McDonald's

Come here to eat every so often and it never lets me down. I live their bourbon steak with mashed potatoes. Tried the wonton chicken tacos (appetizer) for the first time and they were delicious! I could probably go there just for those. Our server was super attentive, friendly and quick. This place is always clean and the atmosphere is lively.

Bad experience, too bad service. The coffee very cool , no napkins, the table very dirty, the prices foods were very expensive that another McDonald's. No recomend any persons. Served 1 Sr. Coffee & 1 Apple pie. Almost $5 dollars.

Absolutely disgusting—this McDonald’s put up a sign on the restroom door saying that only paying customers can use it. I’ve probably bought food from McDonald’s at least 500 times and never seen a rule like this. The staff here clearly don’t want to clean, so they just made up their own law—as if they have more authority than Congress. Never go to a McDonald’s with a 3.8 rating—there’s a reason it’s that low. The staff here look like they’re on the verge of death.

I came here for breakfast and although the service was decent the dining area does not feel safe. Unfortunately the food is not as good as I remember it and its s lot more expensive than before.

I ordered a medium coke and it took about 13 mins to help me out. On a Sunday, at 2pm and it was packed. I was understanding up until I had 3 different employees ask me my number and what I ordered and none of which do not know how to communicate, it will be right out or something to let me know what happened. This happened after they took off my number off the screen and I still hadn’t receive my medium Coke. You wasted my time and yours just by asking me a question with no response. It took 3 tries like Goldilocks to hand me a Coca Cola. When I got to the car, it was Dr Pepper. When shit hits the fan at this place, your food and drinks will be contaminated. It’s a metaphor fyi yet the place on average smells awful so there’s that.

Hi on Jan 2 2025 on 12:50PM they messed up our order so I came to the counter for they could fix it since they took over 15+mins to give us our order again my fries got cold so I asked for a new one we literally ate 5 fries or less from our Large Fries s my gf came to the counter and asked the manager can he give us new fresh fries since they got cold so the manager said "Oh I'ma give you a medium fries since you ate 5 fries from it" (him Being petty Manager Misael) from 1-2-25 around 1:PM I posted a picture below of the recipe and the medium fries he gave us, he is sooo petty this McDonalds needs a whole new manager he acts like those fries are coming out his check knowing we paid for Large Not medium, we ended up buying another fries for his petty as,

Ate a bicmac tbh it was not good. Just giving 5 star to support local business. The McDonald's in Ktown LA is a standard fast-food spot offering the usual menu of burgers, fries, and breakfast items. Service is generally quick, but the location can get crowded, especially during peak hours. The cleanliness and upkeep are decent, though not exceptional. It's a convenient option for a quick, affordable meal, but don't expect anything beyond the typical McDonald's experience.

I don’t have many vices, but late night McDonalds is my one big guilty pleasure, and I have to have my fries HOT haha! So, I really wanted to come on here to acknowledge the best, most consistent late night staff of ANY McDonalds that I’ve ever been to, that is not an over exaggeration at all. Not only did this crew recommend and tell me how to order to get my fries HOT and everything fresh, but they have consistently, over the past few years, given me the best, hot, and freshest value meals I’ve ever had. I’ve had to go to other locations for one reason or another and not a single one of them has come close to the quality of this location, thank you late night staff!!!!
