McDonald's

Even after you order food you’re only allowed to eat for 30 minutes until it’s considered loitering. You also have to get a key to use the restroom and have to show ur receipt as proof of being a customer. I felt like I was being watched like a hawk using the restroom. It seemed real serious for being a McDonalds and kinda made me not want to order anything. It was not giving friendly environment.

Establishment is dirty , the workers are rude . 8 mop signs out but the the floor still dirty , you can't use the bathroom unless you buy something. So if you online waiting to be served and you got to use the bathroom good luck I'm genuinely online waiting for her to take care of the customer she had in front of I said can I use the bathroom they program to do you have a receipt, how imma have a receipt of I'm online waiting to order food. Having issues with the bathroom situation is hard and rude on us . Having a bladder issue that can cause a serious situation to my body could of caused me to go to the hospital

I came here for a quick breakfast while running errands. I come here often because the service is usually fast, friendly, and efficient. As usual, I was not disappointed. I love McDonald’s and I love this location. The food was great and the service excellent. I used the app and there were no issues. Highly recommended

Bathrooms were locked. Had to ask to use. No receipt printed so no idea what number I was at the kiosk. Cold in the dining area, must have had the air conditioning on .

Whatever happen to fast food at a reasonable price? On top of placing my own order through a kiosk, paying over $23 for two medium Big Mac meals and waiting close to 10 mins for our food, we were not greeted or even acknowledged. Our Big Macs even needed to be reassembled as it looked like they just threw everything in the box. I get that it’s McDonald’s and I don’t have very high expectations but it’s getting ridiculous. Also, make sure you don’t loiter. There are signs EVERYWHERE regarding the 30 minute time limit. One last thing…The decor here is awful.

Well I got in there and they were very slow but I'm a very patient guy I don't mind waiting at all. Some other people were literally throwing hands though 🤣😭, a customer came in and asked if his order was ready that he placed 20 mins ago and he threw hands with the employee when he was told no which is absolutely wild to me. It was a classic McDonald's experience that I'm used to good food good drinks typical McDonald's just wnated to share that funny shit.

Coffee is good Staff is friendly Parking lot and the 2 drive thru lanes are ok, except the stupid drivers! Not my first choice name for the drivers, BUT family friendly review. Highly recommend this establishment

This place needs a good once over by McDonalds corporate to get them into a standard of operation that is acceptable for the brand. As it currently stands, the lack of attention to detail, extreme rudeness, and consistent mistakes with orders puts this location near the bottom of the list for food establishments in the greater Stroud area, in my opinion.

I Order a simple Burger and fries and drink and they screw up it order all the time recommend the Burger King in stead of this place

Service was good! Fries were cold but either tough or soggy. The drink fountain had no ice and the soda was flat.. i'm McPissed

Absolutely DESPICABLE "restaurant"! First of all, they had what seemed to be a 80-90 year old frail woman WITH A WALKER working at the drive thru. Second of all, took ONE BITE of this double quarter pounder only to immediately throw it back up after seeing that the ENTIRE THING, both patties, WERE COMPLETELY RAW! Absolutely disgusting and do not, by any means, recommend this place. I have given them chance after chance and every time this disappointed. Whether it be by slow service, or their food. Completely made a DOUBLE BIG MAC wrong one time by making it a normal one and still didn't correct it when taken back and now serving raw burgers. STAY AWAY!

if I could give 0 I would I was starving at 3 am and they decided to said it's closed until 4 am what kind of bull is that isn't it supposed to be 24 hrs?!!!!!!?

Just had THE WORST egg mcmuffin meal EVER. The meat was 1/16 of an inch and black ad coal... the bun as well was burned on the edges... Awful ... it will not ever happen again... And as to value, $18 bucks later ... we could have gotten 2 WHOPPER MEALS ,for $12 and had something really good.

They aren't 24/7 they are closed for breakfast I would never go there Customer service is shit

This is not a fast food restaurant lol. Totally understand a busy/packed line - however, the wait time is extremely ridiculous. This location is a poor representation of the McDonald's "Fast food" brand.

