Went to this mcdonalds on 6/22/25 at around 7:40pm after a long 12hr shift of work and was met at the drive thru window by a young man in a black durag and blue shirt, not in a mcdonalds uniform. This young worker had one of the worst attitude I have ever encountered at a mcdonalds drive thru. The worker gave me 2 drinks and I politely asked for a cup holder twice and was completely ignored till my partner next to me mentioned it for a 3rd time and it was angrily given to us. Then, I was given the bag with food, but items were missing, so I tried to get the workers attention to let him know and he was trying his best to ignore us again. When I finally let him know about the items missing, he was really upset. Then, I really got him upset when I tried to catch his attention again cause I realized I was missing more items then i mentioned and the worker yelled "WE ARE ALREADY GETTING IT!" without even trying to hear what I had to say. In no moment was I disrespectful to this worker. Eventually, another older spanish male worker came, gave the worker at the window the bag and he handed the bag aggressively and things got out of hand after that. The worker and my partner began yelling at each other. I asked for a manager, but no one showed up and to avoid further escalation, I drove off.
To the manager: you have to know your workers strengths and weaknesses or if they are having a bad day and place them at stations appropriately. That worker was in the worst mood that day and entirely lacked customer service skills and should not have been working drive thru or front counter.
