McDonald's

I wanted to stop and get breakfast before work. Worst thing I did today, the morning staff completely ignored me until it was more people in line. While we were waiting we hear a lot of chit chat that they were doing amongst one another. A 20 minute stop turned into a 45 minute stop due to their negligence. Don’t go hear if you want FAST FOOD.

The manager at this location is a superstar. I had a big order for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered the day before and he took care of it. Assured me it would be ready. When I showed up everything was hot and ready to go. I was super impressed. Thank you guys so much my daughter and her classmates were super happy.

The hands-down best McDonald's I have ever been to in my life, and I've been eating at McDonald's for decades. It is truly a community hub, with an informal chess club that meets daily, super friendly and accommodating staff that remember your name, neighborhood regulars...it just epitomizes the very best of what a neighborhood fast food joint can be. It's exceptionally clean, moreso than most McDonald's are (although to be fair they all tend to be fairly clean); the decor is a lot more stylish than the current "airport lounge" theme that they've all been converted to, with a kind of cool, retro vibe and these acrylic tables with lights in them that change color when you touch them that are surprisingly amusing to play with. The management team is outstanding--they remember names and orders, and are super-friendly about handling special requests or other tasks. They have to do regular battle with a difficult constituency--homeless people that sometimes harass paying customers--and always handle it with grace and emotional fortitude. Alas, the only downside is...the food quality could stand to be improved. Everything I had was always fresh and fit to be eaten, but the fries are not crispy unless you ask for it--they don't fry them long enough and/or don't set them under the lamp, and instead serve them soft and limp unless you ask for them to be crisped up. They are happy to do this, but McDonald's fries (once the gold standard of fast food fries) shouldn't be served undercooked and limp by default. So I can't give them five stars on that, but still consider this restaurant as the brightest star in the McDonald's universe. Thanks you guys, I really appreciate your hard work.

Worst drive-through, I happen to order a coffee and 2 sausage McMuffin, and to my luck I didn’t have money in my card, so I tried to pay for just the coffee, but I didn’t have enough, I apologize to the lady and told her that I wouldn’t be able to pay and to cancel the order. Simple right. But she made a comment that upset me, she said if you don’t have money why come here to waste my time, to witch I answer, I’m sorry but she kept on saying that I was just wasting her time. At that point I’m upset, because I wouldn’t had order anything if I knew I didn’t have the money, I thought I did. So I told her, I’m sorry but you’re getting paid. You’re not doing this for free. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the person. But this happen at 6:50am on 02/06/2025 at this location

Food was great, floor in front of ordering machines was very sticky even tho it had “wet floor signs” I’d assume it was just cleaned.. but not if it was sticky. There was a cleaning personnel but he was initially cleaning the restroom and then changing the trash bags even tho all tables inside were dirty with salt on them. i think from a service point of view. They could do the dining tables first so guests can see a clean dining area, and then the trash bags afterwards table wiping… I ordered for here and they packed it to go (seems they no longer give trays for dine in since other patrons seemed to get the food bagged with the table number), employee who brought my bagged food didn’t even offer to wipe the table down with a sanitizer rag.

Take out 2 happy meals. My toddlers wanted McDonald's. Got home no toys in box. (REASON WHY I PURCHASE THEM). Refused to give me the toys. Because they didn't believe me, they should have checked their cameras. Will be calling headquarters.

The service at this location has gone down and I don't think the employees are to blame. Seems like a corporate move and it's very annoying. Used to be able to walk in, and be greeted very friendly by the amazing staff. Unfortunately someone at the corporate decided this location much like many needed to be a KIOSK only system for ordering. The problem with this is that these KIOSKs are extremely slow. You aren't able to edit items like on the register, and if you are paying cash you're going to be directed to order on the KIOSKs just to walk back to the register. More than the KIOSKs being slow, a lot of elderly people simply don't know how to use them so they'll stand around the machine for 10 minutes clogging up lines until they finally give up and wait for someone to attend them at the register. Here's what happened at my last visit. I wanted a Spicy McChicken with onions, big Mac sauce, pickles, and cheese. You can't add big Mac sauce or onions on the kiosk so I have to order at the register. Nobody is at the register because corporate has told them to focus on the drive thru. So I order at the kiosk, wait in line to have my order edited, then I pay and have to wait for it to be made. And because they focus on Drive Thru orders inside take longer than needed. This is a terrible system and a terrible waste of time. Once again, I don't blame the employee's at all because they are just told what to do, but it's ruining the experience of coming here and being served properly.

