The service was fine overall, but the person taking our order seemed grumpy and didn’t really want to be there. We asked for well-done French fries with less salt, but what we got was soggy, old fries that were also too salty. The Filet-O-Fish was good and fresh, but the chicken nuggets were old, hard, and not enjoyable. The worst part was the coffee it tasted burnt and was pretty much undrinkable. Honestly, one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in DC.

I am appauled by the up front disregard to a paying customer by someone being paid to work and a simple job at that. She said her name was Veronica when taking my order at the drive thru. Placing the order was flawless however at the window Veronica doesn't say a word to me flops out the cc machine while yelling to a coworker in spanish repeatedly 'if he was feeling ok' , 'estas bien!? , si estas bien!? te digo si estas bien!?' in a loud tone yet never acknowledged me.. the paying customer.... then my receipt is swung out the window, I reach for it and then just as quick the window closes. What a disgrace!! I appreciate the older lady at the next window who nicely greeted me, looked at me and even wished me a nice day. Mcdonalds, please, there are several other options for hiring just give them a chance and don't settle for females that apply or are referred by someone else already within the company. Those tend to be the wrost and less capable really.

I don’t know why they have table service. They will not bring it to you no matter what time of the day.there was even an older couple. The man with his cane had to go get his own food. I asked for ketchup. The lady threw it at me. they definitely need to take this sticker off. At this, McDonald’s.

Stopped by McDonald’s with my wife for a quick bite, and we went with a 20-piece Chicken McNuggets and fries. The nuggets were crispy and golden, just as expected, with that classic taste that takes you right back to childhood. Fries were hot, perfectly salted, and hit the spot. Service was quick, and everything came out fresh, making it a convenient and satisfying experience. If you’re craving comfort food or just need something fast and familiar, McDonald’s always delivers.

The best The cleanest and the most organized McDonalds Whatever they do here is different from other McDonald’s they should do it all around other locations

My kids were looking forward to trying the new Grinch meal. So, we decided to visit the National Harbor, see the lights and decorations and then eat at McDonalds. The whole time we were walking through the National Harbor, the McDonald's was all they talked about. We get to the McDonald's, they have all these Grinch boxes lined up as decoration around the sitting area. I order 3 Grinch meals on the kiosk and then order 10 extra nuggets for us to share. It was about $55. I stepped over to the guy behind the counter to ask some questions and he says oh, I see you ordered 3 Grinch meals, I am supposed to tell you we are all out of the Grinch salt. Like, really? That was the only reason we came, to try this thing everyone is talking about being so great. After I just paid over $50 you tell me that? He said, they also were out of the Grinch meal boxes. Oh the like the ones lined up around the eating area. Maybe if they weren't used for decorations, maybe you would still have them?? This McDonalds was previously very nice and on top of things, now it is getting ghetto. I noticed as I was leaving, someone went around and gathered up all the boxes that were decorating the eating area.
