I really enjoyed the hotel. First of all it is quiet, super clean and has a definite design feel that I liked. The room was a bit small so next time we will spend a bit more. The roof top area is a nice place to hang out and read a book. The location is super, not much street noise but a quick walk to old town. Def a good choice...

Stayed here for 5 nights for a conference at Feria Valencia. Super easy to get to the Firá Valencia tram stop from the Pont de Fusta stop (across the garden/river). |Everyone at the hotel was really nice. Really appreciated the coffee on floor 1 and the rain shower. |Location is great in the old city, near several train lines. Loved this place and would come back again!

Horrible experience staying at this moldy, unkept hotel with rude staff. Left after the first night to change hotels because the situation was unbearable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for accommodations in this beautiful city.

Our stay was really incredible. Everything was perfect. The accommodation, the amenities and the staff. The hotel is in good proximity to everything in Valencia. We enjoy the complementary great coffee and also spend some time on their incredible rooftop. In our last day we left our luggage at the reception.

Really happy we chose this hotel. It’s a short walk from both the old town and the Turia Gardens (& metro/tram stations to the airport & beach) but also situated in a quiet street away from the main hustle and bustle. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was super friendly. They are not there all the time but out of hours you use an access code to gain entry. We had a mix of superior and standard rooms; basically the same but the superior rooms are a bit bigger. Bathroom was a good size - great shower! - and very clean. Each room has a mini fridge, open wardrobe & shelves, kettle etc, wine glasses, TV & air conditioning. We could hear some noise from nearby rooms but no street noise when the windows were closed. There’s a free coffee machine on the mezzanine level where you can also sit at one of the small tables to work or chat. Wifi worked well. We loved the roof terrace where we had pre-dinner drinks every night and pretty much had the space all to ourselves. We easily found breakfast and supper options nearby. Good value too. I’d definitely stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay, a comfortable, clean room, A/C worked perfect. Very nice roof terrace. Located close to bus stops, restaurants and bars, in a quiet street. I would stay there anytime, when in Valencia.

It was very cold, in the lobby smells bad, like toilette.. Lady at reception was very nice, 5/5. Reply: the air conditioning was not enough, even though we let it work all night long at max heat; Regarding the toilette smell, it was a sewage smell, maybe there is a problem with your pipes.
