I had to stop and use the bathroom and took did’ the guy was cleaning the bathroom and he was super cool. He let us use the bathroom and now we’re ordering her food for me and Dic’s will tell you how I wish I would’ve that little guy name and he was pretty awesome. He made this trip to McDonald’s worth it. Update, did these little sausage cut up? I got my burritos. There was a homeless guy sitting at the end of the corner. I could not get my GPS up to work. I sat there and sat there and sat there and I was so uncomfortable so then I pulled over in the parking lot where I’m safe. I’m gonna get my GPS up and I’m actually gonna go back and give that little old guy some money cause obviously I was supposed to even if it’s only two dollars I ain’t got much in my wallet so peace. Fine the six bucks Food asked him if I could pray with him or for him and he said OK and so I went to pray so I don’t really pray. I just pray for you so everybody else I pray for Ryan it was in a wheelchair. I didn’t notice if his extremities were there or not But I’m praying Ryan!! And all of us.

They either get the order wrong and then gives the customer attitude for their mistake. Not sure why the app changes from day to day where you can order an apple pie one day and then the next day they only give you the option to get one Apple and one holiday pie so you have to purchase 2 when that’s not what we want, we want to order just 1 like we did the day prior. You can see that management doesn’t care because they respond to the reviews with a copy and paste response for every single review. For those who get flies in the food or any other dead insect, don’t complain here because nothing will ever be done to fix the issue. Call the Utah health department and then maybe corporate will see this location needs an entire overhaul with training and new employees.

I was there twice over the past weekend, and the first time I was there I witnessed who I assume is the manager (she wasn’t wearing a uniform or name tag) was just horribly rude to staff and customers. The second time, she was nicer but she had on super heavy perfume and her eyes were red. It’s sad that the only way your manager is nice is if she smokes at work.

I came to tbis mcdonalds a few nights ago to order and the lady in the black shirt was extremely rude to me. She had an extremely cocky attitude and I don’t appreciate the way me and my child were talked to. That’s not the biggest problem for me the biggest problem for me would have to be the fly that my son found in his ice cream. It was dead. Absolutely disgusting. Will never return to this place again and they need to be shut down.

My drink was more ice than drink, no napkins were in the bag (drive thru). My husband went in to see about topping off my drink, since two swallows had it down to half it was a medium drink, he was basically ignored.

I came here to do some work using their wifi and power--and get some lunch. The food and the service was great. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars are a) they put a cover on the AC outlets at the tables where I would otherwise be running on AC power, and b) the drink machine is behind the counter, so I have to ask them for refills--which they did without question--I would just rather have access directly.

I dined in during their busy lunch rush yesterday and everyone was so chill and nice. I ordered medium fry, hot n spicy, and the grandma McFlurry and every thing was so yummy. I used to work at McDonalds when I was younger and I know how busy and stressful it is working here. The girl that brought the food to my table was so nice even though there were so many orders. Also I could hear the manager had to deal with a couple difficult customers and he was so calm and helpful to them. Really loved coming here for my lunch and I hope to stop by again. And for the people leaving reviews because their order was wrong or they encountered "difficult" employees, please consider that a lot of people don't want to work here but they have to because it's what is available and working in fast food is already difficult enough. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. Life is too short to be upset over fast food. Be kind.

Went through drive-through and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a large order of fries. When we got home, we had 2 single cheeseburgers and an order of large fries, and we were charged for 2 doublecheeseburgers! Very dissapointed! .They really need to be more careful with orders!!

An ongoing problem with Mcdonalds at this location is charging you for bbq sauce packets and then not giving them to me. I love knowing I'm gonna get ripped off for $1.20 ever time I go to McDonald's. I guess I just have to slow down line times and check my f**king order in the window.

