don’t get it . And she cut me off and said “we already informed the cook “ with a really bad attitude. I pay for my food and expect it to come back how I want it .. Maria should not be working if she has that attitude with the customers . Idk if she was having a bad day but super unfriendly environment..

Terrible service, not only do they always forget something out of my order when I realize it as IM HOME, I drive back tell them they missed stuff out of my order and they give ME attitude! First of all you guys messed up, you put me through what should be a fast and accurate fast food experience, but instead is inconvenient and stressful for something I PAID for, please be better maybe go through a better proofing of orders! I did not get my money back for the breakfast items they didn’t have anymore they gave me some burgers….

First I had a non polite employee attend us. He "repeated" our order and we're like no it's "dun dun dun" and he's like "yeah that's what I said". Anyways he saw the sauces we ordered and was like "damnnn" and in the end he just have us the bags and that's all. Not a have a nice day not enjoy your food. We ordered 40 NUGGETS. We didn't get a single sauce we asked for. We assumed they were in there because they were rushing everybody out.

I visited the McDonald's at 245 N Soto St in Los Angeles on January 6th around lunchtime during my 30-minute lunch break. I ordered a Big Mac combo and went through the drive-thru. When I took a bite of my burger, I immediately realized I had eaten a whole piece of plastic--turns out it was a plastic glove that was inside my sandwich. This was not only disgusting but concerning, so I quickly returned to the location. I spoke with Sonya at the counter, who refunded my meal and assured me there would be an investigation into the matter. She also promised someone would reach out to me with more information. However, after several days with no communication, I decided to follow up and called the number I was given. When I spoke with the staff working for Mr. Sanchez, they were extremely rude and dismissive. They told me the investigation was finished and the owner had decided not to settle. I was shocked because no one had contacted me, nor had I received any details on the investigation. It felt like they were just brushing me off with no explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. As if this situation wasn't bad enough, I spent the next three days feeling extremely ill. My stomach was messed up from the incident, and I'm not sure what kind of effect swallowing plastic could have on my health, but I definitely felt the consequences. At this point, I've been completely disregarded, and it's clear they have no intention of handling this properly. I was promised follow-up communication that never came, and instead, I was met with rude, unprofessional behavior. Given the lack of accountability and the impact on my health, I'm now considering legal action. I've already contacted a lawyer to explore my options, as it seems like this matter will not be resolved through their customer service. I never thought I'd have to take this kind of step, but I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this location. The way this serious issue has been handled--especially with the health concerns it caused--has been completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a company of McDonald's size and reputation.

McDonald's have been changing the look at every McDonald's in California and probably every states. They need a fresh new look to bring the new generation in to McDonald's and enjoy a great meal. They brought down the 70' look to a more modern look. The food is the same with the classic like the Big mac,the quarter pounder also other meal they have for years. I came to McDonald's to try the once a years tradition the Mcrib it's my favorite sandwich I don't know why I really enjoy it very much. I also enjoy the McDouble it's like a double cheeseburger another favorite and also the Happy meal I like to collect the toy. I have been to different McDonald's in different area like this McDonald's by General Hospital.

I was told last time they open late on Wednesday's because of cleaning the drive through... today is Friday and they are not open... It's a trend at this McDonald's to not be open all the time so be aware of that if u have work in the morning

Been coming here happily for years. Lately it's all changed. The service from these young employees is baffling. Tonight in particular I had the misfortune of being spoken to by a fake blonde skinny green hoodie wearing girl with a yuck attitude. I don't know if she is high or just an airhead. But every time the apathy comes off her like a bad smell. To make this simple. Wrong order. I drive back and once at the window she just looks at me. Annoyed. Idk what your issue is but a simple apology would have been the bare minimum. Some other girl ended up fixing this fake blondes inadequacy. I thank this new employee for fixing the issue only to receive an awkward hand gesture. I don't know how this job is but I do know customer service. And this location(at times) doesn't have the bare minimum. Own up to your mistakes. That's all you have to do. Come at your own risk.

