Daff is the most amazing sales rep!!! My experience was beyond beyond outstanding!! super!!! easy and fast! She was very friendly and extremely helpful! Despite low inventory she went out of her way to help me find the product I was looking for.

The customer service is 10/10 The staff was welcoming and very Helpful. Dafflyn was Amazing even though she knew I was window shopping she still brought the things I was intersted it to me and help me make a decision on somethings I was on the fence about. She gave me her business card when I was ready to purchase I gave her a call the process was seamless as im not a Houston resident but she got my purchase done and on the way. I truly appreciate all her efforts. She is a true gem and asset to MCM Houston!!

Great customer service. The staff here goes above & beyond. They ordered a few items for me, and even though they didn't have a size, they easily returned them for me. Legit, I felt no pressure to buy.

I had my items shipped from here, I thought God wrapped the items, lol. Nice part done on the Houston store ;-). I would give 5 stars I just have to see how good the quality is on the actual items.

I love this brand but for some reason this store closes at 730pm. The mall hrs are 9 pm. They don't have the hrs of operation on the doors at the location. I went two days in a row, only for them to be closed both times. I finally called and confirmed the store hrs before I made another blank trip. Its Christmas time people. This is insane.