I have stage 4 cancer, and I really can't take stress very well. I ordered McDonald's through Uber Eats. I had a hard time with their website, it kept freezing up, choices or options, apparently, and it opened up multiple browsers. There is the chance I submitted the order wrong due to internet issues, but I've ordered my meals like this (content) for years, 2.5 years at this McDonald's. My "Big Mac no onions, no mac sauce" wound up being a regular Big Mac, and my Dr. Pepper wound up being unsweetened ice tea. The French fries were cold. There was no helping this food. Reheated French fries are really, really nasty because they get soggy. I called McDonald's and the manager was less than helpful. I was told to go through Uber on their website. I was unable to locate contact information and called the McDonald manager to see if she had it handy. She said she didn't have the number, that I can look it up, and it's an 800 number. Her manner of speaking did not represent manage material, so imagine my surprise at the lack of information she was able to provide. Basically, my poor customer service issue is with McDonald's. I drive for DoorDash , so I go to many restaurants. I drive a lot at night and I come to this McDonald's a lot! At least 4 times a night. I go here hoping that their service would be better every time, but they disappoint me more than I expect them to. The wait times are terrible sometimes I sit in the drive through for 30 minutes. I've never had anything faster than 10 minutes. The night shift staff is VERY ill mannered and rude. I refuse to ever come back here whether to eat or deliver. I don't think consumers deserve this treatment from a well branded company.

Worked here in the past it's always been understaffed for those complaining about how slow they are and those complaining about them being rude they're tired of getting yelled at or having ppl play loud music in their ear or people wanting to be funny to show off to there're friends. Their managers are good ppl and protect there're employees the owners on the other hand I don't like them.

OK I am a DoorDash. I am ignored when I go to the counter and no Give me I contact or says hello to me until they call my order. Do you remember when people were nice and they greeted people when they arrived into their store? I believe that McDonald's as a company should do that. Getting a number doesn't mean that you have to ignore the person we are not a number. Be personable say hello that's what McDonald's about it's about family it's about gratitude it's about saying hello. So say hello thank you.

My mom and I went through the drive through and started ordering like normal. My Mom wanted a McGriddle with no sausage but with bacon and ham. At first the lady had put a regular McGriddle so I corrected her, then she added two regular McGriddles. So I told her we only wanted one with no sausage but with bacon and ham. She kept cutting us off while talking saying that she already had them. My mom told Her one last time and she repeated it to us correctly. Then, when we got to the second window, I realized we had an extra McGriddle. I checked the recipe and she gave me one extra McGriddle and charged me for it and one McGriddle with bacon and ham. So of course I thought it was right they just gave us an extra one, it was 8 am and I didn't feel like going back to the window so we went home. When we got home, we checked and the extra McGriddle we got only TWO PIECES OF BREAD. No sauce no bacon, no egg or ham and she charged us as it was a regular McGriddle. Then the one that was supposed to have ham and bacon, had only ham, egg and bread. They gave us the wrong type of egg and no bacon. McDonald's needs to step up their game. This is ridiculous, I really don't understand how they messed up so bad. And the lady's attitude was so ugly, she was so extremely rude. We were trying to correct her and she was being so rude and kept saying she had it down, clearly she didn't. So disappointed!!

McDonalds food is McDonalds food, what can you say other than that? We stopped by here after a late basketball game for my daughter. Service was slow but the fold is what you would expect from McDonalds. We had a bunch of custom orders and we received our meals as requested. Anyway no one had reviewed this place so why not I be the first? Staff was about as frienfly as you get at most fast food places too.

Never met someone so nice in customer service before. i wish we had more people like you Ean! You do a damn good job in customer service. give this man a raiseee!

This dude playin wit my money. I went there and ordered some mcgriddles and drinks and hash browns. When we got to the window it was $33.84 I didn't have that in my account so I tried telling the dummy here's $10 cash then the rest on my card and he charged the full amount to my card and took the $10. Aint even slick bout it stuck it right in his pocket in front of me, long story short i got charged $50 for a $30 order.

First issue was the wait was forever, i asked for no onions no pickles once I got my food I noticed my burger had both onions and pickles even though the sticker said no onions no pickles! Then I had to wait 10 more mins to get my quarter pounder by then the rest of my families food had already started to get cold slushies melting, I finally get my burger I get how start eating notice my patty is still bleeding I called the manager on duty said either come back or get a coupon mailed to me guess who's starving tonight I am thanks a lot McDonald's

This is probably by far one of the worst McDonald's in the area. They say they are open "24 hours", but literally almost every time one of my co workers or I try to go there, they just come on the intercom and give some excuse as to why they are "closed" and can't take orders. we all work the night shift and this and Rancheritos are the only "24 hour" food chain places open within a 5 mile vicinity of us. So needless to say, we are forced to take our business to Rancheritos. It's not like they aren't are not staffed enough because we can clearly see at least 3-5 cars in the parking lot and people inside "working"... or lack there of. Mostly just standing around on their phones talking to each other and sitting on the counters. Super unprofessional! Each on of my co workers and I went at different times between mid night and 3:30 am every day last week to test it out, and they were either "closed for maintenance" or "their systems were down and wouldn't be up for another 30-60 mins." so ridiculous. I'm sure this isn't a mandatory nightly thing. There's plenty of other cars I get seen then away, especially around 2 am, so we have come to the conclusion that they are just lazy asses who don't want to do their jobs and would rather have us take our business and our money elsewhere. Oh and let's not forget how often their ice cream machine is down.. shocker! So if you are truly looking for a 24 hour food place, don't even waste your time stopping here at night, because they will just give you some lame excuse as to why they can't do their job and take your order!

