Previously, this corporate McDonald's stood as the only one amping the many local franchise stores that was relatively issue free. However, I have over the last few months unhappily experienced issues on almost every visit, requiring me to revise my rating to a accurately reflect this. The issues are excessive wait time, incorrect or incomplete orders, and uncleanliness. Today, for example, my fries were missing, and the person assigned to clean the lobby emptied the very smelly trash cans right next to our table. I had to move my chair to keep her from repeatedly bumping into me with her rear end. In addition to unkempt tables, floor, and bathroom, I have witnessed them cleaning the ice tea container on the floor. .
The store has limited seating. The store is small and is noisy. If you are eat at low traffic times, you'll be okay finding a seat. If not, good luck. Some two person tables have stools with no back rest and this are uncomfortable.
The parking lot is also small and has 2 spots for handicap, 2 for mobile orders, and 2 for drive thru further limiting parking. The drive thru lanes also block the parking spots on one side of the drivers aren't careful, trapping cars in their parking spots.
While this McDonalds has two drive thru lanes, they feed into one lane for payment and orders. During busy times, I've had a 20 minute wait to progress through the order s d receipt process.
On the plus side: the employees are generally VERY nice. Additionally, the food is slightly less expensive than at the local franchise stores. Furthermore, there is easy access to the store, and easy access back to the streets.