I just went to the drive-thru to get some coffee and I was the first vehicle there they have two drive thru anyways I was the first vehicle to arrive I'm waiting and waiting nobody helps me so another car pulls up next to me and they help that person out immediately so my point to this story is that I wasn't taking care of first I was the first vehicle they took care of the second vehicle they got there 5 minutes .they need to get it right !!!

Food hot. Food good just like any other McDonald's. The service was good. They didn't mess up my mobile order. Not too many homeless in the parking lot.

In my 20 years of eating at this food chain have I never seen a McDonald's so incompetent. Let me start of by saying you have to wave down somebody to help you. Staff clearly tries to ignore you. SECOND I ordered breakfast at 10:27am 3 minutes before there breakfast closed and they canceled my order. They said I need to order 5 minutes before 10:30.... So I'm assuming it's false advertising that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. This place is so awful save your time and peace of mind avoid this place. They will ignore you and cancel orders when they feel like it.

It stinks in there. Customer service is horrible homeless sitting down everywhere. The worst McDonald's I have ever been. negative -5 stars.

I went to restaurant because my order was missing 2 items, I find the restaurant taped off and only a lane wide enough for maybe two persons, people waiting for their orders with no actual waiting area? There was no construction or signage that indicated the dining room was closed. Anyway I still was missing a hash brown from my mobile order after going inside. It's a shame the owners or certain McDonald's in this area have no pride of ownership and do not make sure their restaurants are professionally run. I go to a certain McDonald's run by a different group in San Pedro and they are 100% better run, cleaner, friendlier and with great communication skills. Why can't all these stores be run like the two in San Pedro?

They force non employees aka patrons to place their own order at service kiosks. Then pay at the cashier? We do not get paid to do anything. We are giving you our money so you can do your job. Mind as well fire everyone and hire robots.

The WORST McDonald's! I usually don't eat McDonald's but after running a 5k for the New Year it was the only thing open. We got to the drive through at 2:30 and it stated it closes at 3:30am. An employee spoke to us via the intercom, but after placing our order didn't respond. We waited and kept saying hello and nothing. We drove up to the window and honked the horn. No one to be found at the window. I think the employee hid because he didn't want to take anymore orders! A waste of time! Do not go to this McDonald's!

This McDonald's really sucks customer service is horrible. The people are not friendly at all. They toss your food at you at the counter. I won't be coming back at all

Stopped here not too long ago visiting a friend. I ordered some breakfast egg Mc muffins and biscuit Mcmuffins. Pretty busy inside and we had a quick breakfast here. Staff were nice, They were ok. Food was warm and decent. Mc Donlads is McDonalds.

This is my go to Mc Donald's on my way to work or from work. During this pandemic and working in healthcare it is very important that everyone is following CDC guidelines and this MC Donald's never disappoints. After a long day at work I decided to get a coffee. I had the most lovely polite conversation with (I think her name was Vivi?) I might've spelled that wrong. She was so kind and after a busy day at work it's always nice to end my day on a good note. She was sweet and with such great spirit. I will always choose this MC Donald's over any other!

I usually come to this McDonald's because it's near my house. I always have a bad experience with one of the workers at the drive-through! Her name is Jenny- Jennifer she's always has an attitude! She always rolling her eyes when I ask her for ketchup she has even throws my change at me! Today I asked for my ice cream to please be in a cup because it will make it easier for me to hold. What does she do she makes my ice cream cones extra small!! and I nicely asked if she can please make them a little bigger because it's usually bigger than that! Her reply was in spanish ( Asi vienen ) turning around and not wanting to do it. The manager told her Jenny they come bigger than that. I told the manager that I'm tired of her attitude and rolling eyes! she's always so rude when I come through the drive-through. I don't know what her problem is. Maybe they should put her to wash toilets and she can do all the eye rolling to the damn sink! I told the manager I was putting it up on yelp and calling corporate because she's done it numerous times! His reply was yes call because it's not the first time she does this And to top it off I get home my fries are half full

Easily one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Slow service, food shortages, disorganized, incompetent workers who don't care or are brain dead

I hate to dump on this place, but they screw up my drive through order pretty much every time. They just give me the bag all closed up and say everything is in there, then I get home short a sandwhich or a fry. Plus they don't give any napkins or ketchup with the order??? What??

This one star is regarding the drive thru teller situation. This McDonalds and other drive thru's need to have staff with a good grasp of the English language. No offense to my fellow Spanish-speaking Latinos trying to move up. It just gets so frustrating often. I always order sugar free vanilla flavor in my coffee and NO SUGAR because I am diabetic. The drive thru teller asks me how many sugars do I want in my coffee? I say No Sugar, that I said "Sugar free vanilla." He says, I know, but how many sugars do you want?!? I said, "ZERO!" End of story, I get home and drink the coffee I just ordered. THEY PUT SUGAR in my coffee and now I'm dealing with a damn diabetic sugar spike which is gonna ruin the rest of my day, including a headache that won't go away.