It goes without saying, don't except much from McDonald's, with that in mind I excepted nothing and was still let down. The manager needs to slow down, please I understand as someone who was once a manager at a retail store you want to keep lines short, customers happy, and the food going, however you can't do that in a frantic manner, she was yelling for associates to get out the way so she can give me my tray, I understand there is hot coffee on the tray but don't yell at your associates in front of me, you shouldn't be swinging around so quickly slow down, slow and steady wins the race. The place seemed clean which is nice, and it has a play area which is rare to find in a lot of McDonald's now a days. I got your basic dude meal ‍ hash brown, Sausage, egg, and cheese muffin and the orange juice. Again average nothing crazy about McDonald's it's there when you need that super fast meal, and sometimes affordable meal.

Worst service ever. Fries weren't done but COVERED in grease. Dry burger, pickles were rubbery, asked for sweet tea, I got unsweetened. Only thing worse then the food was the nasty attitude I got that I definitely didn't order. They treated me like trash and served me trash. I honestly wish I could give them no stars. They didn't give me my entire order at first. Absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed. I'll never go back there and neither should you.

I decided to come to this McDonald's and use the drive through, around 10:15pm tonight, I had a long day traveling and just wanted to get something yummy but quick due to the fact that a bed was calling my name so tired of traveling so I speak to the person (female) I provide my order of the Big Mac meal with no salt on my fries, I also requested extra lettuce, the drive through person looked overwhelmed just running around try to get the food together, they have windows invaded in plexiglass but no welcoming hello no smile actually was rushing I paid she gave me the bag, I asked no salt on the fries? She said yes no salt on the fries and walk away, I drove away, I stop and proceeded to park so I could enjoy my McDonald fries that actually enveloping my car with a irresistible mouth watering aroma of fresh fries!!! I was so happy the fries were freshly made shoe string style with an outer crisp and soft potato inside oh!!!! So good plus satisfying, but how I Love these fries, then I get ready, my tongue tingles with joy of eating my Big Mac, I have a serious relationship with the Big Mac since I was a pre-teenager, after church my family would head over to McDonald's which included my mother's brothers and sisters, at the time they were fourteen of them most married with their spouses and all the children basically we would take over the McDonald's every Sunday after church, ok enough reminiscing back to the Big Mac, the first time I had a Big Mac I fell in love with that magic sauce but the bread in the middle is the best, it makes the Big Mac special but then the sour pickles, fresh crunchy lettuce, oh don't forget the slice of cheese that covers the patty light a blanket of love, so biting into this combination of so many flavors has a hold on me still into my adulthood so ok I open my little box where my Big Mac is waiting for me to devour with a raging hunger of a day of traveling with no stopping for any food, so as I finished my last fries I open the box and I am not able to express the sadness I felt looking at a very sloppy put together in such a rush that there was no magic sauce but a dip of a drop of the sauce that makes the Big Mac so uniquely delicious, it had three pieces of lettuce that's it three pieces, then I realize the worst the meat is not juicy but very hard and dried but the worst was yet to come it was cold, it's so disappointing and yes it's just a meal but after traveling since 4:30 am I just really wanted my Big Mac, I just put it in the trash but forgot to take a picture but believe me it was a mess, they are following Covid-19 guidelines, staff has mask and gloves, so I have interacted with the morning shift they are the ones I give the three stars, they are friendly, courtesy and welcoming. I usually get my Big Mac fix from the morning shift, always have received beautiful Big Mac with great customer services. So try to order early and skip the evening ordering. This McDonald's is newly renovated, it beautifully updated, cleaned and has a great kids zone to play in.

This has got to be the most dysfunctional place in the Pocono's. I don't understand how it is possible to be this bad at customer service. Ten people standing in the lobby and for 15 minutes not 1 employee came up to the cash register to take an order. All were on drive thru. 15 minutes and no one came to take an order. Pretty impressive.

