Beautiful and serene accommodation, a very picturesque 10 minute walk into town along the boardwalk. Gardens, accommodation and games room were all beautifully kept, we used all the facilities. Sheree was extremely helpful during our stay, can highly recommend this place.

What a great, well presented accommodation. Super clean rooms, amazing lawns, playground and sandpit, splendid view from the balcony. We were here for a weekend getaway and had the best time. Kids kept going back to the playground and the games room. Most villas are slightly distant from each other creating better privacy. Also enjoyed the boardwalk to the town and lake view. 5 stars all the way!

We stayed in Villa 17 which is a three bedroom spa villa. Great experience with checking in and getting advice. The Villa was comfortable, spacious and private. There is a nice view of the lake from the kitchen. Nice to have the main bedroom upstairs with the children’s bedrooms downstairs. Lovely games room with pool table, air hockey, ping pong and space invaders. We will be back!

WOW. What a wonderful 4 days stay with my mum & Sister. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing spot. We enjoyed the boardwalk into town. We made the most of the facilities, enjoying the tennis court, games room & it was even warm enough one day for a dip in the pool. The room was very clean & well appointed. I love it when they provide things like the basic essentials in bathroom & kitchen. I would recommend you get supplies on your way in - shop in metung has the basics, but you’ll pay for it. Thankyou for a much needed relaxing quality holiday with my precious family. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay at your piece of paradise.

What a wonderful hidden gem of a getaway. We stayed here for two nights whilst driving from Sydney to Melbourne. The cottage we booked was exactly as offered and had all the amenities you would need. Lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds and very quiet at night time. Location is in a complex away from the road (which isn't busy anyway) amongst trees. This is a self catering complex, so make sure you bring snacks, food etc.

Disappointing Experience and Unjustified Charges I recently had an unfortunate experience with the resort manager, both before our check-in and after our check-out. Before our reservation, we called to clarify a few details, and the manager's responses were consistently rude. Additionally, we had to follow up multiple times to understand the reason behind a $100 deduction from our deposit. Most concerning was the unjustified deduction for cleaning, supposedly due to the villa being left in a dirty state with food (seeds) on the floor. I strongly dispute this claim as it is both inaccurate and unreasonable. While there were some food particles on the floor, the manager's description of the villa as "very dirty" is greatly exaggerated. Are guests now expected to mop floors before checkout? I must also bring attention to other cleanliness issues that were inadequately addressed: Dirty toilets with uncleaned waste (unfortunately, my wife flushed the toilet before taking a picture). Cobwebs (not photographed but observed behind room doors in Villa 19). Sticky kitchen and dining floor. Dirty couch with leftover gummies and dust (discovered by my son while playing). Uncleaned microwave. Unpleasant odor on the stairs due to inadequate air circulation. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in the resort's customer service and cleanliness standards.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights (not enough) We had a beautiful villa right at the top of the property so we could have a small view of the water from our lovely balcony. The villa was meticulous, in cleanliness and decor. There was everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen. Also extra items in the cupboards should you needI it. It felt just like home. Just as well as there was not a lot of choice in regard to eating out, so we stayed in more than we generally do. The grounds are very well managed and looked lovely. We didn't use the entertainment room but it looked equally impressive with plenty to do if you had a family. We would highly recommend this property and we will certainly be returning. David the manager was very helpful and welcoming.
