I Didn't Know I Had That Option For In The App It Appears To Be Available For Order As A Meal. Which As You Ca nSee I'm My Picture I Only Ordered A Fries. Great Service Anthony H.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in my area. They allow the homeless to come in and take over the entire restaurant. They go up to the counters while people are ordering or waiting for their food, they put up their entire set ups in the booths and bother the customers and the employees with NO ONE telling them to stop or leave. It smells horribly. The kiosks are always filthy and the food is never fresh. When you ask for fresh food they look at you like you’re crazy. I hate going here and I hate that it’s the closest to me so I’m inconvenienced into going elsewhere. If I could give the atmosphere and service 0 stars I would.

On one of my many recent visits. I was craving something sweet . So I got me a apple pie and when I went to go pay for it. The nice young man said that it was on him... 🥹. Now I don't know if he knows that I am homeless at the time but I would like to say that his parents brought him up right. And he has some good karma points ...

The food is good, but the service needs to improve, long wait times.

I was in downtown running some errands it was kinda how I want something cold and refreshing to drink and I know McDonalds have very good milkshakes I went and got me one yummm 😋 I was very surprised how nice and clean the place amazing were, and the people very fast and kind.

Put an order on the app while waiting in tha drive thru lane.At the speaker was asked what i would like to order, told them i already ordered thru the app.Got to the window and was told that I haven’t told anyone your order…was asked to wait at next window. 45 minutes later my patience was running out, came up to the window to ask what’s going on with my order? Was told to keep waiting, couple minutes later finally got my order, to find out it was cold as it could possibly be…Last meal at mcdonalds. Worst experience ever!

Only McDonald’s that I know of that charges you extra for a bag. not to mention this is already one of the more expensive McDonald’s in the area, kinda crazy they can’t cover the $.10 for a bag.

Ava was in the 2nd window today for lunch. She's super friendly, and she is EXACTLY the kind of person you want to talk to at a food establishment. TEN STARS for Ava!!!! Also, thank you for getting my order right the first time. Everything was hot and delicious.

Dont like this Mc Donalds location at all. I used to come and eat here sometimes when I worked in Downtown L.A. Its just that it is always dirty inside here, bad area with the homeless and trouble makers here. Food is ok, sometime they never get your order right. Service is very bad here.

If you want to buy food inside the restaurant, don't. The customer service while trying to pick up your mobile order in the lobby is atrocious. They blatantly ignore customers, look you straight in the eye when asking to pick up your order and they walk away to go on break or help with drive through. You might as well be a ghost. My attempt to pick up my order during my lunch break was the straw that broke the camels back. I waited 15 minutes for an order that the app notified me was ready. None of the staff would acknowledge me or the other 5 people waiting to pick up orders. I don't know where the mindfulness has gone but it's like the entire staff has made it their mission to ignore anymore who comes inside. It might as well be a drive through only location. They even had one of the doors locked that was on the handicap ramp! Between this location and the taco bell next door it's nearly impossible to get anything on time because they simple do no care about customer service. If they paid nearly as much attention for the people who came inside, as they do for drive through it would be a great location. They don't want to talk to you, place your order or assist you with picking up an order from the app. If you aren't in a car you might as well forget about this place entirely. At the end of the day, you'll waste your time and lunch waiting for food that wasn't ready as indicated. They will say it's ready but will scramble to prepare it once you show them the Order details (WHEN YOU CAN EVENTUALLY GET SOMEONE TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOU). Grabbing lunch shouldn't be this hard... running a business means caring about every customer not just one aspect of the business. Coming from someone who worked at McDonald's for their first job, you can absolutely can do both and should. Management you have to do better, because you are also ignoring customers and the staff does the same. The amount of times I've waited for someone to help me and a manager has looked at me and walked right past explains why everyone else thinks it's acceptable.

Great mcdonalds. Ice cold AC, good service and my favorite Buy one get one for $1 deal I usually buy a big mac and get fillet o fish for $1 Its pretty clean here too. Well done

Used to have no problem with this location as it is located right near the 110 carpool onramp but the cheap a$$ owners started charging $0.10 cents per bag. (Yes, I'm aware of the stupid LA city ordinance but it passed in 2023 and the city gave businesses the option to absorb the cost). Here's a better suggestion to the owner, just bump up the price a nickel on a few items and you'll save yourself from aggravating customers who are already irritated about being asked if they want to use the McDonald's app and if we want to donate to the Ronald McDonald House charity when what they just want to do is order food, pay and leave. Fortunately for me, while I get on the freeway at the 110 carpool lane, I get off the freeway in a city that isn't Los Angeles so I don't deal with this $0.10 ripoff bag fee.

Handing a hamburger without the bun? Girl really? Also no fountain drinks at midnight, and then uochargkng for a Dasani water bottle? That's outrageous

This McDonalds is hands down the best one I've been to. Drove through late at night after dancing up an appetite and they were the only ones open. I was fully prepared to have the average McDonald's experience and was elated when I got my food. The fries were so hot they almost burned my fingers (thank god, exactly how I like them), the nuggets were also piping hot, and my Sprite and Big Mac were both great. Every McDonald's needs to learn from these guys.