Omg. I'm very disappointed. Coming back from LA, I purposely used my app to speed things up. Yes, traffic galore in and out the streets, and my app was able to help find the nearest location. I ordered way in advance and even immediately entered the parking spot number for online orders right when I parked. Anyhow, waiting for 20 minutes, nobody comes out with my food. So I walked in, again waited for 5 minutes, and still nothing. I asked one of the employees, and she wasn't even aware of my order. To make a long story short, my order was sitting behind their counter... NO apology from the gal, except saying they barely got the order five minutes ago. I don't know how true that was, but the sticker shows 3:02pm, which is about the time I ordered while on the road. I checked my phone. And it was 3:35pm. Go figure. Lol. Yes, my meal was lukewarm, and my fries soggy. I'm not sure what went wrong, except a dysfunctional bunch. And, they're not kids (high school) working that shift. I used to be in high school, too. Scratching my head... McDonald's in different areas needs to better train their adult employees.

Horrible experience! I have always come to this Mac Donalds specially because it's 24hrs. Drive thru was packed and took longer than 30 mins for us to get to order. When ordering they tell us that they are only accepting cash and they cannot take card/apple pay. Keep in mind I'm not able to go backwards because I have cars behind me. I have to wait for others to get out and nicely asked cashier if they can place a sign at drive thru stating that they don't accept card/Apple Pay after 12am. Cashier was extremely rude to me stating that they always do that; which is a lie since I always come to this location! I don't appreciate wasting my time plus getting cashiers horrible attitude! Will definitely not be coming back here again! Destiny

Very annoyed, disappointed, and inconvenienced. I stopped by this location while heading to work. And my order was not complicated at all. 2 hash browns. And 1 sausage biscuit. And they even got that wrong. The service was fast. But I don't understand how they got even that wrong. And then when I called to let the manager know I paid for something I didn't receive. The only suggestion Irene had to offer was me coming back later today. Or another day to get the food I already paid for. Instead of offering me a refund! Apparently. I would have to come back to their restaurant anyways for the refund with my card I paid with which I think is an inconvenience and total bs. But then again what can I expect from McDonald's. Another reason I don't eat at this establishment.

They are charging for bags now! 10 cents. On top of chappy, overpriced food. Overpriced deals and undercooked food. This location has too many problems. The staff is usless mean and snobby. This place is just located in a real good spot. They will alway have business. On top of all this, they have homeless people sleeping in the driveway and ask for handouts as you order.

I wish i could give this a 0 star review. The experience I had today with an employee karen was just simply unacceptable. The customer service was terrible, karen was very disrespectful to me and my kids. She was giving me smart remarks when i was trying to order. The hard time I was given today was very unnecessary. I hope someone takes action upon this because this is simply not right especially to a customer.

Best McDonald's experience: all staff exceptional and hands on and extra helpful (special shoutout to Nora), play area clean/fun (and empty for a good amount of time), and when was the last time you were asked if you wanted any extra sauces! Felt transported to a McDonald's experience from decades ago when service was plentiful and kind.

I got off of my car because the drive-through line was insane it says that they close at 10 PM it was 920 and the doors were close they did not let me in I waited in the drive-through for about almost 25 minutes when I got to the window I asked the manager what's going on and she told me to mind my own business I asked for the district managers phone number and she said that she could not give it to me what did you guys think .. never again

This is the second time I have came to this location always around the Sametime and I always tell them I want everything fresh always to find out the fries are reheated and the nuggets are stale tasting and the burgers look like they been sitting, past this point I blame the manager who's always on duties at the time a short Hispanic lady with short blonde hair she doesn't know how to run the night shift at all when you come in the day time everything is hott and fresh. I'm asking anyone who runs this McDonald's to reach out to me for my refund and fix this mess because people pay alot of money and deserve good food!!!!!!

