I come to this location often. I feel they are usually consistent with quality and order accuracy. I did have an issue with my order and returned to speak to a manager. My complaint was handled sincerely and corrected without hesitation. The replacement sandwich was exceptional. I was so pleased with how the manager conducted himself that I had to leave a review. Great customer service.

I ordered for 10 pc nuggets mobile order and picked in drive thru . After went home I just open the box they kept only 9 pcs . By believing your service each and every customer not checking the box at drive thru window by taking this an advantage they are not keeping the food properly.For this 1 chicken nugget I need to travel back and fight with them. Very poor service / lady in the Mike not even listen to me . They are trying push fast out without giving proper service .

ain’t nothing worse than getting a mcdouble dressed like a mac, that ain’t even dressed with the mac sauce… i paid an extra 3 dollars just for this little thing and it’s the fact that it wasn’t even busy? whoever made my burger clearly had a bad shift but dude for an extra 3$ for basically just lettuce?

To the owner! Yesterday crew need a raise (10th) food was nice hot and juicy best kfc I tasted in Canada.. today not so much.. while vegetables were fresh ( like not other kfc around) chicken was dry and cold.. you have the freshest produce but some shifts drying chicken to the bone 🙈nobody wants to pay for chicken that taste like wood

This is one of the worst McDonald I’ve been to. 50% of the tables were uncleaned, and we had to clean ourselves first. As in we had to soak tissue and clean it wet. And it’s out of tomatoes and lettuce at 9pm on a Saturday. We later ordered a flurry and never got it until we went to ask for it personally. The onion is almost non existent and there’s all too much pickle and juice on the burger. Just SO BAD.

Visited this McDonald’s at 796 Burnhamthorpe Rd W recently and had a very serious issue. I ordered 2 McVeggie burgers (order #883) and discovered at home that both had bacon inside. My wife is strictly vegetarian for religious reasons, so this was not a small mistake – we couldn’t eat the food and it caused a lot of distress. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I submitted a complaint through McDonald’s and never received any response. On top of that, in a more recent order from the same location, a Filet-O-Fish was completely missing. Between getting meat in a vegetarian item and items missing from the bag, I’ve completely lost trust in this location. There seems to be very little attention to dietary restrictions or basic order accuracy. I won’t be ordering from this branch again

Nasty old food being served at this location I bought two pies that where 14 hours old see picture. This is a on going thing at this location Last time going to this location . Shame on you and your workers for not caring about customers food and health .

Why is it that every time I order anything in the evening from this location it's sad and cold? My last review was 5 years ago and the service used to be consistently great. How disappointing. However I do have to point out that if you go in the morning and/or afternoon the food freshness and quality is much better. At least their ice cream machine is never broken, so there's that.

It goes without saying that if you're going to McDonald's for quality, you're going to the wrong place. It's just a nice place to pick up a small little thing, you know it's affordable, and roughly consistent. The problem with this McDonald's is, every time I've gone there, anything chicken, has been extremely disgusting. Whether a Junior chicken, Mc chicken, or McNuggets. They're all extremely stale, and taste like oil, never warm, never fresh. But, the service is typical.

Dropped in for my free mobile offer only any size coffee. Thank you McDonalds! It was very busy location but the order was taken quickly and fulfilled within 2 minutes which was very satisfying to me. You can also use the self-order stations as well. A drink station is available so you can take advantage of unlimited drink refrills. This restaurant received a major renovation and the decor and colour scheme is quite pleasant to the eye. There's a drive-thru if you don't want to go inside to dine.

Slower than usual McD's. This particular location doesn't have an automated screen with order numbers on it, so you'll hafta pay attention. There were no cashiers when I was in a line-up of 3 people. All workers had their backs turned preparing other orders. Wait was long before a cashier finally appeared. There didn't seem to be a Supervisor on duty - the person with a headset who's making sure things run like a well-oiled machine. Very slow, so I'll avoid this location in the future!

I went to the drive through yesterday around 5:20 and ordered 3 big macks with 2 coffee, double cream and one sugar and orange juice. I came home and found out the sandwiches were dry, almost no mayonnaise and coffee dark and sweet. The fries were cold and didn't taste like freshly cooked, end of the line. I called many times to complain but the the message says the mail box is full. I tried again this morning and the same message. I paid $34.32. So disappointed. Harveys still the best!

The environment is very comfortable. Service is good and speedy. It is the central location in Mississauga and the restaurant is recently renovated (again).