They are charging .10 cents for a bag?! They are not asking you if you want it or not, they are just charging the amount. Store#0358 Andy store "manager" said it's not under my control and when I got to the 2nd window to pay he said since June of 2024 they have been charging this bag fee... it is not his fault but SOMEONE needs to be accountable for.

No nether Minecraft sauce or Employees refused to look for it. Very unorganized and messy as well

Big warning big warning if you park in McDonald's parking lot at this address and you go in and get a cup of coffee and come back out and say walk to a business down the block for 20 min or so, you will come back your vehicle may be gone!!!! They have it towed!!! To get it back it'll cost you up to almost $500 to get it back, so that's the facts!!! I will be contacting corporate about this so my suggestion is it will take me eight times eating out with my family and we eat at McDonald's every Thursday at $50.00- $65.00 a trip but to recuperate my $439.60 and to make McDonald's pay for hurting our hard-working family and man for what they did. my family and I will never eating at any McDonald's again!!! McDonald's will not make a profit on me for I hope 20 years!!! McDonald's will not traffic off me a hard-working man or just family. We need to stand up and let McDonald's a giant, corporate entity, or any giant corporation know it's our money that keeps them running.

I was excited to finally order the steak, egg, and bagel this morning. Sadly, it was missing the egg. So disappointed. Make sure to check your order. I mobile ordered and went to the drive through. I was already at work when I realized it. I tried calling, but no answer.

Quality greatly depends on staff. Tonight, I ordered just two ice creams. I watched the guy at the drive thru window with an earring give them to the wrong car. Before re-serving it to me he left them melting under a tea machine. There is tea in my melted ice cream.

Horrible experience! The manager here is horrible! Every time I go here past midnight, these lazy manager and workers would not even bother to make a fillet o fish at all. His excuse always is that they have no fillet o fish parties. Obviously they do have the parties but the lazy manager won't even worry about making it. Horrible people and horrible place!

I ordered french vanilla iced coffee. When I was grabbing coffee it was warm on the bottom. Still had some ice on top but once I mixed, it melted right away and not COLD!!! I ordered iced coffee not room temp coffee!!! Also, lid was leaking.

This McDonald's has gone significantly downhill over the past year. After I was given the wrong order, they took it back from me after I left the restaurant and served it to another customer. I could've done anything with that bag. Wildly unsanitary, especially since it seemed the manager at the time was aware it was happening. The fries are consistently cold and they don't change the oil so they're also bitter.

Just refused to give a refill. I asked to call a manager and blonde young lady came and just showed her attitude. I didn't argue because she was hostile. I showed my receipt but she told that drive through isn't regular customer and you have to order inside to get refill. So disappointed that company hires so rude manager

worst mcdonald's it's not corporate they up charge and charge more than your original mcdonalds booooo ! i got a happy meal and wanted my drink to be a slushie they charge me the happy meal plus 2$ for a small slushie instead of a small drink . 2$ thats ridiculous when you can get a slushie any size for 1.49

Somehow the best McDonald's in all of LA. Don't bother going to the rest of them. Lines are fast food always is hot just make sure they get your order right if you have multiple orders.

MAN, MC D's. McDonald's will always hold a very dear place in my heart as it was so much much of my childhood. I grew up eating McDonald's. Played in the playplace as a kid - tunnels, ballpit, springy McD's characters, loved Grimace, got every single Happy Meal toy you could imagine! Back when the chicken was extremely questionable and you'd bite into something crunchy and say, "F* it! What was that?" Grinded up cartilage that's what. Cheeseburgers used to be 39 cents on Tuesdays and the limit was 20! I never got that much, but def took advantage of the 39 cent burgs. $5 - 20 piece chicky nugs. Crispy Chicken Sandwiches and #2 Cheeseburger Meal...man, just for the nostalgia I never want this place to go out of business. They are around for a reason! They know what's up. Fastforward, I don't eat meat anymore except fish and almost never do I get a filet-o-fish. Now I think McD's is coming on up! Breakfast all day. McGriddle cakes. Hash browns. Yum Yum. Fast drive-thru for DTLA. Never have gotten my order wrong. Good Good Yum Yum.

The Dining Room was just remodeled. It looks beautiful and airy. That was truly a magnificent job. But try to use the bathroom! It is disgusting and beyond filthy.

I am a long standing customer (30+ years) of this McDonald's. I have seen it go from a first rate establishment to a one star only because there isn't anything lower to rate. Every single order I place is always I mean always incorrect!!! I order a medium or small coke and they are always trying to shove a LARGE coke on me! "It's the same price" the employee says. I don't know what language I need to use to order a small coke and receive a SMALL and not a LARGE coke! I have addressed this to management and get nowhere. Their explanation is always defensive. Today I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions for a child who doesn't eat onions... welll I received two pieces of hamburger bread and ketchup! I am speechless. Once again management was useless. No accountability at all. Not even an apology. I got a well you can come back and we will give you another one or you can get a refund! I am beside myself at this point I think McDonald's will lose my business! Thank you management for training employees to not question unreal orders. I know have a hungry child. Oh and I was told by management that people actually order bread with ketchup i was not convinced that can be true. Ronald McDonald you let me down and disappointed my child.