STEALING EMPLOYEES, TERRIBLE SERVICE, COLD FOOD. **See picture of my receipt* If you visit this location, please make sure you check and double check your receipt. Especially during the late night shifts, they will often say the computer is down, the receipt machine is not working etc. Which happens, I get it. But EVERY single time (literally every single time) this happened they give me a "estimate" of the total. They told me the total was $27 - I definitely did not order $27 worth with the mcpick menu. Are you kidding me? When I asked them about it they quickly said it was a mistake, total is actually $24. I remember them giving me too high of a price LAST time the "computer was down" but it wasn't by a lot, so I just let it slide, too lazy to do the math for 1 dollar. But this time, they were off by 3+ DOLLARS. I paid them and did the math, caught onto it, and asked them to double check my order, someone else answered Yes it's right! I paid and while waiting got my calculator out. I called them out and demanded a receipt. Sure enough, on the bottom they charged me $1.75 for "7 EXTRA SALAD DRESSINGS". They are stealing cash from customers when they computer is down. Not many people ask for receipts so they call a guessed price a few bucks above the actual order and pocket the rest- it's cash!! I have seen this before at other locations. BEWARE - DISHONEST STEALING EMPLOYEES. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Also, fries are always limp and cold. Even when I ask for fresh fries, half are cold.

Came to this location because of the play place. Lol wow the service is so terrible! The young lady(Victoria)in the front counter looked annoyed and I guess expected me to know what the options are on the happy meal. She rushed trough the whole order I had to ask what she was saying several times which annoyed her even more. Waited about 10 minutes for 1 happy meal which is kinda high for a McDonald's. Sat down to eat and noticed we didn't even get napkins. Go back to the counter to ask for napkins and was totally ignored. Yes, they don't have napkins out for you to get yourself at least give people some! The same girl was the only one taking orders, brought me the napkins with a disgusted look on her face. Jesus if you hate your job don't take it out on paying customers. Oh, and no toilet paper in the stalls when I had to take my 2 year old to use the restroom. Sundae machine broken as well. Flies inside the restaurant. Last time I will be here. Quality control is obviously not a priority.

Today was the second time in a row that this establishment has accepted a doordash order and then canceled after OVER AN HOUR. Trash business practices. That is in addition to the fact that accepted orders always end up going a full hour PAST the initial hour delivery window. I genuinely don't understand how this franchise is still in business.

I visited mcdonalds on 09/16 and my experience in placing my order and receiving my order was terrible. first, the person taking my order charged me an extra cheeseburger. when i looked at the receipt i noticed the mistake and address the person at the last window where i would be receiving my order. the person at the window was rude and seemed annoyed that i had brought up the mistake for the extra cheeseburger. she then proceeded to walk away from the window and had her coworker address me. once i was speaking to her coworker, the other staff that i had addressed first began to talk about me in spanish. i am a spanish speaker, so i ujrrtetood every word that was being said about me. i was upset, but was still waiting for them to take the extra cheeseburger off my receipt. after awhile, they agreed to do so and gave me my food. i then received my food and asked if they could provide me with condiments that were not provided in the bag. the first person i address then told me they don't have anymore condiments to give out. i am writing this complaint and store feedback because i am greatly appalled by the service and discrimination i faced during this entire process.

All the reviews you guys read about one stars or no stars are extremely true . The management is horrible at least with the young woman I encountered today. I spoke to her my Big Mac had so little sauce she said oh it already has some and shook her arms like there's nothing else she could do ? What type of manager are you if you can't even tell the kitchen staff to redo something ? I mean any other polite and understanding manager would of just gave some on the side or remade it . I seen everything and the cashier was getting mad at a deal I did through the app to see how cheap I got the food of course it's a app with deals ?!? What else do you expect girl you have discounts already move along ..

