I have stage 4 cancer, and I really can't take stress very well. I ordered McDonald's through Uber Eats.
I had a hard time with their website, it kept freezing up, choices or options, apparently, and it opened up multiple browsers. There is the chance I submitted the order wrong due to internet issues, but I've ordered my meals like this (content) for years, 2.5 years at this McDonald's.
My "Big Mac no onions, no mac sauce" wound up being a regular Big Mac, and my Dr. Pepper wound up being unsweetened ice tea. The French fries were cold. There was no helping this food. Reheated French fries are really, really nasty because they get soggy.
I called McDonald's and the manager was less than helpful. I was told to go through Uber on their website. I was unable to locate contact information and called the McDonald manager to see if she had it handy. She said she didn't have the number, that I can look it up, and it's an 800 number.
Her manner of speaking did not represent manage material, so imagine my surprise at the lack of information she was able to provide.