Worst franchise ever. They push your order through as if they made it and they didn't. Not sure if they're understaffed or they don't have the resources. It the franchise heads need to remedy this and figure because this is a busy McDonalds and need to know how to deal with high volume

I have never experienced McDonald's food being so horrible as today's experience. My daughter is having surgery down the street and my wife and I had to have breakfast, what better place than McDonald's right? Wrong!!! I came to the door and the restaurant was closed, had to go around through the eh Drive Thru. Came across the street so my wife could get Starbucks and while I sat waiting, I decided to start eating. COLD FOOD, COLD AS YOH CANNOT IMAGINE. My wife suggested I should go and return it, after waiting so long for breakfast and nervous about my daughter's surgery, I ate cold McDonald's food. Thank you for ruining my day Crapy Macdonalds

Every experience I've had at this particular McDonald's has been mediocre at best. They always get something wrong with a simple order and seem to miss an item every time. The food isn't fresh and you can tell it has been sitting around for hours. This particular establishment needs better management and workers.

I've had mixed feelings about this place and their service but to be honest it's not bad. Just a couple days ago I ordered an in store pick up but I forgot this location is renovating so the drive thru is the only thing open. They were nice enough to let me walk to the last window of the drive thru to pick up my order. Although the food is kind of inconsistent, you can't go wrong with the deals they give you on their mobile app.

I've wanted to get a midnight snack here (Which was just a Large Fries which took 20 minutes to order because they only had 1 cashier and over 30 minutes to be served. Came to get my Teacher Appreciation Happy Breakfast. I take the Metro, so I walked to the restaurant. Google Maps showed they are open for dine-in, curbside, and drive-thru, but this was on the window when I arrived. Unfortunately mobile order isn't an option for the teacher deal because we have to show our educator ID. Way to make yourselves inaccessible to pedestrians, McDonalds.

I ordered via mobile yesterday and, after it said it was ready, I arrived at the restaurant and waited for almost an hour before the front desk had time to check my online order and made that for me in a few minutes. If McDonald's failed to connect the app to the restaurants, they should never cheat us with an "online order" option.

Service is horrible went to this McDonalds couple time this week they take too long to take the order when food was ready it was cold I had to return my food couple times today due to the wrong cold hamburger and cold fries

During this crisis of ever spreading coronavirus, the workers were not wearing any sanitary golves. When I asked, the manager told me that it was not mandatory. They were all laughing about it infront of me. I called mcDonald's customer serivce and was told that it was mandatory. I hope that they straighten out those workers that are not taking this crisis seriously. And you better hope that we did not catch anything from this experience!

Their drive-thru line is always out to Figueroa. Takes forever here. I waited in line for 30 mins for a coffee. Plus they wear masks still lol

McDonald's on 2810 S. figueroa Street by the USC campus you guys are horrible with customer service. You always seem to get the order wrong or you are missing something that I ordered and by the time I check its no use to go back and complain. You made me wait 35 minutes on spot 1 for a 80 piece chicken nuggets because you were backed up and then when the young man came to drop of the food to my car he had a horrible attitude none helpful young man which mind you he also had forgot to give me barbeque Sause like seriously. I already waited 35 minutes now you are gonna make me wait another 15 minutes in total about 50 minutes to get Sause for something that I had already asked for in the drive through. Pathetic service I also called and spoke to the Manager he apologized for having horrible employees that don't care that they are actually getting paid to provide service to the customer I guess that doesn't count that if it wasn't for us the customers you would not have a job also you chose that job so if you are un happy with your job decision maybe you should of thought about that before you gave horrible customer service to the customers that have waited over 10 or 15 minutes seriously 50 minutes for a order that is just pathetic. One more thing when you order a soda at this Mcdonalds they do not fill it to the top their excuse is because the drink has ice but then it is still not even full to the top like they did before. Mcdonalds and specifically this Mcdonald spot management has to be better you are doing poorly in customer service and everyone seems to have a horrible attitude in your Mcdonalds. Your employees should be polite, kind and professional when providing customer service to your customers which is not done most of the time the times I have gone to this Mcdonalds you see very young teenagers with horrible customer service skills. Improve Mcdonalds you guys should be spot on with your service since and when you have USC students that come to you every single day but yet you still fail in customer service.

No stars even their manager working right now yells at Uber eats drivers if they wait for orders at the DT when it clearly says that's where to wait for food, he said my order didn't matter as much any other customer. I felt unsafe and disrespected never again.

Horrible place. Terrible communication. The guy comes out and closes the line with a "wet floor" sign at the ordering menu in the drive through with a long line of cars waiting. I don't understand WHAT protocol would call for that. I've never seen a McDonald just randomly decide to close out of no where like what?!

I'm rating this as a McDonald's and not as an overall restaurant. That being said, this is one of the less competent McDonald's that I go to. The amount of times they mess up my order has significant disparity from other McDonald's. They are also kinda slower than other McDonald's. In terms of food.... it's a McDonald's you know what your getting.

Bad service and today I got very ill from their food. There is something deeply wrong with this paticular McDonalds.