Omg horrible experience,I came here today and first I ordered food and the person taking ordered Marcos I was told his name was advise he just clocked in so he didn't know when the food was made like apple pies, then I get to the 2nd window, before I could say what I want Rhaya automatically said Ketup in the bag umm I didnt ask about that then the final issue, fries was cold and I asked for everything fresh no Salt, my fries was salty. Now I love customer service but this was very bad. They make it easy not to eat here.

They don't give ketchup with fries and when I asked for ketchup they asked me for a receipt, wtf!!!!!! Ketchup is free with order of fries. Cheap owner.

I went to McDonald's drive thru and order a J Balvin meal and when I got home to see that someone in there staff from the McDonald's thought it was funny to put a tortilla in my burger. I went back to the McDonald's to see with the manager about this problem and he started laughing and said, "sorry boss". I ask for refund and I was very disappointed. Make sure you check your order before you leave the restaurant

We go to this McDonald's drive through because it's close to our house and almost every other time, they either get my orders wrong or I'm missing an item. I partially blame myself because I should check my items before driving off but I get so anxious blocking people behind me.

Yo Mcdonald, you guys cheap or what. I ordered nugget combo with medium size fries, and what is that? Medium size box with half amount of fries and other half fill with air??? Im not paying $7 for this. And train your employees better, make sure they put my sauce in my bag every time please.

It's 2:30 am and I just wanted something to eat, so I go to this McDonald's and they tell me that they are only accepting cash at the moment so I go to the bank and get some cash then I go back and the guy told me again that they're only accepting cash at the moment and I said oh yeah that's fine I just went to the bank for a 20 and I giggled a lil and then the guy literally tells me "nobody asked. So what do you want" I said nothing thank you and I left. I literally felt so bad and just because I wanted to make a little joke. This guy just doesn't care how he acts in the place of work.

Dont go there they are rude if want to do anther order they wil make go back at the end of the line dont go thereeerrrrrr!

Well I'm hungry and I'll wait. I just got my brakes done and my tail light on my Honda CR-V car. So thank god or the people behind me won't know when I stop. I come here because I to see Ronald whom I met in 87, when I worked here in July 7, 1987. Memories

This place is terrible,the people who are taking the order are terrible at listening, we had ordered 4 frappes, 2 mocha and 2 caramel then they ended up giving us only 1 mocha and 1 caramel. Burger king is better its only down the street definitely going to burger king next time.

Good service the food is like always good! But the only down side is that's they have a play place for the children but no games

Absolutely incompetent at the register. I made a mobile order, so when I let the lady know, she told me to come to the first window. I asked if she needed the code because mobile orders usually require a code at the drive thru, but she insisted I just come to the window. Afterwards, she started becoming really confused about why I was there, asking what I ordered because she kept making mistakes, guessing my order. After I asked her if J should finally just give her the code, she had the audacity to act as if I WAS THE STUPID ONE, because she for whatever reason did not understand that I had clear said I had a mobile order at the drive thru MULTIPLE TIMES. She had an extremely horrible attitude, despite her being the issue. What a disgrace

Hands down the worst McDonald I've ever been to in my life. Bring a blanket and get cozy while waiting for your order. Cashier doesn't know what's going on, neither do the people in the back. Sad sad place. Where's my food?

I came to this McDonald earlier today and the service was real good. Polite people, especially the girl with the red short hair and glasses. People like her make it such a good reason to come back to this specific McDonald's.

Bad service. They take for ever just for three coffee and a iced coffee over 20 mins. It not even busy for them to take long.

I used the MC app to place an order. This was a horrible experience. I realized I was missing a Big Mac when I got home. I returned to the restaurant to claim the missing item and ask to speak with the Manager. The manager was not available to speak with me. I eventually got the missing Big Mac. After the whole ordeal, my daughter and I ate cold fries and cold chicken nuggets. This was very disappointing . I don't think I will ever use the MC App again to order from this restaurant and would not recommend it to any of my friends. Get Outlook for iOS

Today I went to buy two 4 piece nugget meal and this is what they gave me. My kids were disappointed and I apologised to them for McDonalds short changing them on the food. The fries come in the tiniest container. I counted the fries and they only gave me 9 French fries. This is ridiculous. Will NEVER will go to this particular place again. I've been to so many McD's and have never been cheated like this.

