Thank you for selling me a shake without a straw. Super handy and useful. If you have some free time later you can swing by my house and I will sell you a lawn mower without any blades. Dissatisfied, so now I'm headed to Taco Bell to try their new "no tortilla" burrito. * EDIT 6/28/25 Repeated the test. Figured "there is no way they could screw this up exactly the same way again" Got delivery. Shake. No straw. This location literally couldn't open a door unless someone walked in front of them and showed them how to do it. I don't blame the staff, they're probably mostly kids. I blame whoever manages this disaster circus show. Get it together. I can barely tolerate garbage fast food as it is, but when you can't even get that right? What is even the point of going to this clown show?

I’m not sure if it was well I’m pretty sure. Actually the manager wears a blue shirt long sleeve. He told me that I need to make sure I don’t hit arrive until I get inside the store. However, the app says to go through the drive-through so that goes against everything he says I think he’s gonna have a hard time getting through to people. They also made me confirm this order three times I had to show them You know I’m out here dashing for for for three dollars for 5 miles. I got a 4.99 rating and he said you got to hit arrive once you’re inside even though the app says don’t go inside. That’s all man.

Michai and the morning staff here were wonderful. I appreciate all there hardworking and kindness towards others. May others be a joy to this entire staff.

Worst management ever. How in hell do you order a simple cheeseburger and have to wait in a parking spot for 15 minutes, otherwise the manager threatens to call the cops? Absolute joke of an establishment. Go somewhere else.

The best steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich than any other McDonald's! I don't know what they do differently but it's the best at this location! Get One! You'll see!

Appalling experience! Had I not been with my young grandchildren I would’ve left. Your franchise owner and management team really need to come together for the incompetency I witnessed and experienced last night. Received one Happy Meal no drinks no toys included. Served cold filet and recycled burgers and your dining area was filled with nasty foul humans loitering

Ordered online so we could get the food faster instead of having to wait in the long lines as usual or asked to pull to the side and wait like always. I left my house 15 minutes after I ordered (on a time limit) when got there told drive-through my order number, pulled around was served 2 drinks and then told to pull around to the front door and wait for the rest of my items. Set there another 10 minutes waiting on my food that was preordered. I ordered online to save time. Food was luke warm, cheese wasn’t melted on the 3 sandwiches, and missing condiments we asked for. This is not the first time this has happened, I’m usually told to pull to the spots and food is like warm or even cold. This Macdonald’s Mount Dora is ungodly slow. 😡 Eustis Macdonald for now on.

If there is a 0 Star ⭐, I will give a 0 Star rating. I ordered 5 meals from this McDonald's. They only provided me 3 packs of ketchup, which is when I asked. So cheap! I sent over $40 with 5 boxes of ketchup and only get 3 ketchup, what's wrong with this restaurant. Most angry thing is when I get home I realized that they never put 4 sweet and sour sauce I ordered it, which I paid for it from my app. There is no napkin too. Last most crazy thing is the fries 🍟 I ordered is unde cooked and it's all pale. I worded at the restaurant for years and I know whether or not fries are cook or not. I didn't returned back to this restaurant and I ended up throwing out 5 boxes of fries, so disgusting.