Out of all the Mickey Dee's Iv been to, I find this one to be nicer then the rest. It's very clean, the staff is nice and talkative (because the random convo here and there can be quite interesting) AND they have a fish tank with a bunch of exotic fishes (Nemo!). It's a self serve for drinks btw. And they still have the old school tables outside and stools if you wanna just chill out in the summer while you eat your strawberry sundae with extra peanuts. Right now I'm hooked on the mighty Caesar salad with grilled chicken, it's surprisingly very delish. Guess you can say "I'm lovin' it" *justin timberlake voice*

A bit dodgy and still filled with everything you love (to hate) about the chain, but at least its heart is in the right place. This McDonalds' exists in a bit of a weird spot in the city. Stuck between a host of fast food chains and Chinese restaurants on both sides, and at the end of a street that is just industrial businesses with very little foot traffic, the Burnhamthorpe/Wolfedale location has seen better days. I will give this place kudos for having one of the better restaurant layouts. It's clear that they modernized the place in the last few years. The design is much cleaner, they've installed the self-serve kiosks and the design is generally a lot brighter and appealing. The catch is that there are still a bunch of ugly-looking seats and tables outside that obviously haven't been maintained in years, but you can't win them all. I ended up coming here for breakfast with friends over the Canada Day long weekend, and the quality was exactly as I expected. Thin, barely-there sausage with no taste and pancakes that resemble high-end sponges. Doesn't fill you up and it's overpriced for what you get. Where the heck did the Big Breakfast menu item go? Or the McGriddle's? The service isn't bad and they had the place done up in Canada 150 branding, which was nice. I wouldn't consider this McDonald's to be a "go out of your way and get it now" type place, but it's good for a quick jaunt in if there's nothing else readily available.

Pretty slow every time I go, lots of students on their phones no doing anything as we all sit in the drive thru.

This McDonald's has to be the worst operated McDonald's I have been through. I have ordered things in the past from this McDonald's and not received my entire order and had to go back to then again not get what I asked for. I commend organizations and establishments that properly train they are employees because it does take time and effort. This specific McDonald's has neither of those qualities and it saddens me that establishments do not teach their employees the value of taking the time to get something right over getting an order out the door as fast as possible. I hope people avoid this McDonald's. Hurontario has far better McDonald's anyway.

Can't even believe this just happened. I ordered an iced coffee in my refillable MCCAFE cup (obviously purchased at McDonald's), and the supervisor who took my order said she would make it in one of their plastic throw-away cups and then pour it in my cup. I said no thank you, I purchased this cup in an attempt to reduce plastic garbage (read the news, lady!). Then she said refillable cups are, "Not allowed here, they don't like it." Are you kidding me??? I can take my acrylic refillable McD's cup to Starbucks, Tim's or Second Cup and they will happily put my drink of choice in it AND give me a discount!! I am so done with McDonald's. Tired of the crap service, cold (yet expensive!!) food, long lineups and surly staff. But this is the (reuseable!) straw that broke the camel's back.

Lets clear some stuff first... I love McDonalds...lol Its cheap and fills the tummy :D This location here us a busy hot spot. The service is fast and the server are not rude. The seating is pretty nice, and they have a fish tank in the middle of the restaurant. There is parking on the location and they have free Wifi.

Absolutely nicest employees ever. Smiles and even gives you the food if you are sitting down. Gave me extra swirl of icecream when I asked if they had a large size. Love you all!

Horrible customer service. There is at least 1 thing they get wrong with my simple bagel order at the drive through. The level of respect that they give to their customers when attempting to resolve issues is none. Simply go to A&W on Mavis road for their breakfast instead of this Mcdonalds location.

Fake food, Perfect for fat canadians that are lazy to cook real food. Mcdonalds is pretty much cancer that tastes good but makes u feel like crap lol. By the way its not even cheap. Filled with Gmos

The manager (assuming the one in the grey uniform) first rudely told me to take back the ticket that I temporary left on the counter because I'm lacing my shoes. When she handed me the older, she didn't even acknowledge me or thank me. The order she handed to in her other hand received a "thank you" and so did every other order before mine. I didn't even mention the part where I got cut in line just before the chaser and no one bothered to point that out. Is it because I'm Chinese? What a great way to start a day. Think twice before visiting this place.

Cheap. . Lol... try the toothpick size breakfast burritos. Lol or the ice with pop to go.