I did a mobile order and PAYED, but the app said that the STORE had an issue and the lady at the register told me that I did the order wrong and it wasn't payed for.. if it wasn't payed for than why does it show in my bank that it was?...

I hate this McDonald's I paid 45for two big combo and two happy meals and I got home and didn't get the toys my kids were so sad I tough they always put them on the box

Having just read Franchise: The Golden Arches in Black America by Marcia Chatelain I've been extra diligent about finding the right McDonald's to patronize. Shouldn't be eating fast food but if you do this McDonald's should hit the spot. Customer service was very good as in courteous and fast, staff was wearing gloves and masks during the pandemic, my order was taken and delivered accurately, the two cheeseburgers were as expected, the fries were fresh out the fryer and properly salted. I visited on a weekend and it was busy but got me through the drive-thru quickly. Do visit for your quick burger fix.

Got in the drive thru and took a good 12 minutes to get to the last window to pick up food. We then were sent to spot 3 to wait for food. Took another 30+ minutes to finally get our food. Doesnt seem like fast food. We ordered a deluxe breakfast and 2 mcdoubles. Its inconsidersate to have us wait for so long for food and then bring it to us cold. Would not recommend coming here.

I came to this mcdonalds and was standing there for a while and no one helped me. Some of the employees glanced at me and didn't try to ask if I needed help although they were not doing anything. Horrible customer service! I was told by a friend they are taking orders differently but if that was the case they should have let me know they don't take orders on the counter anymore instead of just looking at me.

This is the worst Mc Donald's ever!!!!! Everyone there should be fired! Customer service doesn't exist here! I had to wait for my food for 10 minutes and I still had to go inside to get it! I swear! Every time I order from ubereats there's always something missing! How hard is it to read the receipt? You guys aren't even looking at the customer or talking to them! It's common sense! My favorite part is when they attach the receipt to the bag but the McDonald's sticker covers the half of the order!

Made the mistake of coming here. A friend of mine and I were in a hurry and wanted a quick lunch. We came here and I ordered a combo. I take my food to our table, open the box and find the wrong burger. I took it up to the front and informed one of the managers. A few minutes later I was handed another sandwich. I get back to our table and open the box only to find the same mistake, but with 2 patties instead of one. At this point I just said "f--k it" and ate it.

Employees and manager have a nasty attitude...!! It's unpleasant, these people need to be better educated on how to treat customers. ‍

Good morning breakfast I'll later regret. This place is chill in the morning with a tv on the Univision channel. This place used to be ugly, but since it's remodel it is better and they do control who comes in (locals or local bums). Play place is big, capacity of 61 kids, drive thru is 24 hours with two lanes (I adore that after a night out). This McDonald's is cool on my count, happy munching!

The guy on the cashier doesn't know what is he doing !! He doesn't even know the deals about McDonald's!! I've ordered a coffee he got confused between sugar and creamer !! Manager is rude too Bad customer service

I never had s problem here they always get my order correct and they are usually pretty fast.

This McDonald's never has fresh fries nor fresh nuggets. They are always soggy. The only good thing is that the ice cream machine works

Pretty sure I got over charged for Fries. I'm in a hurry to get to work so I can't check the receipt and it hasn't shown up in my statements. But I ordered two chicken sandwiches and medium fries on the screen monitor. The fries were and addition to the sandwiches but when I got my order it was just the fries and the guys said only the fries were ordered. Until I see otherwise in my statement that is not what happens and I got ripped off. And it didn't print me a receipt when I hit the button for one. I used the machine to help the people taking orders from the huge line that was going on. Also give the homeless man extra fries at the door so he goes away.

It just keeps getting worse at this place. Just got home from using their drive thru. Handed my daughter the Sprite I ordered with our meal. Tastes like nothing I took off the lid.. there is trash inside the drink!!! I'm not driving back there to have them fix my order. They keep having these issues all the time. 100% won't be going back anymore.

Horrible McDonald's. Manager and staff have no class. And something is always broken. shut it down and hire people that know how to conduct them selves in a business manner....

The worst McDonald's experience, ever. It is 11pm and I am currently waiting for 2 cheeseburgers and a world famines fries, for 20 minutes in drive thru. WTH ....!!!!!!

Been coming to this McDonald's location for years now. I've only used the drive thru service. Ive gone late night and early morning. Ive never have had a problem with this particular location. They even have a split drive thru service now here to take orders twice as fast. Pay at the first window. Get your food at the second. Breakfast all day now? Might be coming here more often.