Went through the drive-thru last night after working all day. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers I was helped very quickly got up to the window and paid went to the next window and sat there for a minute. When I received my food the lady who handed it to didn't even look at me handed me the bag and closed the window. Up until that point I was impressed but that kind of ruined it for me. When I got my burgers home which is less then 1/4 of a mile my food was cold

Slow, staff is rude, when ordering an item was left off my order when asking about the missing item that I ordered the gentleman in the drive thru was extremely rude about it well where's the receipt pulled it up it was not on it so ( mistakes happen and I understand) I asked to pay for one. The gentleman rolled his eyes and took my payment. Then came back with even more attitude then he went to grab my oder then pretty much threw it at me. He is very unprofessional and I will never return to that location ever again

I just left this location and have never been more mad in my life at the lack of customer service somewhere. To start it off, when they had given us our order, they forgot my Decaf coffee that I asked for some room to be left on the top also, so I showed the girl my receipt and asked for her to please get it for me. When she came back, she told me that they were running low on Decaf and she "wasn't sure why they didn't tell me that". Like, were they just hoping I wouldn't notice and pay for an item I didn't receive?? And then, she did not have the lid tightened what so ever so the second I grabbed it, it spilled all over my hands and car. When I was rushing to have my nephew hand me napkins to clean it up, that same girl comes back to ask my what I needed and I told her that the lid was not on tightened at all and the cup was completely full and just dumped on me and my car, she then just giggled and asked if I could move forward so the next person could pull up..... even if she just simply said, I'm sorry can I get anything to help???? And then asked me to move up, all would be grand. So I pulled up and out of the way and another gentleman came out to ask is I was ok! NO I'M NOT, and at this point I just went off and didn't want to hear anything he had to say, I just wanted to get cleaned up and leave. The simplest thing could have made that experience a bit less terrible if the lady giving me the food and coffee had the decency to ask if I'm ok and needed anything! I'm done with this location. They always mess up orders, and the customer service obviously needs some work! If I could give 0 stars I would.

My husband and I recently moved to this area and have ordered from this location a handful of times... at first we thought we just had awful luck and came at bad timing. But there hasn't been one time that we didn't wait less than 30 minutes on our food... we have done drive thru, we ordered inside and we have even done the mobile order and door dash.... the food isn't BAD. But oh my goodness this team is either understaffed or undertrained.... we avoid this location at all costs... we travel the extra 5-10 minutes to go to 12th street or out close to uintah.. because even with the extra drive time we still get our food faster than this location

I'd been eating their "Big Breakfast" for over 30 years. Not spectacular but pretty tasty and inexpensive. The last time I went up there I found out they no longer have it. No scrambled eggs at all. They also got rid of their best two burgers ever. The McDLT many years ago and the Angus mushroom and Swiss more recently. No reason to ever set foot in a McDonalds again.

I patronize this McDonald's frequently in the 30 plus years I have lived in Utah. And I can overlook the occasional missed order or rude employee. But tonight was a new high in low. After waiting in Lane 1 for several minutes two cars in Lane 2 were able to place orders ahead of me. I honked and even shouted "Hello!" But no one answered. Even a third car in Lane 2 started placing an order, that was enough for me. My girlfriend got out to complain but the manager was condescending, arrogant and made a half hearted apology. "I'm sorry" then while the complaint was still being made, she turned around and started taking orders from the drive up again. Sheesh! While we were leaving, this incompetent imbicile wanted to know if we wanted to place an order! So who of you out there in YELP would actually place an order with the galactic moronic manager at this point ???? I'm boycotting this McDonald's and finding one not owned by the same franchisee. This location gets minus 5 stars for poor customer service (one could argue that you could get better service in a cemetery ). And an additional minus 5 stars for hiring the night manager with a uncaring attitude towards customers.