It might seem a toss up as to whether this McDonald's or the one on 9th is worse because they are both so bad, but I can confirm this one on Main ST only sells overcook and/or cold burgers and takes the honors as worst McDonald's I've ever been too.

The young girl at the window was rude, then 29 minutes to get our food and it was totally wrong. Shouldn't expect any different from Stroudsburg

This McDonald's sucks they take forever then mess up the order then take 20 minutes to fix. I asked for a plain bacon cheese burger and they could not understand that. I have never been more frustrated before in my life. I'd rather eat shit then come here

Very crappy service at best. Employees could care less about the customer... avoid at all cost and find another chain to give your money to... will not come here again..

I was in this area and decided to stop only because I was hungry and I had a coupon booklet for McD'sthat expires in a few days. I must say that I was happy with the service here! I was waited on rather quickly, and the server was friendly. I figured that I had to buy two large sandwiches to use my coupon; so figured I'd have the same thing for lunch the next day. Instead she told me I can use it for my side. So she actually saved me some money today, and the food was good (for fast food).

This is probably the nicest McDonald's that I have been to in the area. They are clean, updated and the staff was constantly cleaning the kids play area. This is a very cozy location and creates an "upscale" feel with the fireplace. The only thing I did not appreciate was the lack of attention from the staff behind the counter. After receiving my order I noticed that I was missing my sauces that I ordered and there was no ketchup from the self serve area. I waited at the counter while others proceeded to get there order taken and food received and different employees coming and going- no one even attempted to look up at me. Everyone is so focused on the computer and getting the order out, and I get it that's how you're scored as an employee with timing..... but you're missing the point of customer service. Eventually I spoke up and asked for some sauce but it took way too long. We will be back because it is a nice and clean play area. Tip! Song the Big Mac song and get a free pie.

Well then....... I stopped here during a road trip when I was hungry. So I come in and see two big families taking up the entire line for ordering. It was nearly 13 minutes before I could even order. After that, it took about 24 MINUTES (and I'm not making this up) for my food to be ready. The food itself felt poorly made and cheap. I ordered Two Cheeseburgers with just ketchup and pickles. The bun felt so crusty and hard. The meat patty tasted very undercooked and stale. The pickles and ketchup were both good though. But overall, this place i hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever had the displeasure of coming to. There is a Burger King across the street. I haven't been to it at all, but if you do find yourself in the area of this McDonald's, drive by and go to Burger King. Do yourself a favor. If you have read my past reviews, you know I do Pros and Cons for the locations I go to. But here, there are no pros. ITS ALL CONS. So, obviously I do not recommend this location at all.

I can't say enough about this McDonald's, I just recently moved to this area and have been eating at McDonald's for over 40 years. This McDonald's is the worst I have ever eaten at. I ordered food on several different occasions and it is always cold and old. I haven't got one meal that as fresh or even hot enough to qualify as FDA approved. I attempted to leave feedback on the McDonald's website but there isn't anywhere to leave it. I give one word of advice, go somewhere else eat. It's worth it to get something good and hot to eat but this is not the place to go. Drive to anywhere else just not here.

Got a premium chicken sandwich and they put sooooo much mayo on it, literally drowned it. And they forgot my tomato. Couldn't finish it. And i paid $35 through DoorDash, just to be hungry. Fries were stale. Everything else was regular

Use the Mobile Order app and curbside pick up. It's awesome, great deals and the food comes hot and fresh. The evening manager was so friendly and polite. Better than most McDonalds.

This is a great place to eat and relax! The manager really cares and has super hard working employees that keep it very clean, most are college students that are fun to order from. They hired an elderly man who cleans the parking lot. He never misses a scrap of paper and cleans up the leaves too! Everything is bran new!

Workers were interested in everything but taking my order. They looked dirty. Not people I would want handling my food.

