McDonald's

Saturday, December 13th, found my beloved and I traveling South on I-81 to Watertown for Christmas shopping. We like to stop at the Love's Travel Stop near Exit 47 to fill up with cheap gas. (Hint: Save an extra ten cents per gallon with the Love's app!) It was a little after 10am so we decided to take a few minutes for breakfast at McDonald's located inside the Love's. Our order taker was a pleasant young lady named Morgan. The time it took from placing our order to having it brought (by Morgan) to our table was fairly brief and the food was hot as was the coffee (Caution!) and tasty. My bride ordered the bacon & egg McGriddle meal, while I had the steak, egg & cheese McBagel sandwich. (McBagel? Yeah, it has a nice Mickey D's ring to it, don't you think?) We both enjoyed our hot breakfast meals on a snowy Saturday morning, and can recommend this McDonald's location without hesitation!

Ordered delivery for myself and my kiddo since we didn’t have a car and it’s raining and not only did I have to wait over an hour for my order, but they forgot the large fries and my burger was all dumped out sideways. I have nothing but issues from this establishment. It’s insane that they’re still open at this point. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered through the app for pick up at the drive-thru. Ordered 4 holiday pies, a milkshake, and a vanilla iced coffee. Was told they only had one holiday pie and they had to substitute the rest with apple. When handed the bag I was told I was given extra for the inconvenience. There were only 4 pies in the bag. I don’t care about the extra because I really don’t like the apple pies anyway, but extra would imply that you were given more food than you paid for.

Stop making people pull out of the drive thru to wait on their orders. I understand it is busy but it seems to be too much for the young employees that you have bringing out the food to keep track of. Only giving two stars because the kids that you do have running out the food are actually well mannered

If I could give negative stars for this specific location I would. It is in such a convenient location yet we avoid it at all cost because there are constant long waits, then when you do finally get your food it is cold and items forgotten. I already submitted THREE complaints directly to McDonalds and the cases were closed before anyone responded yet somehow the messages I received said that I didn’t respond back within 72 hours . That leads me to believe the local manager is telling corporate that they tried to contact me and I didn’t respond which would be a lie and makes this location even worse. They almost ALWAYS make you pull up past the drive thru and sit and wait. The last time we went there we waited at the window for 20 minutes with one table already eating inside, no one else inside or in the drive thru line. The workers were too busy chatting with each other to let us know there was going to be an extended wait. Once we got our food items were forgotten and everything….literally everything was cold….we waited 40 minutes for cold food and items forgotten. This wasn’t the first time but surely will be the last because we will absolutely never go back to this location. I will be submitting a FOURTH case to McDonalds and a corporate complaint to Loves as well. Clearly the manager of this location needs to get control of this restaurant or be removed if they don’t have the skill set to get it under control.

Truly the worst McDonalds I've been to. Service is terrible. And don't give me a McDs link for customer care. I did that and was told someone from the store would reach out. That was two plus months ago. And that was not the only bad experience. In approx a half dozen times going there, I have never had a good experience. I won't be going anymore.

I doordash, McDonald's on rt 12 in Watertown in the new loves is absolutely terrible, if you wanna wait an hour for 2 simple items and deal with bad attitudes this is the McDonald's for you, each time I come here for a door dash I end up losing money, and dealing with horrible attitudes, doesn't matter if it's busy or no one in line you get the same service.

Lack luster fries. Just dont put love into the food. Always need to ask for fresh fries. Benefit is they r in loves.