BEWARE They only smile and speak to Latinos very prejThis place use to go every day I order coffee the same thing every time they know me morning shift I try to go thru drive thru so I don't have to deal with her I even use the kiosk so that I don't but she don't like anyone that is not Latin I thought it was just me she would always give me a hard time with order she would call the wrong number so that I think it's someone else's coffee I would be standing there looking at a coffee that is mine all the time she told me I couldn't order a senior coffee I didn't know they carded for happy meals n senior coffee and lat but not least today I could have walk back over there and toss this at her but I ordered a sausage biscuit and this is what she gave me I was complaining to my coworker because it across from our job and she said my husband hates her she is so rude he doesn't go in anymore omg it's not just me she is a mean lady and she don't need to be at the cashiers not only that she works 7 days a week and about 12 hours a day u can't go in without her helping u oh I forgot once she told me I could only buy 1 coffee I ask another worker/ manager and she just looked at me I said do u speak English she said I understand I said so she lied rite she just looked at me again another time she put splendor in my coffee I don't drink artificial sugar smh I have had a run with this place and I am tired hope this review help and please review if u are having the same experiences So no this McDonald's I would not recommend anyone who is not Latin to patronize!!!!!

The large fries were half way filled and my husband ordered a quarter pounder and it had 4 small patties! Tried to call but no one is answering the phone of a open 24 hrs McDonalds.

I am here early saturday morning & they have made 10 plus cars wait for over 30 minutes, some of us stuck ans cannot get out of the drive thru. Worst service ever, highly recommend another mcdonalds. Updated review: I usually come here late after work and there is this man who is working the drive thru after hours. He's awesome and is always very nice. If he isn't working the driveway expect the service to not be as good. I've never had any issues with this McDonald's. In fact I love coming to this one the employees I encounter always seem to have a pretty good attitude. But tonight was only bad because of the "new" snack size Oreo Mcflurry. I frequently got that one as the other one is too much and I never tend to finish. Today I got my Oreo Mcflurry in the parfait cups and was charged the same price for it... There's an incredible difference to the cup size. I'm just disappointed they said it was the new cup... Clearly I can read on it as it says made with chobani which is the cup that the parfait uses not Mcflurry.

I'm pissed. The guy in the drive thru scanned my McDonald's coupon and i paid for my meal thinking it went through. Looked at my receipt and was like, "did my coupon go through because I don't see it on my receipt." A different drive through girl was like, "no, it didn't go through." Handed me my food and there was this awkward moment because I'm like, ok... Soooo... what're you gonna do about that then because I'm thinking she's going to correct the situation. Nope. She just waits for me to leave. I'm like fine, i won't make a big deal about it and let it go. Go home and unwrap my food... my Mcgriddle is legit only a sausage patty in the middle. No egg, no cheese. Just a sausage patty. Wtfff? How do you eff that up? So seriously, I hope whoever important reads this scolds the girl and guy working at 5am on this Monday morning, because regardless of what time it is, you need to be doing your job right as providing the customers the service they are paying for. What I witnessed was straight up laziness and I'm really upset being that I decided to even spend my money to eat McDonald's at 5am for something I now regret based on an order that was unfulfilled. Very disappointing. Their staff needs to step it up. Terrible customer service for taking advantage of my kindness in this sense.

This is the worst McDonald's you will ever go to. They will serve you ice cold hot coffee with grinds in it (like it's been sitting in the machine and they pushed the button to give it a jolt of heat) for $3 and think nothing of it. When I sent in an email complaint, the response that came back was "sorry our ice coffee didn't meet your expectations" so you can see the problems at this place start right at the top. If you have to pick between this place and a pig's trough to eat, pick the trough.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I've been to this location several times , only driven by fact I work nearby and options are slim in the area. I order Chicken McNuggets and Always say I'll wait to ensure they are fresh. Today ( my last time) I asked when I placed the order and when I was given the order if it was fresh? Oh yes yes! Right near the usc hospital, easy access. I was standing in line when one of the workers came up to me and took my order on their self service machines since I was paying by card. Brought my order to my table and asked me if I needed anything else. She genuinely looked like she enjoys her job. Always a smile on her face. The only issue I had was my nuggets were a little dry.

No customer service whatsoever the person taking my order was not paying attention they gave me my order he was too busy talking with someone else in drive-through It was packed to top all off they forgot to give me part of my order The manager and she was debating with me what I ordered the couldn't figure out what was my order as I gave her the receipt she still debated with me very poor customer service