I didn't expect much coming in here but wow they had 7 workers behind the counter listening to loud music and jumping around and none of them acknowledged customers when we finally placed our order our food took for ever. The soda fountain and counter was filthy it was just horrible

This place is extremely slow, dirty, management doesn't do anything to correct it, and an over all a terrible experience. Nobody seems to know what they're doing. I get it's a fast food place, but get the order correct at least. Don't ask me 3 times and STILL get it wrong. Not even worth complaining because it'll take another 20 minutes to get the correct order. Go down the street to never king if you're in a rush. Or run into Walmart for a grab and go bag. Just not here. Ever.

Came late at night to the drive through. Service was slow and they didn't mix my mcflurry which was odd and defeated the whole point. Fries were warm and tasty though.

All I asked for was a qt pounder with cheese plain add Mac sauce. And a ten piece nugget. They didn't add the Mac sauce but still charged me for it. That and I had to repeated myself to the attendant three times.

This Mc.Donalds is nasty. Yes its clean inside and yes they have a play place for the kids. The food is horrible. It usually cold. Everytime i have ate from this Mc.Donalds my stomach hurts a little after i eat it. I would never eat at this Mc.Donalds ever again. When my friends pull up to the drive thru and ask what i want. I now and forever saying nothing I'm ok.

McDonald's "food" itself warrants a 1 star. The only palatable thing they have is the egg mcmuffin. But this location is one of the nicer one's I've ever been in since the renovation. Staff is friendly too.

This is the worst place to come for fast food. It literally took 25 min to get the my food and then they told me to pull over and wait for the hash-browns. 2min... Actually wasn't. More like never coming back here again. Go buy yourself quality food and save yourself the annoyance.

My apologies to the hard working staff at any busy McDonald's, but I do not go to one unless it is absolute desperation --like a coffee when driving long distance on a desolate highway. Hey, someone is eating here, as they've managed to stay open over a half century.

This is not fast food it's slow moving food it wasn't busy when I was in there so I would expect my burger within 3 minutes but that didn't happen more like 7 to 8 mins. My burger was cool not even warm or hot but the soda was good.

I eat here an average of once a week and am always served fast. Food is good. They just need to keep up on the Katsup station. They seem to run out of katsup a lot. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Came late at night after a wedding. The line was ridiculous because the service was SO SLOW. We waited 35 minutes to get our meals. 35 minutes at McDonald's...

Manager was EXTREMELY rude!! Would give it no stars if I could. She was putting down her employees instead of building them up! However her employees were working very hard to do well and to them I'd give 5 stars. Get that evening manager out of there! But great job evening crew!

To the drive thru employees, ask yourself how you'd feel if every time you took home your chicken nuggets, there were no sauces included! Even better, no ketchup for fries, no napkins, no nuts for you sundae, or even a scorched and dried out apple pie. It's the little things Main St. McDonald's! The little things!

I can really only rate this review by the one time I've driven through the drive thru for a craving of orange drink.

I have given this McDonald restaurant a 3 star for the recent renovation but a very poor service from the staff. I went there with my 3 grandchildren and order happy meals for them. We went to the table and waited for our meals, 15 minutes had pass when I notice people that had arrived after we did were getting the meals they ordered. So I decided to find out what's going on with our meals. I've come to realize our meal was just sitting in the kitchen unnoticed all this time by the staff and of course the meals were cold by this time and I brought it to their attention but they ignoring me and just handed me the tray of food, as you know they have a new thing now after you order your food you would sit down at your table and they'll bring your food to you, I didn't want to make a fuss over it, I have seing videos in McDonald's people fighting over food. I was so upset by the time I got to the table I did not realize there were drinks and a Happy meal missing. I'm not finished yet! at the end of our meal I decided to order a bacon chicken ranch salad the person behind the cash register was so confused by my order, he had asked me if I ordered the one with the bacon I said to him yes that's my order then he tells me let me find out if that comes with bacon and I said to him, well that's what it says there on the meal menu. Then he comes back and tells me yes it does have bacon. Maybe the staff came with the new renovation and maybe they'll will improve over time. But for now very poor service

Use to truly enjoy the $1 Double cheese burgers. Now there is nothing worth a dollar. Close up & do America a favor. Why does everything suck ?
